Interesting food for thought. I think for killers like Plague, Knight, or Twins wouldn't know what to do if they were sent back to earth at the mentioned time period. Mostly due to how much the world has changed since they're time. For most of the others I'd assume they would resume as how they were prior to to being taken (depending on their status when they return).
Well, if your interested in the response’s of those who have suggested possible outcomes. I’d suggest taking a look at the post I made 2 years ago.

What would happen (lore wise) if the killers find themselves back on earth and what would they do individually?
(to those who are wondering why I didn’t submit this to the lore discussion is because I was not able to access that option)

I should had mentioned that I’m a console player, so keep that in mind.

It's probably a form of "encouragement" from Entity.
Cuz Doctor is definitely down to have some fun in Entity's realm. But probably was stubborn to follow it's rules
I could actually believe that due to the fact that Herman was always a person to push boundaries for results. Maybe he pushed the boundaries a lil too far when he entered here.

Hard to say!
Skies the limit in the Entities' realm.
Part of me wonders if these apparitions are constructs of his own delusional imagination, conjured fourth by an insane mind.
At times I wonder if the Observer is a manifested aspect of the Entity itself. A form of curious expression that has taken root in the form of mortal men - like the twinkling and bleeding remnant's of a god's conscience.
I could believe that, especially due to the fact that he was able to behead one with a gold bat.
but that could mean that the beings themselves are weak or they really are hallucinations.

Sure thing pal, tell me when your on and I will come running.

I could see it now, he throws books and his main weapon is his golf club and he hides in the lockers and throws pallets. Lol dead by leaks, is that our new killer lol?
Maybe bouncy projectiles?

The Oni would be absolutely terrifying!
All the killers would probably grow huge and continue to mutate into giant, grotesque forms. Pyramid Head may be the exception, since he's basically a creation of guilt and therefore exempt. Spirit will also get a pass since she's a spirit. All the others would just become bigger, uglier and more deadly.
I think spirit still can be infected seeing how she was able to be injected with the Blight serum which could mean that the spirit isn't exactly a full on ghost
-
I always dreamt that one day Ichabod crane would come along and join with the other survivors
-
I could believe he could have manipulated the other killers to help him in his experiments but yet again some of the killers are under the influence of the entity soo....

@Yords said:
I think we should trust him, he is just another person pulled into the realm of the entity against his will after all.
But what if vigo came in the realm willingly like talbot, how could you trust someone who enters a world of terror just by their free will

(I might need to update this conversation when 2 new killers are released)

It would be a very nice ending if wraith and nurse found each other on earth (that is if they can find each other or can keep the relationship going)

Some killers would die/be greatly weakened (Deathslinger, Spirit, Wraith, Nurse), while others would be just fine, although only slightly weakened (Everyone else), as every killer was strengthened by their connection to the entity.
Trapper might be in serious condition based on the metal in his body.
Wraith might be fine, but unable to cloak (as that was given by the entity).
Billy would be fine.
Nurse would die from all the pain accumulated within the game (ripping herself apart and putting herself back together to blink).
Myers would be fine, his power didn't come from the Entity.
Hag would be gravely injured due to being flayed alive before the Entity saved her. Her power is also given by the Entity (although the archives disputes this to a degree, although we do not know the origins of the symbols, one could say that it could be from the Entity).
Doc would probably die, as the device on his head would probably kill him.
Anna would be fine, her skill and strength came from before her arrival to the fog.
Bubba would be fine.
Freddy would be fine, although he would struggle to regain relevance to his world, as they would forget him in his absence.
Pig would be dead.
She was saved from a Buckshot trap in SAW III. Assuming she would go back to that time, the trap would kill her.
Clown would be fine, although as fine as a fat alcoholic is.
Spirit was chopped to pieces and dying when found by the Entity.
Legion would be fine.
Plague would be dead from her illness.
GF would be fine. Might be better since he wont have a TR anymore, and can do what he does best.
Demo would probably become better, as they can eat their fill properly and possibly become stronger.
Oni might be fine, I'm not sure what would happen to him.
Deathslinger would be gravely injured.
Executioner would be fine. His power comes from Silent Hill, not the Entity.
Blight... I don't know if withdrawal from the serum would kill him like a heroin withdrawal would, but the symptoms cannot be good for him.
The blight flowers come and go once in a while so at some point maybe the serum would wear off and painfully return back to his normal self but of course he’s going to crave for the flower but at some point he might stop and return to his old roots

Is this the right moment to shamelessly self-promote a fanfic concerning exactly that for Deathslinger? (it's rated E for reasons, though (violence and such))
.....maybe?

