Just wondering what keeps you playing killer through all the bugs, horrible balance, toxicity, and stress of it all. Personally I've completely given up on playing killer, no point in continuing to play if every game is swf genrushers who get my ruin within 1 min of the match and are just toxic all game.
Lol just spam spirit with stridor every game and you'll have a good time, plus i haven't caught the sound bug yet so im sorry if it won't work for you
-
From playing with both PH and DS I feel as though there both good in there own right since DS has a good TR alongside good 1v1 and add perks like M&A or STBFL you can pretty much get a free hit or down but he still has his issues such as bad map pressure since he is 110% MS and if you hit a good shot you can still not get the down. But in pyramid heads case he has a lot in kit with the trimmers for detection alongside the cages which can be good in certain moments, then he has his ranged attack which can be reacted to but the strength of it is that you can fake it to zone someone off a pallet or window so that adds a lot to him as well. But he also has his issues since caging someone can lose you pressure since the cage spawns far away from you and missing a shot punishes him a lot. So I just think they both have there own strengths and it's wrong to compare the two.
(Meant to pick can't choose)

So 110% is slow, but is justified by a strong power.
115% is standard, but is justified by not having a super strong power.
What about a 112.5% for a good but not amazing power? (Possibly Death Slinger)
Maybe a 117.5% for a very weak power? (Legion?)
Thoughts anybody?
115%=32 TR
112.5%=28 TR
110%=24 TR
This is what i'm guessing if i'm seeing your idea correctly
-
What is usually your ideal mindset when making reworks to killers and buffing them??
-
The only reason why ruin was used so much is from it actually giving you pressure in the early game since when you spawn in as killer you don't start with map pressure unless your billy or nurse which really didn't need ruin in my personal opinion. But there a lot of killers without mobility that would waste around 15 to 20 sec just to go from one of the map to the other. So from having ruin you can actually get the ball rolling from getting injuries, downs, hooks, which gets survivors off gens, even if it gets destroyed in 30 sec you can at least get a chase going in that amount of time which starts up your pressure as well. One thing that I can say from playing both killer and survivor at red ranks is that ruin is a hex perk so it can always get destroyed which bhvr doesn't understand and hitting great skill checks aren't the hardest thing to do unless your lagging. So I believe that ruin really didn't need a change since your taking a gamble with this perk in the first place.
-
Its funny how they want new ruin to be a late game perk but hex's never last till late game lol

How so? I'm being sarcastic as in I'm saying the stupidest, most biased things I can.
Oh gosh I was scared
-
Wait are you all being serious????
-
Without ruin a lot of killers kill rates would go down since we'll be having so many quick games plus imagine killers without good map pressure on big maps like mothers dwelling, you'll pretty much have to end your chases in around 20 sec each if you even plan on pressuring out all the gens before they pop. Also they never even touched toolboxes or gen speed so this could be even worse. But if this new ruin was its own perk and we can keep the current ruin it won't be as bad which they could hopefully consider doing and please the community a bit.
-
If they are nerfing ruin why not nerf gen speeds as well since all killers had going for them early were ruin (plus corrupt even though its not getting changed) to slow the game down in the earlier phases plus its a hex so it can go away in the matter of 20 sec so its not that oppressive to go against. If ruin is getting nerfed at least nerf gen speed along with it or toolboxes at the very least because every killer can't pressure out the whole map especially on maps like mothers dwelling.
-
Personally I think they need to make the power recharge for a full frenzy gauge be 15 sec again, make it so you only lose 50% instead of 100% of your meter on a missed frenzy hit, rework a few of the add ons so they'll be useful, and make the fatigue like 3 sec so you don't have to wait a full 4 sec stun. With these changes it'll make legion a bit better at the very least
-
I can say that they need to rework some of their add ons since a good portion of them aren't good then they need to do some QoL changes like lower fatigue, lower power timer and letting frenzy hits count as basic attack hits again. If we can get these few buffs it'll put legion in like D tier instead of F
-
This doesn't excuse the fact there still bad
-
Freddy: Remove the undetectable status effect so BT can work against him
Huntress: Let iri hatches apply the DW effect but she keep all her hatches
Bully: Don't let the chainsaw rev up add ons stack

