  • Can you make it possible to select 1 survivor and 1 killer challenge at the same time?

  • @Chaotic_Riddle
    That's true but largely based on your luck on whether another survivor is running DS. It's not something u can plan for. I never use Rancor and plan to kill my obsession before the last gen and if i end up killing them mid-match, thats on me and I choose to do that with the knowledge that I might be wasting my time.
    Like sure, you can technically use Rancor 4 times now but you couldnt really consider that a buff since its not something u can plan for, force to happen, etc. It's just comes down to luck and circumstances. I'd be shocked if I ever got the opportunity to Rancor-mori more than one survivor

    @Casm
    The benefit you talk about doesn't stem from the changing-obsession part of the perk. The killer would not know if anyone is running DS, EVEN IF DS didnt change the obsession.

    @Hex_Flex
    The benefit u describe is from the overall change from the perk, not the changing-obsession part of the perk. You could remove the part about the obsession-changing and what u say about being able to mori a survivor before they get the chance to use DS will still be true.

    @Coriander
    OoO will still work if ur not the obsession, just at a shorter range. But its dumb that the obsession status can be stolen from you midgame, compromising a perk that you expected to be able to use a certain way

    I really hope the devs see this and realize this obsession-changing aspect of the rework adds little to no benefit, while creating massive headaches elsewhere. I dont see any reason why they couldnt just remove the line "Successfully stunning the killer will result in you becoming the obsession" and leave the rest of the rework as is.

  • @Entità
    Just fyi, when the devs say "footsteps audio remixed and volume adjusted", they mean that the audio levels have been brought back to the normal levels before the most recent engine update. Patch 2.4.0. with its Unreal Engine update accidentally changed some volume levels for things like footsteps, breathing, chainsaw noises etc. Theyre just putting things back to normal, not making footsteps louder than they used to be (before 2.4.0)

    regardless, interesting idea. I certainly do find survivors by hearing their footsteps. could be interesting

  • @SmokePotion
    Agree 100% it shouldn't be red. Purple at best. I do think the devs kind of thought, hey people like the Wraith's new red addon and so let's just slap it on Legion too!

  • @MysterTal
    Yep, it's the most ridiculous conditions for an achievement imo. Like I said, the devs kind of hinted that this achievement may have been thought of before final changes to Legion, so it might have made more sense with a previous version of Legion's power. Because clearly it makes no sense with Legion's power now and is actually the opposite of what the current iteration of Legion's power is supposed to do. But the devs also said they're unlikely to change achievement requirements after they are released because people might already have them or have progress towards them.

    And tbf on the devs, I think Skilled Huntress is a fair achievement. You just gotta be a skilled huntress xD (or just run Nurse's Calling)

  • @SmokePotion
    I feel like you still definitely get a significant positive benefit, in terms of distance covered, despite the stun. The stun is frustrating, but I just find it funny when I see Legions try to monitor gens across the map and choose to walk there @ 110% movement speed xD

  • @Wolf74
    My point is not about how good or not NM is or how much pressure it applies on the killer or not... We were talking about the HUD icon... My point is that you never get to use the actual ability to get yourself off the ground and surprise the killer because the HUD icon. It'd be nice if someone got to use No Mither "stealthily" like you can Unbreakable.

    And yes, prior to the HUD icon, I did always try to remember the survivor who started injured, but I was saying if MasonHugsCats' idea was implemented, that wouldn't apply, and removing the HUD icon could be nice quality of life change for survivors (though I would dislike it as killer xD).

  • @Wolf74
    You're completely right, but you also have to acknowledge that the HUD mark completely screws the main benefit of No Mither. The only time you actually get to use No Mither to get yourself up is if the killer is a potato or is just being nice. Should something like @MasonHugsCats 's idea become a reality, it'd be nice if No Mither just showed up when you're near the No Mither, like Leader/Vigil/We'll Make It, instead of on the HUD.

  • @aarongai
    (1) - Agreed. Honestly you should lose a stack and/or lose bloodpoints for unsafe rescues like how the Benevolent emblem works.
    (2) - I mean someone has to save hooked survivors in a game, right?
    (3) - Agreed. Max WGLF stacks is def harder than max BBQ stacks.

