For banning the hackers that have no problem spending hundreds of dollars to repurchase the game, or have a way to keep getting a free version of the game, either IP ban them, or ban their actual system. I understand that the hacker may share their system with a family member or someone else that also plays the game, except they shouldn't have been hacking in the first place.