His statement was not wrong.
1 can be good with a killer, without that this killer has a good basekit.
If being good would be a sign of that a killer, or survivor is op/balanced/use the word you like - then every killer and survivor type would be op and dbd would have no balance issuses, since I bet that every killer has some players that make with them 4k regularly and also survivors have for sure always someone who is on the winning side, no matter with which crude tactics and perks he is playing.
What the topic matters:
To make the Legion a lot more balanced and also fun would be necessary, imo:
-Let m1 attacks not impact on the frenzy cooldown (mainly because balance).
-Throw the stun for a missing hit away (mainly because of fun).
Because of the other penalties of the Legion that would be still active, I don't see here any balance issuses. As long, as bhvr not touches the dw mechanic, they can't make anything wrong imo.
I bet those 2 changes could be make in a day. I mean, I am not a coder, but comon... How long can it take to make that happen?
For sure not long.
And I like simple, but efficient changes.
The FF not going away after missing a hit would not be good since you literally can't avoid the hit which would be frustrating but a good idea is so you only lose 50% of your bar on a miss it'll be more in line and punish you a lot less for missing your power, plus you could use the ability to get distance by just stabbing the air which looked dumb. But I can agree not letting m1's affect the frenzy meter would be nice.
-
If you think about it they gave a bit of a buff even if it's super tiny since survivors can't do gens in your TR no more

Who's ready for another Legion rant, because I'm bored with nothing better to do. The new upcoming patch for me is a mixed bag, the vault speed change is appreciated but you're nerfing a good bit of build potential specifically Sloppy and STBFL. The most egregious change though is the mend time reduction, 15 seconds down to 12 really does make a difference when every second really does count seeing as Legion relies on making the game take as long as possible thanks to having nearly 0 power in chase aside from darkening the screen if they still need to mend. That speed increase of 5.0 to 5.2 sounds cool and all until you realize you will only actually get 2 more meters out of his 50 meter power range (2.8 with double duration addons), meaning it's not going to make a real difference.
Honestly if you made the purple addons useful in this patch I'd shut my mouth and just deal with it until more power creep appears but there's a problem when all of his rare and uncommon addons are more useful than all but 2 of his very rare to ultra rare addons (Filthy blade which just got nerfed for 0 reason, iridescent button, and cold dirt which is currently beyond mediocre). Frank's mixtape and stab wounds study are completely pointless at the moment being far too underpowered to make any sort of difference (unless your using them with Nemesis). I will give credit where credit is due, you made the other pins useful.
My ideas to make Legion at least mid tier without changing him completely are changing his fatigue duration to 3 seconds and leave the cooldown addons as is, there's no reason for it to be so forgiving when we have killers that can one hit down you in a matter of seconds, fly around the map, and destroy pallets almost instantly (Billy) while still being in the same speed tier. Addon wise revert the filthy blade nerf back to 3.5 seconds instead of 2.5 or make it give the player mending a guaranteed skillcheck because as of now it's not worth running even when combined with the green blade, for stab wounds study make it so the player has to hit multiple skill checks during mending or give it a Nurse's calling effect so you can see when someone is mending near you, for Frank's mixtape I'd say decrease the amount of times you'd have to hit survivors to down them (make it worth running other than just a meme).
I personally think Fuming mixtape is nearly worthless as you lose so many senses using the power as a mobility tool so that needs to be changed as well, if you wanna keep it as is make it so if you hit a survivor you can still see gens (so you can actually use your ultra addon) or change the addon and make it where you can see scratch marks and blood in frenzy, that one is an extreme change but in all honesty with how awful the fatigue is it's not gonna be gamebreaking in the slightest but it would be helpful.
If you've read this far you're a trooper and I thank you, my last point is with Nemesis. I'm sorry BVHR but you dropped the ball on this one, your lack of care with what you do with Legion is going to bite you next patch if nothing is done. There's no easy fix without any drawbacks here, the best thing to do is make it so the meter drops until the last 5 seconds if you're still technically in terror radius with the killer that way you still get the oblivious effect of not knowing you're in terror radius for the most part but you aren't going to get cheesed either. Or you could totally change how his power works get rid of the whole deep wounds aspect of Legion and make his power have some actually downing potential while being balanced properly. That way you can appease people who want Legion to have power in chase and you can keep making creative new perks like Nemesis without worrying about breaking the game.
Tbh the easiest way to fix nemesis with legion is to make DW proximity based so you can't cheese out the DW timer. It'll also make BT against freddy actually viable so it'll be a win win

