He is S-Tier and unfun to play against.
He will get his well deserved adjustment soon.
Unfun is definitely one way to describe this gaming experience with the new killer.
Frustrating as well.

He really doesn't need changes. He hasn't been out long. You just need to learn how to play against him. Killer players wanted him buffed, he's just a harder character to play and so will take more time. He is genuinely a very balanced character. He just takes more learning than others to play and outplay. Don't beat yourself up for losing a lot to him, he's new. Don't say he's broken either. He's new. Just give yourself some time. Some killers you'll personally find harder to fight against more than others too, take that into account. I personally struggle against billy, on Xbox. My friends can really shine but I can struggle. I know that's my own issue and not his, and that he isn't broken.
Well billy is one of the best killers in the game and Oni shares a lot of similarities with him, maybe too many so that could be why he is so strong and need adjusting in terms of how easy it is to get his power charged up because someone is getting hit, that truetalent vid is definetily an exception not the rule cos i never had a game where someone didnt get hit and then Oni get out of control real fast so something needs to be done, hope the devs know this.

Have you tried learing how to play agaisnt him rather than calling for nerfs?
How do you play against Oni ?

Its funny how killers act like all survivors "have" to do is bring more perks to counter a few killers but then complain about "genrush".

more killers would mean faster survivor queues...
Not if so many plays killer it shifts the other way, wich is possible now that broken Oni and basement bug is live.

Quickest way to start an argument on the forum and devolve away from any discussion is by instantly labelling someone as either a "survivor main" or a "killer main" - you can pretty much guarantee that it's the fastest way to end a discussion and just make everyone more argumentative.
The discussion ended on the killer mains part at the start of the thread though. Some here lie and act like thats how the thread started wich it did not.

I think your thread is a little counter productive, you ask for a normal conversation but opening in "Killer mains bring nothing and go off topic", the classic mentality that you have a side and the other one is the awful and rude one.
I like playing Killer, you start trying to subject me and others who enjoy the role to your bias and of course, I'm not gonna be anywhere near nice with you.
And there you have it.
I didnt open with killer mains as you say, liar. That came way after all you (YOU INCLUDED, you participated in that thread) tried to derail it and brought nothing to the discussion.
So here we have a killer main stalking my other thread and lying about the previous one, nice one man.

Is this because you tried to argue Hillbilly and Oni are OP and didn't like that people were rebutting that notion?
There are no rebuttals in that thread. Just killer mains trying to derail the topic of the thread.

So many killer mains trying to derail and defend the broken combo of one shotting and high movement speed smh.

Hillbilly chainsaw sprint
Oni charge

You're seeing what you want to see at this point.
Every game uses essentially every mechanic you just mentioned in some form or another. You may as well say every killed is a copy of Trapper because they all walk around the map and hit people.
You should say that Hillbilly, Nurse, and Legion are all just Wraith because their power lets him move faster. Or that Bubba, Meyers, Plague, and Ghostface are all just Hillbilly because their powers let them one-shot survivors.
The Oni collects resources that survivors drop to fill up his power gauge. Never been done before.
He can use the resources dropped as a way to track survivors. Never been done before.
He uses the resources collected to empower himself into a temporary speed state (which plenty of killers AND PERKS do) that allows him to one-shot survivors.
Using similar mechanics isn't running out of ideas. There are only so many "unique" mechanics to work with. It's how they're used and applied that make killers different. Never play a video game is you don't want to see these exact same mechancis implimented somehow, because they're in every single video game ever.
"Its only so many unique mechanics to work with"
Was OPs point, we've reached a point now where recycling abilities seem more likely than getting a something new and unique.

How am I supposed to test this killer when the games go so fast? Bhvr its 2019 not 2009 add another objective for a win other then do gens maybe you are too afraid to do that I don't know maybe stubborn as a Ox?
I doubt they are afraid ?
They probably just realize adding even more stuff that needs to be done to escape is a bad idea and would take reworking all the killers in the process.
