This whole rework is failure, a instead of improving the old ability while also making it even more interesting (like Doc). They made him into a generic, boring, unskillful killer that no one likes apart from killers who want easy wins every game. ######### NEW FREDDY!
BHVR, atleast change his cum puddles to something that takes skill to use and has better counterplay.
what i would like to know is, when i made a post about boring freddy, i hardly got any people agreeing with me? i said he puts me to sleep in real life, wake me up when the game is over!

no way! it is too funny for it to be punnished. i occasionally do it as a survivor but i can take my own medicine, i laugh when they do it to me as killer! i've even nodded before and they wouldn't stop. i messaged after saying you clearly loved putting your balls into the killers mouth, next time they will be bitten off! it's just fun and banter, don't have to be serious all the time

Lol oh ok. I know what you mean about killers going after the ds. I do it when I get hit with it, but it give you a 5 second head start from the killer.
those 5 seconds can help but not always, we need something that works all the time

you said she probably kept palleting killer, looping for 3 gens. i said that she didn't find a pallet and none of the gens were done. she got camped for no reason at the beginning of game, so is killers fault!

How would that not help if the killer is camping? Borrowed time is a camping counter perk on first and second hooks. And yes most killer do go after a ds but it is a waste of time to do so.
i seriously have no clue to why i said that, lol! but yeah, for most people who run ds they will be chased by the killer again and then be hooked again. ds doesn't always work as an anti tunnelling perk

I never said that you were 100% being toxic, I just said that if this is happening to you more than 50% of the time there is a chance that though you think you are not being toxic you might actually be being toxic. I rarely get face camped. camped sure but proxy camping and I've been accused of camping when I just ran around the area making sure they were going to be on the hook before leaving the area and seeking out the other survivors. I also love how "making you depip" is a punishment. I don't care if I depip. the ranking system is busted to the point there is no real reason to worry about rank. it's no big deal for you to REPIP the next match, especially when you're ranked against killers that are truly baby killers. OR maybe that is when you are face camped, and what you see as normal game play to them is toxic as crap because they get frustrated so they stop and watch you die because you kept palleting them and looping them for 3 gens they feel accomplished. It is all a matter of perspective.

I wasn't aware that Geforce Experience only responds to NVIDIA graphics cards, somewhat of a foresight if you ask me.
Regardless, the recording software most people use is Geforce Experience, anything else would require a bit more digging to use as an alternative. As for Console, that's and entirely different process which I personally don't have any information on (since I don't play the console version OR play console in-general anymore).

OS stands for operational system, in this case Windows. Since the forums have gotten changed a lot over the last week, maybe some update caused this issues, I don't know.

Have you tried contacting a Mod to see if it's another hidden issue besides Windows 8 being outdated?
It could be worth the try! If it's not, than updating to Windows 10 is probably the best option any of us can give you, since if it is a Windows 8 issue than there isn't any other options that I can think of at this time.
i haven't been in touch with a mod yet, how would i? also updating to windows 10 is it free, it's not complicated is it?

Tunneling doesn't have anything to do with it, it's just an issue with the latency of the grabs in-game. This means it might look like you grabbed them on your screen, but on their screen they let go of the M1 button a bit before you attempted to grab them.
This can also happen when you both do it at the same time, the game can't handle it sometimes and it just gives a "false positive". Without sounding too confusing, it's basically still an issue and needs individual care to get fixed. When that is, I don't know.

Yeah, I don't get why they kind of nerfed those trophies tbh. Survivor ones are much, much easier to get... It's so stupid they changed that.
yes i imagine a lot of people agree survivor adepts much easier.
my hardest killer adept was the trapper, it took me roughly 150-200 atempts, lmao!
every other killer first go or a few
now stuck on the only one i have left is the hag!

That's odd, although they're constantly updating parts of it so something might have happened there. I don't suppose you updated your OS or browser any time within the last few days?
the only thing that updates automatically for whatever reason is my laptop. that possibly happened in the last few days if not a week. don't know what os stands for either but i understand what code is lol, i'm guessing it means the laptop it self...