    However, I agree with @Ryuhi that giving stacks for gen completion wouldn't be the best solution. First of all, what if you don't stick around to finish the gen or just stop by the gen when it's at 99% to tap it to get a stack. That would seem dumb. That would also incentivize gen rushing even more which the devs are trying not to do. Maybe if you complete a heal entirely by yourself (or maybe an entire gen by yourself) could be a stack?

    @Dabrownman1812
    Taking a hit and then pulling off a hook within 3 seconds is what people like to call [hook]-farming and is usually a very bad strategy... You and/or the rescued are likely to get downed immediately which is detrimental for your whoever gets downed, your benevolent emblem, and you also screw your team over. Don't farm for WGLF stacks!

    @Tsulan
    But what if only one survivor is getting chased/hooked? Seems strange to suddenly stop cutting off WGLF stacks at an arbitrary number.

  • Not sure why it isn't counting the seconds for some people but honestly this daily needs a rework. It's by far the most time consuming and it's not very rewarding. Usually takes 2-3 games unlike any other lowest-tier daily.

  • Audio levels have been whack since the engine update in 2.4.0. Devs know this and are working on recalibrating things.

    And apparently getting rid of the music for No Mither is actually pretty complicated code-wise so not sure if that's gunna happen... :/

  • Definitely think a rework is necessary for how Feral Frenzy interacts with Exposed, particularly given Legion's endgame shortcomings. 2-hit down doesn't sound like a bad idea...

  • @fluffybunny
    The movement/map pressure with an always-on Feral Frenzy would be insane... I think the FF tracking is too accurate to have all game as well; completely obliterates any stealth strats. It'd sure be interesting tho. I also think base speed could be brought up to default and that wouldn't break the game...

    @Zarathos
    I don't think Legion necessarily NEEDS to be more lethal. I also see Legion's ability as primarily, a time-waster kind of like the Pig's Reverse Bear Traps. The power makes it easy to hit and find clumps of survivors and force them to waste time mending while one target is chased down. Perhaps instead of trying to make FF more lethal, maybe make it better at time-wasting? Or ideally, a perfect balance of both xD

  • I don't think Legion's addons are particularly more redundant/uncreative than addons for other killers. All killers have addons that apply the same effect where the rarity determines the magnitude of the effect. This is nothing new... I think Legion's issues lie mostly with his power. Regardless, addons shouldn't be the way a killer is reworked.

    @SmokePotion
    The Red-addon is decent (definitely not as good as other Red addons tho) if you're a killer who likes to monitor gens a lot. I think using Legion's power as a method of mobility is pretty underrated.

  • I would agree the "cheese strat" is extremely frustrating for survivors and also, is not very fun for the killer too! Would appreciate if this strategy could be discouraged somehow thru a rework...

    @Spicybarbecue
    Would disagree [double] hit is guaranteed. Legion's speed makes him arguable easier to juke in some situations...

    @SmokePotion
    Sustained chase requires killer to look at survivor, not distance. Running into the killer's line-of-sight will usually reinitiate chase but that risks killer just regularM1-ing the survivor.

  • The description is unclear/incorrect/bugged (as confirmed on Developer Stream) and should be fixed soon.

    Here's what you have to do:

    • activate your power
    • hit SurvivorA (a survivor who hasn't had Deep Wound applied on them) and apply Deep Wound
    • within the same frenzy, hit (down) SurvivorB (a survivor who already has Deep Wound affected from a previous frenzy attack)

    Obviously, since hitting SurvivorB will automatically end your frenzy (since you're hitting a survivor already affected by Deep Wound), you need to make sure you hit them when their Deep Wound meter has progressed down significantly (or use Frank's Mix Tape to apply a greater amount of damage to the Deep Wound meter).

    The requirements seem really random and don't really make sense with how the killer's power functions, but those are the requirements... :/
    Perhaps it made more sense with a previous version of Legion/Legion's power (as hinted by the developers)...