I honestly think people who don't play Legion just see the "Deep Wounds duration decreased" change and think that it was a flat nerf. Honestly between the
Defaced SmileyPin addons being made not terrible and Legion's general chase power being increased Legion is far better overall. But I still stand by my point that it's quite obvious that Behaviour has no idea what to do with Deep Wounds and should just replace / remove the status effect entirely. Balancing Legion around the existence of a joke debuff makes them far worse than they need to be.https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/883131#Comment_883131
Also this. I always laugh when people brag about being at Red Ranks like it's somehow hard. No you just equip the meta and play around the dumb parameters that Behaviour set. Otz recently made a video where he just plays game stall Freddy to get Iridescent Emblems for the Rift and he gets 4 Iris. He didn't even play that well but he still double pipped, cause the game took forever, he killed all the Survivors, and ended his chases decently fast.
Its just mainly the FF not counting as a regular attack no more which people rant about since they lost a lot of there perk sinergy with SB,STBFL, and etc. But I do agree with them removing the DW effect or replacing it
-
Tbh they might just make the DW effect go down within a certain proximity of the killer instead of TR as a easier change. This would fix legions issues with the new perks and make it so BT can work against certain killers like freddy.

Get better, lol. It's not that hard to hit survivors trying to 360.
I completely agree lol not even to be mean @emyung
-
The build is nice but you should probably put on stolen sketch book to make that frenzy duration a bit longer
But I personally run SB,Thana,Ruin, and PGTW with Stolen Sketch Book and Mural sketch. It promotes survivors not healing which would leave them one hit so all you have to work for is the last hit which can let you easily PGTW gens if they don't want to heal. But if they do heal it takes a crazy amount of time which can buy you lots of time. Then with the crazy FF duration you have you shouldn't struggle getting to the people you see with KI.
-
Nurse is still top tier you just have to wait a second or two longer for the 2nd blink for you to demolish the survivor
Pig just got nerfed since they didn't want people to complain about her being oppressive end game with the RBT's if they stayed the same
Legion is probably the worst killer in the game now but they can give you points pretty well and there nerf was needed since they were hella unhealthy for the game
Spirit might get gutted out bad from the complaints they receive everyday

@TheLegendDyl4n1 said:
its the basis of his power, lets compare him to the first killer, the trapper. The trapper's power is placing down bear traps where a survivor can get caught in, and if thier smart they will disarm them. With legion, his power is going into a frenzy and hitting players, causing them to go into the borrowed time effect, it's annoying to go from healthy to negative 2 health states that require mending and healing to get back up. but you might argue that trapper's traps can put survivors in a difficult position where they have to get out of the trap, run away, and heal. This annoying but that is what he does, he traps survivors to chase one at a time, the legion has a choice when he uses frenzy, he either uses frenzy to injure a survivor and then get out of frenzy to down, or he leaves the survivor he found to injure more which is annoying because it makes games much longer due to survivors having to mend, and then heal. So, basically if they were to change his power to something completely different, and didn't make games so long, it would be less annoying to deal with. you may take it one survivor at a time, but most put everyone into the borrowed time effect, and run sloppy butcher which also makes it longer to heal, so when i see a legion that has good game sense, i let myself die because i would rather go against a trapper that takes good skill to use than legion where his power is so annoying to deal with i'm not scared or stressed in chases, just annoyed. In my personal opinion though their is no coming back with legion, he will remain the most hated and annoying killer, to go against, in the game due to the fact of how he was when he was released.
Well legion is a weird one since you have to treat them like plague since most legions run SB or Thana or both to make healing take ridiculously long which just buys them a lot of time so most survivors just don't heal unless they have good med kits because of this it leads to them being a T3 myers without the vault speed. But you can just not mend in their TR and do gens since the mend timer doesn't go down off of chase anymore. So I can agree that they are annoying to go against but they are still a bad killer. Personally I feel that there are more annoying and worst things to go against like prayer beads and iri hatchets which just makes the game un fun.

