I think demogorgon it too high and maybe nurse should be a bit lower too. I mean, I know she is nowhere near weak when used right, even after the nerf. The problem is I haven't seen anyone playing her right and I think she doesn't deserve high tier, because of this.
Other than that, your tierlist perfectly matches my experience in last 30 days.

@MeatBycicle You didn't understand me. I never said I am good. I just rarely play against nurses. And when I do they are usually very bad. I am simply wondering where are all these nurses? Everyone was saying that red ranks are full of nurses and spirits. I only get spirits.
To sum up, my point is: barely anyone played nurse even before nerf. And even if they did, they probably just played for daily. After nerf it's only worse.
And then, what's the point of nerfing killer that is already rarely played?

It sounds fine except cooldowns must decrease over time if you don't DC. Otherwise everyone will end up with 7 days cooldown and queue times will be even worse than they are now.

I don't like 3 survivors escaping with 1 gen left, because it awards stupid plays (3gen).
Other than that I think keys are fine.

Yesterday I played a game as survivor (rank 7). All my teammates were rank 7 or 8.
Killer was rank 20..
If 6 ranks gap rule actually applies to you, you are lucky...

Just make hatch spawn for 3 survivors only after all gens are finished.
Everything else is fine IMO

It's hard to say what killer I see the least, because I only see 3 killers all the time (Myers, Huntress and Spirit).
Killers I haven't seen for so long that I don't even remember when I last played against them: Nurse, Hillbilly, Hag, Pig, Clown and Legion.
I am purple rank survivor btw, so I would expect way more nurses, she's not nerfed yet on live version...
If it comes to demogorgon I only played a few games against him 1-2 days after ST chapter got released. Since then I haven't seen any demogorgon.

Well, I am pretty sure it was the first day it happend for me and I play on daily basis. Also it means all survivors can just DC and make you depip. It must be rolled back to previous state
EDIT: or maybe it was just first game where survivors DCed since this change... Anyway I didn't get points even when person DCed on death hook (not the game from screenshot), so they were hooked 3 times...

Is it just me or grabbing survivors is nearly impossible now? I can't even grab them out of locker, leave alone unsafe hook rescues... (green ping)
EDIT: ping 60ms to be precise
EDIT2: it sometimes works though...

They could at least fix matchmaking. It can be hard enough to go against SWF on your skill level. But when you barely reached green ranks and you are forced to play against red rank SWF with 2k+ hrs each, it is just ridiculously unfair.
Alternatively, killers could be able to see survivors ranks AND number of games played (smurfs) and dodge if necessary.
To avoid some survivors getting stuck in low ranks there would be some bonus bloodpoints for playing against them.

@ElusivePukka Also DCing during mori animation can grant killer 40% in sacrifice category (at least it happend in my case). It allows you to get iri sacrifice without 9 hook actions. It even allows you to get iri sacrifice if one survivor escaped, which is ridiculous.
