This a very cool adaption for a mimic killer, I appreciate all of the detail that you put into this.
Honestly I’m not even sure if the survivor mimic ability is necessary, it just kinda feels like an extra “Oh and it can also do this by the way” thing. Plus there’s the point that it probably wouldn’t work with voice chats. This sounds like it’s at its strongest as a prop hunt type killer.

Interesting idea, I think a non humanoid killer could be sick. I feel like the dog should have more than a leap attack though, it doesn’t sound particularly fun to play as just leaping into skillcheck battles.

I really like the idea of the survivors being able to restrict or enable the killers power and this opens up the decisions the survivors have available to them instead of the normal m1 chase and loop. The killer on the other hand can try to force survivors to enable his powers by putting them into compromising scenarios. Perhaps the rarer or more difficult to create scenario, the stronger the overall level of the power.
There are already 3 ranged killers in the game so maybe we can take these ideas and move away from giving this character so many guns.
Thank you for your criticism, while I think guns fit thematically best for this licensed killer perhaps the concept could be used for another killer wether it be an original Blacksmith killer that can make his own melee weapons or Jason Voorhees with that weapon swap idea that everyone is talking about.

Do you have any ideas on what types of new objectives could be made?

That's VHS like someone else said and that's why no one wants to play the monster. Once your hit by the weapon your stun locked and die quickly.
Interesting, is that a big critique in VHS that made a lot of people stop playing or get angry?

Nah. It would make playing killer feel much weaker and less fun since you’re not the unstoppable slasher and you’re being beaten up by the survivors.
This happened in F13th until they had to add a band aid fix in the rage mode. VHS has this bu5 the whole game was designed from the groun up with it in mind (An seven then it has issues)
A secondary objective should be something that involves traversing the map or interacting with the killer but not in an offensive way
I’m not saying my idea isn’t good but to be fare the survivors are able to scare with you with pallets to stun you.

I like the idea of Pennywise playing off fear.
What if survivors were afflicted with what they fear the most? Based on their playstyle?
- The survivor who likes being chased? What are they afraid of? Fake pallets? No Red Stain?
- The most-chased survivor is afflicted with 1 of these 2 things.
- The survivor who likes sitting on gens? Afraid of a fake terror radius? No skill check warnings?
- The most-repairs survivor is afflicted with 1 of these 2 things.
- The survivor who likes to heal and protect? No aura reading? Broken status?
- The most-altruistic survivor is afflicted with 1 of these 2 things.
Interesting idea, idk how such a power would work though.

I don't know why The Clown existing should have any baring on Pennywise.
Hillbilly and Cannibal
Spirit and Onryo
These are more similar to each other than Clown and Pennywise would ever be. One is a circus themed serial killer, the other is a trans-dimensional embodiment of fear itself.
Pennywise isn’t even a real clown, he’s a shapeshifting eldritch monstrosity and his Pennywise form is completely different from Clown, and The Clown is a drunk maniac with a lung infection basically, they honestly shouldn’t be a comparison.
Honestly horror clowns are awesome so I would love to see Pennywise and Art The Clown.

Does he want the killer to be an animal on all fours or what?
Idk what other type of non humanoid killers there are, tigers, bears, spiders? I couldn’t imagine it going much further than that

The biggest sticking point would be animations it can't avoid needing to have. Things like window vaults, pickup and hooking animations, stuff like that. It'd also need to be roughly humanoid in shape/size, I think, for similar reasons.
Though, BHVR have been inventive within those limitations before, so I still think it's possible. Hell, we had Demogorgon for a while, and that's definitely more monstrous than the average human.
Yeah how tf is a giant spider getting through a vault? Maybe that’s just a disadvantage to the killer or it’s only the size of a big dog or something.
I feel like a hooking/carrying animation is pretty simple, a tiger for example could carry a survivor in its mouth and it could use its claws to strike, or a spider carry a survivor by its mouth and use its feet to attack. For a giant snake? That’s tough, headbutt I guess but it’d look kind of dumb.
The main problem I see is the killer being to big to properly move through doorways and other things, this is a big reason that Attack On Titan and Sirenhead was denied by BHVR (Attack On Titan was only skins and Trevor Henderson approached BHVR but was denied).

Pinhead has unique animations for every action that involve him not using his arms or legs, they could create a non-humanoid killer.
There is a spider in Identity V, a killer that turns into a speedy wheel, and a killer that leaps into the air and can hop over vaults. And its a mobile game.
There is no excuse.
PinHead is a very humanoid character, although his animations look different they are still functionally the same.

It could possibly take the form of a survivor that's already in the trial, (which it could switch appearances to any of them once in game) and even appear to repair generators with others. XD
This idea is probably to far fetched but what if a 5th survivor slot was added in the survivor lobby and it has to assimilate everyone when the match starts.

Chucky is bigger than Victor, like a foot taller. And they pulled Victor off so I don’t see why Chucky couldn’t be done.
-
I think the power should revolve around the quote “Be careful what you wish for”.
-
What if he had a fear meter and he could earn fear points which he could use to “buy” transformations, like 1 fear point could turn you into a survivor and 4 fear points could turn you into a werewolf.
-
Due to DBD guidelines they can’t show to much gore or their game will get banned from other countries. So chances are Art gets a wimpy mori
Although we’ve gotten slight dismemberment with Clowns mori cutting off fingers, maybe Art whips a survivor in the face and it gets stuck so he yanks it out and pulls out their eyeball from the socket.
-
I almost think DBD doesn’t deserve Terriffier, they can’t make a violent killer, due to their guidelines they aren’t allowed to. They’d make a super wimpy mori for this awesomely gruesome killer.

Same thought when it came to not wanting the killer, due to it never being seen. I didn't read the description, but yeah it is confusing. My guess is while it's invisible, it moves 250% speed. While visible in tier 1, 120% speed. In tier 2, it become 130% speed, while possessing a survivor and looking at them it drops to 115%. Sounds kinda all over the place tbh. But I don't see the devs, being able to implement a mechanic that lets you take control of another player's character. Plus it would be a lil unfair to have something that prevents a player from being able to play the game, even if it's a set duration of time. Guess they could introduce a survivor looking AI, but that would be hard to introduce also. It'd have to match a player in the match, cosmetics and all, and be intelligent enough to avoid that survivor it's copying. But we've all seen how smart the AI bots are, in the tutorials, and Nemesis' zombies lol.
I didn’t really have a good scope of movement speeds and I was a noobie to making concepts, so I agree with this.
-
Hey I actually made this concept, it’s awesome seeing this get some attention since I never expected it to go any further than a concepts channel in a Discord server.
One flaw with this idea that I made was that what made the Blaire Witch so scary was that she was never shown, so if it was possible to never show her but also make her a functional killer that’d be best for a Blaire Witch Project chapter.
Or just bring her mythology into the realm of the entity, an idea I heard was just adding a map and twana charm.

The SCP Foundation would be great but the licensing is ridiculous