Why can't legion break palletd with his frenzy as basekit?
I don't think they'll add that lol
-
Trapper-Increase the amount of traps he starts with
Wraith-Let Bone Clapper Add on be base
Myers-Give Myers Increased action speed in EW3 such as breaking pallets and kicking gens
Bubba-Reduce the time of his frenzy and increase MS while charging up the chainsaw
Doc-When shocking a survivor increase the time in which they can't vault a pallet or vault a window
Clown-Increase bottle reload speed and while intoxicated survivors can't fast vault windows.
Legion-Increase FF MS and vault speed and decrease the power recovery rate
Ghostface-Decrease the night shroud recovery rate
Plague-Increased MS while charging and releasing vile purge(applies to corrupt purge as well)
Pig-Let Rules Set No. 2 be base

From my experience Legion is not that bad. He can keep survivors busy. Many other low tier killers need QoL changes tho. Clown faster reload for example. Or trapper more traps basekit. Could bring em to viability.
Legion is a weird one since survivors just won't heal against you at high ranks so your just tier 3 myers but their power isn't that great since survivors can just do gens in your TR so they don't have to mend. So legion has his few strengths and lots of weaknesses which I hope BHVR addresses soon
-
I feel as though they need to revert a few of legions nerfs such as giving them faster vault speed since you can literally get your power looped at a unsafe pallet, make the power recharge 15 sec again since the power isn't even that crazy compared to other killers like spirits where hers is 15 sec and it can win her the game, bring there fatigue back down to 3 sec because your literally eating a DS each time you get out of your power, and finally they need to rework a few of their add ons. A good portion of their add ons are pretty bad since they really don't help you example being the KI range increase, this doesn't help to much since a good portion of the time you won't even reach the person in the far distance. So it'll probably be best if they reverted it back to MS add ons since sprint burst can screw you over with the 5.0 speed we have now and it'll help to deal with that. They also hinted at the button add ons getting changed to actually work effectively but they need to increase the time on the effects to make them actually usable. Finally they need to make it so we don't lose our whole power gauge on a missed FF attack since it's punishing the killer for way to much for common issues like ping, aim assist, and etc. My idea to change it is that we only lose like 50% of the gauge on a miss but still get taken out of the power. If BHVR doesn't want to rework legion they can at least give us these QoL changes including a few add ons changes so the killer can actually feel better to play as while keeping there rush down identity.
-
I think the devs know that they over did it on the nerfs to legion but with this current legion they can at least give us some QoL changes like making the power 15 sec instead of 20 sec since the power isn't even that strong and give them some of there speed back like with vaulting pallets. Also losing all of your power gauge on a miss was a horrible choice if you lost 50% it'll be a bit better. But overall if they can give us some QoL changes if they don't want to rework legion I won't be to mad at that.
(Rework the add ons too a lot of them are garbage)
-
If they want to keep legion how they are now they should just add some quality of life changes like making FF 15 sec instead of 20 because the power isn't even that strong compared to spirits where hers is 15 sec and it can destroy a team off a few uses. They can also implement the same idea of the new nurse where her power goes up even in fatigue. Next they can up their vault speed since you can loop their power at unsafe loops. With the issue of the missed frenzy attack they need to not go so hard on the killer by removing the whole power on miss they should either give us two swings where each takes out 50% of the frenzy meter so you can have a second try at a hit or they can reduce the amount of gauge you loss after a missed frenzy attack such as losing only 25% or 50%. Lastly they need to rework some of their add ons since some aren't even that good to use. Those are my ideas of how they can keep this legions kit and just buff some parts of it.
-
@Bleediss said:
Well, a streamer I watched for a little bit said "Legion has no counterplay like Nurse and Spirit."
So I guess those people exist and that's why they DC.
All legion has is a free first hit and then they get looped to oblivion like other killers
-
@Aven_Fallen said:
Better more Nerfs than too less Nerfs. This way they can start buffing Legion.
Old Legion is one thing I will never miss. He was not even good, he was able to chase one person down, while losing the game because it took so long and he had no Map Pressure at all. He was basically a Nurse in one aspect (ignoring Survivor Defenses), but thats it.
I also think that removing FF on a Miss was a good thing. It was not scary at all, it just looked dumb. And it was kinda braindead to have like Unrelenting over 9000, to be able to miss like 5 times to get Hit Number 6 in.
I can agree with you on that
-
I agree that they should do that but they'll loss money since your pretty much getting joey and susie for free if you prestige
-
