Increase the mangled and hemorrhage status effects from 90 seconds to 180 seconds this perk‘s nerf is the most brutal one out of all the sloppy butcher perks and this perk is very impossible to proc with how it relies on RNG in order to gain value from it and most importantly this perks secondary effect now feels somewhat useless as survivors can just 99 their heals and when they’re about to14 comments 231 views last activity

Pyramid head has been in this game since 2020 (almost 4 years ever since he came out) and his basekit had one of the most unique mechanics in the game being the cages of atonement which worked as “special hooks” now to the important part regarding his cages is that they were added yet they never had any addons that worked for them which imo feels like a wasted potential to what some of his addo3 comments 102 views last activity

Well I’m personally fine with the mangled nerf but why nerf the penalty? I mean it’s still strong but now this perk probably won’t have that much people running it… but BHVR please (if you guys ever see this thread)give this perk a second look before releasing it like that into live servers….