If I had time I'd type out a small "aftermath" for all killers under the assumption that some would return human and others would have their killer appearance remain
Me too, this is a story worth writing about

@RaSavage42 said:
Either she'd be "normal"- Returns to her forest to live out her days
Or She'd be convinced to form a group with Trapper and Wraith and they go on a journey (maybe meeting or of the killers)
Can I add survivors?
YES :)

They can make him another Vigo even after his transformation. His main goal from making the serum is to get out of the realm. During the Hallowed Blight the Entity become weak and he have this knowledge about it. He already know how to make the serum from the flowers and can keep experimenting to get out with each Hallowed Blight, I mean he was able to get out of the void already. He should be more in control during this event instead of the Entity because of this. They really can do many interesting things with him and hope this is not the end of his lore.
What if his too interested to leave the realm?
-
@SCP_FOR_DBD said:
Depends on the killer. Nurse and Wraith apparently love eachother. Ghost Face and the Legion might have a fight over stealing the others costume. Michael and Pyramid Head would probably try to kill literally everyone.
I think then most interesting interaction would be all the killers meeting the blight seeing how he has a connection with almost every killer through the kidnappings followed up by the experimentations, some might be delighted or others might be furious that is if they're able to recognize him through his more deformed look.

@VolantConch1719 said:
Any future blighted cosmetics can simply be explained away as being before Talbot's transformation. Time is not linear in the Entity's realm.
He's too unstable to continue his experiments and no other Survivor that we see knows how to deal with the Killers like he did.
So if time isn't a line and more of Jeremy bearimy then Talbot would know the existence of other killers outside the killers we already know exists

There's two possibilities
- His monocle add-on talks about him "in his later years". He may have used a cane to make it easier to get around. With the wounds he suffered and as he was healing, the monks may have gifted it to him, hence why it looks so unique. We don't know how long he stayed at the school before he went to the opium den.
- The Entity gifted it to him as his weapon when he made the transformation into a Killer. The Entity knew he needed a weapon, and gave this to him. It could be tied to point 1, in that this was the cane he used when he was on his home world. The reason he didn't have it when he was human during the experiments on the Killers is because The Entity allowed him to be able bodied to do so. The Killer transformation made him a bit more unstable so the cane helps (his stun animation has him leaning on it to stay standing).
I can definitely believe both of these possibilities, second reason especially makes more sense because the cane entity’s made a twisted version of the cane he used back when he was recovering (thank you for bringing that little animation detail btw)
-
@BSNightflow said:
atm I can only think of his time in the monastery, when he was healing from the severe injuries and might have relied on a cane to move around.
of Course he could have been giving one by those people but the cane looks too strange for a person who’s just recovering from injuries of all things they could have just gave him a normal cane and he would probably be okay with it. May I also mention the design of the cane, the stick itself is is gnarled and sharp and the handle is just a sharp object no longer used for its original purpose, connecting these two together is a statue of a figure with something glowing in it with a strange unnatural glow.

To me the blight event somewhat suits the game and every time it ends I’m always looking forward to the next one and it’s next occupants of Blight subjects

The killers are basically super soldiers. The entity have them enhanced strength, senses, endurance, etc.. There's probably going to be something about survivors killing killers in the future of the lore (it's pretty low-hanging fruit for the game's writers) but for now the answer is: Because it's essentially impossible even if the Entity actively encouraged it.
Ye, I guess
-
@kornflake said:
Yeah something also worth knowing is that The Observer mentions that some survivors (I don't know about killers) have managed to know how to stop getting called for the trials, avoiding them effectively
Wait, if there were survivors that were able to avoid being in the trials then why haven’t they shared this knowledge with other survivors, this knowledge could be very fruitful to others who want to rebel against the entity.

@Lexilogo said:
The Fog is essentially the essence of The Entity's realm, so yes, it presumably constructs everything we see in-game like the areas. (hence why Trial grounds are randomised, or why there are several different versions of Badham Preschool) Characters like the Observer know how to form it into
boozewhatever they want. It's unclear if The Entity's realm is actually a place aside from The Entity itself, or if it's a part of the Entity itself, though.I would imagine The Fog isn't actually what "takes" Survivors, it's more that opening a passageway to The Entity's Realm equals the Fog seeping out.
"Lifting" the Fog is probably impossible, unless destroying the Entity would mean that. (of course, that's probably impossible too) It's best to think of it like a natural resource that looks like fog.
EDIT: Wait, you seem to have totally changed the thread's contents? That or something weird's going on with the forums.
Anyway, mostly what's said above, but I'll add that it appears like Survivors aren't 100% on how they end up in the Trial Grounds. It seems as if the Fog just comes for them, then they find themselves thrown in the middle of the environment they have to survive in. Killers might have the luxury of a more coherent experience.
Killers will be tortured as seen with LF and Trapper. If a Survivor tries to go on strike and refuse to do Generators, it doesn't matter to The Entity as long as they still have some degree of hope. If a Survivor gives up entirely and no longer has any will to live left, they go to the Void. But, if a Survivor starts parading through the Trial Grounds announcing they aren't going to do anything, simply because it's a possible escape strategy they haven't tried yet, they'll just be hooked with extra prejudice.
I changed it because I thought we already knw that so I established a question
But there might be a point were the killers bloodlust is satisfied even though time here is different and they could do this forever
