Here's one that happened to me last night
Pig mains are either sweet as can be or serial killers in real life. The last three pigs I've gone against have left people to bleed out and watched it happen. Just ice cold haha

I always laugh at frosty eyes-noed thing when it turns to be true.
And I am starting to think that Meg is cursed no matter who plays her.
I really think the frosty eyes noed is the truest thing ever.

Hag is the camper queen. She truly camps more than Bubba. She's forever camping. She doesn't have a permanent address, she's always at a campground. She's received awards for the camps she's created. No one knows camping better than Hag.
Oddly enough I play Hag a lot now and got called a camper last night

P3 Quentins are something else man. They're either insanely good or braindead. There's no in-between

Probably For The People

Leave it the way it is. Either finish the trial or play something else. Don't go ruining the game for other people because you're upset something didn't go your way.

Game isn't close to dying but go off hahaha

Ghostface is insane on Haddonfield

This dude hahahahah

Syringe is completely fine as is BNP. Especially compared to how they were just a short time ago.
-
200% I wouldn't even have it on my hard drive if it played even like that even half the time.
-
I have a 3700x with 16 GB of RAM and a rtx 3070
Yesterday on midwich I was having horrible frame drops anytime I used my shock blast. It would routinely cut my frames in half and cause the worse stutter I've ever seen on PC. Looks like I ain't playing Doctor again.

I see one franchise with 1 decent movie, 8 flops, and then a movie nobody saw vs. a peak horror movie, an underrated classic, and a misunderstood masterpiece. Why, literally why does Trashraiser get in the game, but a golden ratio of a franchise get shafted out of its well deserved spot. Another ugly ghoul man makes it to the game, but heaven forbid someone not nightmarish to look at makes it in. Unbelievable
The Hellbound Heart and The Forbidden (Candyman appeared in a short story in Books of Blood) are both properties that were created by Clive Barker.
Hellbound Heart is 100% more influential than The Forbidden. If you want to just look at the "quality" of the films, Hellraiser 1 (both directed and adapted to film by Barker) is a classic in horror that still holds up today. While yes 2/3 aren't as "good" as the first film, Barker had some say in the stories being told. After HR3, Barker had no input and the stories being told were just cash grabs by the studios trying to turn the Hell Priest into a standard horror movie monster.
Compare that to Candyman who has had one good film. Honestly if anyone thinks CM3 is a good film, they are incredibly deluded.
While as much as I love the idea and really want Candyman in DBD, the Hell Priest is without a doubt the better fit for the game though I would never, ever be upset if we got Candyman. Seeing Candyman 2 for the first time back when I was 3 or 4 years completely terrified me and made me look away from any mirror for a long time.
And hey, since both were created by Barker who's to say we won't get both one day?

Why would I ever avoid the plague...
I see what you did there and I hate you for it.

Well seeing as SBMM has nothing to do with hacking...
Could have happened to you last week or next week.
How many hours have you played DBD? This was your first hacker? Guess that means hacking is out of control!!!!
I have 3600 hours and have ran into 2 hackers.
Since I have not ran into any during an SBMM test maybe that means SBMM deters hackers....
I have played DBD since year 2. I have yet to see a hacker. I play on both console and PC and still, nothing.
Are there hackers in DBD, sure. It's a multiplayer game. Is it even half as bad as people claim? Not even close.

I'm really excited! I've never seen Hellraiser, because I always thought it might be too creepy for my liking, but since it will most likely come to DBD, I guess thoae free movies sites will be welcomed in my life.
Watch 1-3. 4 is okay but 1-3 are the best.
Everything after 4 needs to be avoided like the plague
-
I don't want a FNAF chapter either but come on, be an adult.
-
Stealth killers get me every time. Exploring the map for chests and totems one second then the next getting whacked by wraith or grabbed by the pig/ ghostie is panic inducing
-
Finally played it the other day and I love the map. I'm a sucker for interior maps though. The feeling of dread and claustrophobia when you see the killer lurking in a hallway you need to get through makes DBD feel like a horror movie.
-
The rose tinted glasses some members have in the his community for "Old DBD" really need to come off.

It wasn't that bad. It has something different than the DbD experience and it never got the ongoing support and development that DbD also sorely needs.
In fact, if we compared DbD year 1 and year 2 to F13 in its current state, I'd say it's competitive and alot more fair of a comparison. DbD still has game breaking bugs, audio issues still amuck (try looking away from chests and supply cases before you open them), and validation checks need to be rolled back to day one.
I shouldn't be hit from behind a fully dropped pallet. Fully dropped.
F13 was a boring, repetitive mess that was riddled with bugs from the jump. Between horrendous graphics, awful character models and animations, the game was plagued with pop in, frame drops, and wonky mechanics that are never explained. The RPG mechanics given to each survivor or Jason type never really felt impactful or even different from each other. As someone who is obsessed with horror movies and slashers in particular, F13 was not simply not good.
Listen I know the forums are where people like to bash DBD and their devs but F13 freaking sucked and there's a very solid reason it's player base died very quickly (even before the lawsuit and lack of future updates.
-
Stop lying to yourself. F13 was absolutely horrible in every regard even before the lawsuit took off.