Overall legion could use some buffs though like giving him his speed back since you can get looped at unsafe pallets and spreading deep wounds can be an issue from not having enough speed to get to the other person so it'll be good to have like 5.4 ms in FF. Also it'll be nice to make the FF cooldown 15 sec again since the power isn't even super strong unlike spirit were hers is 15 sec and she can literally win chases just with that her power. Plus they should either buff the FF fatigue cooldown add ons or just buff the base fatigue cooldown since if they buff both it'll be a bit dirty to deal with since they have 4.6 ms now because if you look at old legion with the reduced fatigue and the fatigue reducing add ons it was a bit silly how fast they got out of it. Finally they should give their multiple swings backs but just make each missed swing take out like 50% of the meter or they can make it so that if you miss a swing you don't lose your whole meter probably just 25% of it.
-
@Ninjaarman721 said:
he deserves a buff, not power rework IMO,deep wounds were never meant to be a giant threat, just a slowdown tool to force survivor to mend and waste their time, problem is:
- his movement speed is not enough to catch up people(5.0m/s is not fine)
- the cooldown of 4 seconds is ridiculous and makes walking without FF more effective than uing FF,also not counting the fact that u get half blinded during the ridiculous cooldown
- vault speeds were an undeserved nerf,it just removes the fast going killer of his running and hitting everyone style feeling, not stating that pallets vault is so slow that makes unsafe pallets almost safe during FF,it just makes legion more reliant on bamboozle(increased vault speeds, fire up only affects windows)
- so you are punished for missing with your power that isn't that great already?that just makes no balance sense, you are using your power with risks of failing in using but u are punished for even using it?thats another ridiculous thing about the current legion.
- what happened to old killer instinct?it was better not i just get half blind in corn fields and fully blind at FF cooldown
- 20 seconds recharge time?only usable at full bar? so i get punished heavily for using a power that was supposd to benefit me but instead just makes it an eventual happening as most survivors are very far away, and the fact that i get also genrushed for trying to use my power?ridiculous. 20 seconds is like 25% of a gens progress, making FF only usable at full bar just depletes his ability to use FF to travel the map faster, even tho 5.0m/s(125%) isn't that great of a speed since wraith is faster when cloaked.
Now that just makes legion worse than wraith for not being able to get much benefit from a power that punishes heavily if you don't make it to use it correctly aka missing an attack, survivors too far away, not being able to catch up in time, even tho 10s duration seems pretty long it isn't for a 5.0m/s killer to catch up a survivor far away not stating the fact that exhaustion perks that boosts ur speed outruns legion completely(with his current cooldown, walkign ith 4.6m/s catches up faster than a 5.0m/s with 10s duration power with a 4s cooldown
legion is another case of overnerfed killer,0 thought was given to legions power in his rework, his power benefits simply don't reward much for a power that heavily punishes if u fail to use it when certain common conditions are met
overnerfed and hard killer for now,but that doesn't mean u can't do great with him and get good 4ks while playing him,but still hard, actually glad that i heard they are in the early process of reworking him again,so my hopes are up for him to be actually viable and not have easy cheese mechanics like pre-patch legion,as a fellow legion main, the moonwalks were pretty boring and unfun, devs,if u are seeing this, its not smart to overnerf an killer to then buff it later, the most opinions that count are first impression ones,we will never forget when killers get in a freddyV1.0 like state like this
for now,all we can do is sit here and wait for devs to finally announce their return from the entity's recovering power room to become strong again, this was the list of most problems he has
"Legion had no counterplay, thats why they rework him",most pathetic words i had heard from a excuse from survivors to get him overnerfed not only because of cheese mechanics (they are a good excuse)but because the fact they found him annoying to face as so they took advantage of that to get him overnerfed, not stating they are still trying to get new freddy boi to get nerfed aswell, hope he doesn't.
if you doubt legion had no counterplay in the beginning, you are incredibly wrong
Legion had some counter play it's just that they were super annoying with franks mixtape, moonwalking with bloodhound, and etc, plus people abused the fact that if you continuously kept swinging in FF you'll get across the map much quicker which made no since at all. So the main issue is that they pretty much guaranteed a down and they had multiple swings so 360's and dead hard weren't the biggest types of counter play.
-
I feel that with dying light if you hook the obsession you should still gain a stack instead of non since the obsession isn't being affected by dying light but they still get the healing speed increase which makes you not even want to go for them, plus if the obsession dies you should still be able to keep the benefits but you shouldn't be able to gain anymore stacks like with STBFL. With thana they can just up the numbers on it from (3%/3.5%/4% to a max of 12%14%/16) to (3%/4%/5% to a max of 12%/16%/20%).
-
I totally like your idea for the rework but I feel like being able to block windows with your FF is a bit hard to deal with for a survivor since there power is already a free first hit but if it was a pink add on it can make more since. Also breaking pallets base kit might be a bit to much since you can just stack a bunch of duration add ons and break every pallet in the game off of like 3 FF since you don't lose your power progression when vaulting already. But overall I love your idea for the changes such as the faster charge time the vault speed and etc.
-
I wouldn't mind a lethal FF with the way his power is now since it takes 20 sec for his power to come back.

