It’s one of those builds where if you commit to it and use it for like 50 games in a row you can get some clutch escapes

Depends on your mmr but then again matchmaking is bad to the point mmr doesn’t exist practically so eh

Personally I would put item perks in their own tier because none of them are extremely amazing or completely terrible they do their job and sometimes that green toolbox or a key can win you a game