Yeah, Windows is weird though and something in the code for the new theme could easily not be registering for whatever reason. I would advise you to make a post in the Forum Feedback section (https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/categories/forum-feedback), including that photo as well as the information you've given us like your operating system, browser and browser version. As far as I know there's nothing that you yourself can do about it, except perhaps try using a different browser like Firefox, so your best bet aside from that is to report it and hope it gets fixed.
yes i will try and do that sometime soon if you think it's worth it.
also i would just like to mention when the new theme came out, it wasn't a problem for me, everyting seemed fine, litterally the last few days it has happened

Thanks for that. I'm not sure what the issue is - my best guess is that it's a Windows 8 issue, since I'm guessing the forums are built with 10 in mind. What version of Chrome are you using? (You can find out by going into your browser and clicking on the Options menu in the top right, then Help > About Google Chrome).
i believe i'm on windows 8.1, laptop has been in for a repair at least 6 months ago and chrome is Version 80.0.3987.149 (Official Build) (64-bit)
like i said before though, i used to see what you see on your screen, it suddenly changed a few days ago

when i did the doctor and if i remember right, one died on second hook, 2 died on 3rd hook and bill escaped the hatch. cos bill escaped hatch i thought i didn't get merciles but i did and was soooo happy.
i found the macmillan estate works best for him. you should definitely be able to do it at the coal tower, in the end i think i did it at either groaning storehouse or ironworks of misery.
remember you could also bring a pink mori for after you have hooked who ever twice, this should save you some time to get your next.
also for the nurse i used the pink rare addon, where it takes the ability away to blink but she moves faster. i got lucky and did that on my first go but i have seen a video where somebody else did that, remember to take the offereing where you get to keep your item 😊

i'm on pc laptop, when i click general discussions it brings the table of all peoples discussions, before i click onto anything else i should see thae name who started discussion and the name of who last replyed to that discussion. i do not see this anymore, i just see the amount of views and replys. i hope this makes more sense to everybody to what i mean

you can get a fair distance from a gen when killer is there
fair distance after a rescue
also you can save it for after you've vaulted

All Killers can break them down, sorry for the bad wording on my last comment, I meant that the Hillbilly, Leatherface and Oni can break them quickly with their Powers just like they do with Pallets. Perks that affect your pallet-breaking speed will also affect your wall-breaking speed.
They do look different than normal walls, the planks that constitute them have these color variations just like Pallets.
On the new Map, the majority of the Breakable Walls spawns in the Saloon. There is one in the Killer Shack as well. My rough estimate as to how many BW there are on the new Map is about 6 or 7.

It happens, sometimes you get the same Map over and over again, it's just the RNG factor of the game. It's not a bug. You can throw a Map Offering the next game to assure you won't get Léry's if you want to.
so what if it happened again and again and again? and don't see how it would be random if it did it again? if a dealer at a casino kept giving out the same winning card to one person that many times or more, would they say that was still random? 😃

I don't remember anything like this before Dedicated Servers rolled around, and from the looks of it, nobody else does either. So the logical thing is that the DS's is causing the issue, just like the issue with Dead Hard when DS's was new. I feel both of those issues are quite similar.
All in all, BHVR is aware of the issue, so we might see it fixed in the future... maybe.
well what ever the reason is, it has happened to me again, twice in the last week or so. what happened this time is killer looks like it's picked up surviver, you see an invisable blur where the survivor would be infront of chest, lifting over the shoulder, at the same time you can clearly see that the survivor wasn't picked and he's walking past you

i did say it kinda sounds like the fire but it's not. i hear the fire and i also hear another sound which can also sound like some sort of timer or maybe someone typing in a slight rythem? idk
on the day i written post i had been hearing it a lot for at least a week maybe two, for some reason after the post i still hear it but not as much, very strange...and i am female not a he, haha!
