Wasn't expecting something as good as this when I got in the thread. Really great.

Oh, Insidious is a bug? Good to know! I agree that the roar is okay and I think it should stay because it's a good nod to the movies, but I think it should be kiiinda delayed. A bit more. Just so it warns the Survivor as I'm about to hit them, not as I'm getting up. I have the impression that it is somewhat delayed but it's not like it's even remotely as useful as a Blink, as it wouldn't be even if the roar was entirely gone.
Also yea, Rules Set2 should be built in. Give her a Ultra Rare that halves the time or makes them impossible to see until it's 50% completed then.

Hey that's pretty rad. Nice work.Thank you!

Edited to fix the first link.

Wonderful work, nice style you got there

Yes, you constantly get more rare items and once you get to P3-50 it seems to be very frequent.

This robe for Amanda, the original that John used. :eh:

Hmmm yes, some kind of built-in and modified Third Seal would be really interesting. It would be ideal if Survivors were more afraid of the Dream, we need more stuff that make the game seem way more surreal to the common Survivor than just "oh look, it's darker and has more fog, whatever", as much as I like how the Dream looks, that's why I suggested the "wall vaulting hack".
Altho the main problem continues to be how hard it is to get them in and how hard it is to get out.
-
Absolutely thank you for the support, guys! :chuffed:
And @CalledCervidae , altho I do have some interest in ancient Egyptian art and studied to be able do read hieroglyphs once, what you're seeing is the influence of traditional woodblock illustrations from some different cultures in my work: Brazilian, Japanese and European from higher to lower influence. I also take influence from some other stuff like stained glass art and retro computers, but to a lesser extent at this moment. Those will be hopefully more visible in the future, altho you can already see how retrocomp influences my color palettes and my cyberpunk themes.

For you who are too lazy to click the link ;pLOL are people lazy enough to not click the link? But the best way to see the art is in the original tumblr, where it integrates with my tumblr blog design. :ohnoes:
Thank you for all the kind compliments guys!

I'm in for exclusive map animals.
As for Crows helping only the killers, that's wrong. Killers also make the Crows caw unless they're stealthy.

Cute Feng is qt

No problem! Good idea, by the way.

That is indeed, very unique! I love the thick, blocky lines and the colors.Thank you, @Vermii and @Techn0 ! The colors are based on retro computers, most of my art is in some way. The blocky lines come from the same inspiration that some of DBD's art has, I'd think, but I work with this style for quite some time so it's not really a reference. You guys are too kind.

Mc_Harty, i think that this is not enoght because people can repair gens infront of freddy, thats the big issue, well just my opinionFor that they need to fix people being able to doing actions while they're transitioning.
And thank you
I actually just wrote the second part of my suggestion in a Wishlist thread. -
What we need is Freddy coming to the Real World for 15 seconds once he is hit with pallets or blinded with flashlights or anything happens to him from the Real World. In the movies he could come back to the Real from the Dream if something happened to grab him back, so I don't see why we can't do it in-game.
Of course he would have none of his Dream powers tho... which are almost none, only the ability to track survivors, so it's not much of a loss.Actually I've never really understood why Survivors them into the Dream is really bad for them. Ofc is good to have a wall hack, but huuuuh. That's absurd. Freddy is the owner of the Dream world.
Maybe what we really need is the ability to vault any wall as if it had a window lol. That would give him added mobility in a way that no other Killer would be able to have and make Freddy more impressive as the extremely supernatural threat he is in the world of absurd that is a Dream.

I think it's some sort of a trade off, Female characters have better chance hiding but their grunts of pain are louder "Higher pitch" than those for male characters.Mr. Jake is kind of an exception to that. You can hear that guy whimpering from a mile away.
Oh that's surprising, Given he is the "Calm spirit" of the realm -_-
Well, he CAN be if he wants to.

An easy fix to start off is you GAIN exhaustion while being chased. So if you use SB, you aren't getting it again and unless you lose the killer you won't be getting it back.Interesting and logical.

I want to be able to organize a race where 10 megs will run against the flying axes of two huntresses. The one who wins is the one who grabs the toolbox at the end first. At the end of the lane there's a Michael Myers leveling Evil Within. If they arrive too late, daddy Myers will mori whoever tries to grab the toolbox.

I'm a low rank Pig. (20-10)
Most of the time I want to have fun with joke/sidequest builds, but I usually run a Nurse's + Devour + NOED/Deerstalker + TOTH. As you said, one of the Pig's strength is surveillance (not the perk) as you get to know more about where the Survivors are, so I run Nurse's and TOTH to give me some more advantage. It's always fun to see them swarming around my hex totems trying desperately to cleanse them.
It's also very hard to keep them not cleaned tho due to obvious reasons. Devour is in my "fun perk slot", as it is extremely risky to run but also very rewarding when I get it to function properly. The risk, the difficulty and impossibility to juggle this properly most of the time, it's all really fun for me.
Of course I'd be really grateful for better totem placements and/or visuals tho.
Sometimes I change to Nurse's + Deerstalker + MYC + NOED. It's also fun, but less risky.I usually crouch, check my totem placements, predict which one is going to be the most sought for and start a patrolling route that allows me to get to my totems easily but do not put me immediately besides them. I want to give them room to find the totems, that way they will soon swarm the totem trying to cleanse it while I get some free hits and no gen is being done.
If the totems aren't found (unlikely) I will simply rejoice as I get to obliterate the party slicing their throats with my own hands. As for traps, I'll trap them as soon as possible, but usually no more than two Survivors at the same time and
will almost never trap the same Survivor twice. I usually have my own rules, which are mostly to not abuse the player of my "Game": not to chase a trapped player, hit a trapped player I cross roads with only, immediately hook a trapped player that got in dying state because of the last rule. If they got off, they are Grateful To Be Alive™ and shall not be bothered by another trap.
Of course, sometimes the rules are broken - it's not common, but rules lose their meaning if they are broken all the time. Also ambushing is easily my favorite mechanic of the whole game. The jumpscare potential, that precious time, usually at the beginning of the match, when you get those survivors running into a wall like blind cockroaches because they never saw you coming. Yes. DBD is good.

Though question.
They're all very much deserving of praise, but I almost choose the Nurse or the Doc instead. -

Imagine them being hungry. The only thing to eat is each other. These are stories from which killers are born o.oI highly doubt they get hungry or hungry enough so they need to do something desperate. Time won't work for them as it works for us and their bodies seem to work in unnatural ways so, just as they heal themselves from absurd injuries, I highly doubt they would have any serious trouble with hunger, even if the Entity wants them to feel it in a way to make them more desperate.
-
They probably linger looking for answers in their free time, together or apart. The Entity would have little to no trouble in getting them alone to mysteriously "find" the fireplace with three other Survivors, only to find out that they are not able to run from it without coming back to it again, like a labyrinth being manipulated.
We are probably choosing them while they're lingering alone through the forest once more. Since time doesn't exists in the Entity Realm as it exists to us, it would be a piece of cake to just manipulate each Survivor's reality for this to happen.