It makes STBFL pretty nice on her now :)

Since Frenzy isn't lethal anymore they should at least make it worth using for map pressure
They should make it faster, including vaulting, and make it last longer as a base
Don't need to make it too strong, but at least make it worth using
With the stun it's not even worth using to move around the map right now, you would cover more ground in less time by walking
I can agree with that idea it'll make it easier to spread DW at the very least and won't break them since their power is literally a free first hit.
-
I feel that his vault speed needs to be buffed since his power is basically a free first hit and if your power is getting looped at certain pallets then it's not good
-
The demogorgon might just be a average killer since you really can't go wrong with a teleport and a lunge ability plus his add ons might be good as well

Increase the vault speed as well because you can loop their power on certain pallets

I feel like just entirely taking away their ability to repair is stupid, give them a choice, if they want to repair a gen but slower then let them do it ( maybe the slower repairing could be increased to 25% ) it will take them longer than usually and they will be injured, so they are taking a risk, but if tjey really want to then let them do it and suffer the consequences.
I like that idea since completely making it so survivors can't do gens won't be fun to go against
-
@Peanits If you can think about giving legions speed back it'll be nice since the vault speed is super sluggish plus vaulting a window as them is the same speed as a medium vault and vaulting a pallet is the same speed as a slow vault on it. So if legion can get his speed back it'll probably make a lot of people happy since you can literally loop his power on certain pallets.