Honestly predator fits in well in that line up, its the cybermen that stand out, cybermen never really feel scary and its in a non horror based show
True but imagine having a survivor just get freaking deleted in front of you hahahaha. Just ashes left
I'd buy it now

I e never seen a predator movie, but yeah is agree a sounds scary
That's actually very depressing. Honestly if you ever nothing better to do one night, watch Predator, Predator 2, and Predators.
The first two are super cheesy but man, what a badass killer.
-
Cyberman, Xenomorph, Predator, The Thing, Frankenstein, T800/ T1000
I know Predator probably won't happen but man imagine you're doing a gen when you just get hit with their net hahaha

Yep. Love facing Evil Clint Eastwood. He's honestly one of my favorite killers to go against and the first one I ever prestiged on Xbox.

No because that's all they say. Clown also shuts down loops but most people have him down in D tier. When he gets rated highly, they magnify what he is good at, don't look at his down sides, don't see how his zombies do nothing most games, and can't explain how he out classes killers like Doctor for example
Honestly my only real complaint with Nemesis is his infection. There's no big penalty to being infected as a survivor. It should at least apply hindrance to the survivor infected. I know since there's only 4 antidotes in the game and that's a balance issue but there should be a bigger threat behind being infected.
Also that speed boost survivors get once hit by the tentacle for the first time. That's pretty annoying.
Overall though, I think he's a solid killer, but he is very perk dependent, with a solid learning curve. I'm interested to see what the community comes up with Nemesis build wise in the coming months.
Oh one last thing... Behavior please, I beg you, ADD LICKERS!

Most people who put him in B tier cannot explain how he is better than killers in C tier. They just say "Oh he is good at shutting down loops".
So what they're saying is... He's an effective and strong killer if he's able to do that 🤔

Low quality bait.
Also, learn what a period is. Reading a string of run-on sentence a will make damn near anyone ignore whatever point you may try to make.
-
I have pretty bad light sensitivity from nerve damage in my eyes and have to either close my eyes or squint anytime there's a flash. I feel your pain, OP but for different reasons.
Hopefully in the future there's a box to check that gives relief for other players in similar spots.

Dead Hard is fine. Once you know they have, it's more or less worthless.
-
I mean I'm rank 20 on PC for killer and rank 1-4 on Xbox. Today I played Killer for the first time in forever on PC. Got placed against rank 1-8.
I loved it. Makes the game that much more enjoyable. Playing in low ranks is a slog, I'd honestly rather be placed against "harder" opponents. I just wish the piping system reflected it
-
Nope. It's pretty equal footing. Both sides can be oppressive given the right mix.
-
Because the FNAF games are horrible and shouldn't be in DBD.
-
Per steamcharts.com, DBD has roughly 36k (rounding up slightly) on at the moment, I'd venture and say they're not exactly hurting for cash at the moment. I'm sure they made back their initial costs and then some. Especially if they're paying out for various licenses and paying to keep said licenses in game for X amount of years.
-
Uhhhhh no. Just.. just no.
-
I played a grand total of 4 matches yesterday and man, it's rough. I do love the game but I don't even want to sign on for the free daily blood points or the use the codes for cosmetics
-
Feels. Went from a Xbox One X to a rtx 3070 and starting over on Steam has killed my urge to play.
I know it's hard to implement but god damn I'd kill for cross progression
-
It's honestly why I stopped checking the forums everyday. This place unfortunately filled with so many toxic people on both sides and I count myself lucky that I'm not the one sifting through muck as a community manager. I'll stick with nursing. Much less stressful.
-
Nurse is one of the hardest killers to learn if not the hardest. That being said, even a good nurse can be outplayed. Break line of sight. Juke. Running in a straight line from a nurse is a great way to give them a free hit or even down.
She still had a wicked cool down and the punishment for missed blinks is brutal.
She's fine where's she at.
-
Personally like the UI change 🤷♂️
-
Nah you ain't alone. I live in the American Midwest and have played at all hours (I used to work 3rd shift so my sleep schedule was all messed up). Normally ranked 1-4.
Every so often I'll go against a toxic group of survivors but in my 2 years of playing, it's definitely less than 10 times.
A lot of killers assume good survivors are in a group or their ego is so large they can't accept that sometimes they'll just get out played and lose.
-
I exclusively play solo and have hit rank 1 many times. It's not difficult but it does come down to game sense and play time.