This much I cannot say. The only thing that we've announced will be happening for sure so far is an update to the pin add-ons. They will not require someone to have deep wounds in order to apply the status effect. Anything else is still up in the air.
WAIT....... so we won't need to use ff to apply the status effect then?!?!?!

terror radius is reduced but when using frenzy he increase to 32m.
Ah that makes more sense that'll be hard to implement I think but it'll certainly be a great change!
-
@xllxENIGMAxllx said:
All i want is a legion that put more pressure how to do that.
Legion changes
- reduced terror radius to 24m from 32m.
Feral frenzy
- Increased movement speed to 5,28m/s from 5,0m/s (old Legion speed)(or could be higher 5,48m/s)
- Increased duration to 15s from 10s (to travel though the map in frenzy).
- Reduced cooldown to 3s
- Missing an attack ends frenzy
- Increased pallet vault speed to 1,1s from 1,35s (old legion was 0,9s)
- Windows vault speed remain the same
Add-ons changes
- All pins : Apply with the deep wounds effect.
- Frank mix tape : Can down survivors in feral frenzy if survivors is injured. (To test on a PTB)(multiple down potential if survivors don't heal)
feral frenzy change (test only)
- Make frenzy a power without gauge and without cooldown. When hitting someone the normal gauge occur and so the cooldown. If you use frenzy for travelling purpose which increase their pressure on the maps you get no cooldown or reduced cooldown.
My proposal is to make legion a more oppresive killer by increasing his frenzy movement speed and duration so he can move over the maps to put pressure. These changes increase his potential multiple targets chase and increase his pressure on generators without making him OP or broken like old legion was.
Current legion lacks pressure and chase potential as their power don't help in chase (FF is not lethal).
It will be weird to reduce the terror radius since their a M1 killer now but KI goes off of terror radius so a big terror radius isn't so bad. But it'll be interesting to see how your changes would work since M&A would be very good on them again which would be great.

I don't fully agree with some changes but I definetly agree with other ones; I am not going to talk about add-ons since BHVR said they are going to buff them, so let's talk about the power. I am going to say what I liked about your ideas and adjust it a bit.
So I don't think that his FF movement speed needs to be increased, it may be slower than the original but it's much longer and his normal movement speed is also bigger, but I do think however that his vault speed should be increased, it's just a bit too slow currently. Now, mending skillchecks, I absolutely love that idea, it just gives you so many possibilities, you could do builds like "Impossible skillchecks Legion" and maybe there could be an addon that reveals a survivor's aura if they fail a mending skillcheck, but I think that maybe decrease the amount of the meter being removed at least to 25%.Also blocking survivors from doing gens entirely doesn't sound that good, but I can understand your point so maybe instead of blocking them from doing that entirely just give them 15% slower generator repair while in deep wound. The punishment for missing a hit is kind of big currently, losing only 50% doesn't sound bad, but I am not sure. Now I am going to add my idea: decrease the fatigue by 0.5 seconds and let legion use FF when it's loaded over 60% but then if he uses frenzy while it's not fully loaded make the fatigue 0.5 seconds longer. But I think that all these changes could make him too complicated and maybe too strong if they were all added together, so I think that it's more of a list of possible changes from which maybe 2 could be chosen.
I can agree with your idea that locking someone off a gen would be bad to go against so im with your idea of the decreased repair speed.

They should just nerf prayer beads because certain builds with it like gen grab spirit is hella annoying to go against as a solo player because its hard to win against it without coms

No, I think frenzy is great he just proper change. FJSJ need the same MS speed as old legion with add-ons value buffed (cooldown add-ons make almost no difference).
Here what i think will make legion great.
- Revert his m/s to 132% while in frenzy(old legion speed).
- Increase base duration of frenzy by 5s (To travel the map in frenzy)/ reduce the recovery time to 15s(old legion) while keeping the full gauge condition (new legion).
- Rework frank's mix tape/Stab Wounds Study.
- Rework Deep Wound or reduce the base timer to 10s instead of 30s. If you read legion stat survivor have to react fast or they will get downed if they don't react fast enough while keeping the anti moonwalk/TR exploit.
- Make pins being applied with frenzy hit instead of killer instinct hit.
- A slightly faster vault speed than now but slower than old legion.
- Remove/reduce the gauge drain when hitting a survivor with a m1 attack.
This Legion would be what he should be a mobile killer with an insane amount of pressure with counterplay.
I like your idea
