That's incredibly boring for both sides so I rather not.
Thought the point was to escape? If not, stop whining ππ»

Counter play - Play stealthy and don't get found π€£

I like Chow Mein

I've had two in mind.
The first would use the crows on the map in some fashion. Maybe be able to 'fly' to a group, or use them to harass nearby survivors to slow them down.
The second would use lockers. Be pretty trippy to have the killer walk out of the locker behind you when doing a gen. Taking it a step further, he'd be able to lock survivors in a locker for a time. Either by stuffing them in, or if they try and hide in one.
I Was thinking on the same path yesterday regarding crows. Thought a scarecrow killer would be good for that. Crows could harras survs on gens and the idol player crows could appear in half the time to penalise stealthy survivors, forcing them to stay on the move.

Zombie/Ghost Pirate
Shipwreck map
Perks curse treasure chests and penalise players that;
1. Jump from a height (walk the plank)
2. Players that exit before other survivors (mutiny)
As for power. Not so sure. Perhaps he has to find the chests in the map and by interacting with them, gains silver, like the oni does blood, and his power see's crows harass survivors within a distance of him and he gets a 1 hit down weapon for a set duration to counter the time wasted plundering silver.
Open to suggestions and improvements.

A killer tag team game mode would be more feasible than that imo. 2 friends can play against a team of 8 I suppose.
-
I'm a determined and strong unique individual who goes against the grain. Not much else needs saying. So just the perks.
πͺ Determined - You thrive and come alive when you have been rattled and the shackles have been removed. Once you have been rescued from second stage on the hook, gain a 5% bonus to repair speed, 2% movement speed and 2% exit opening speed for the remainder of the match.
π© Put In Get Out - Like life, you only get out of sport how much you put in. Once you have earned atleast 18,000 BP in a match, you will be rewarded for your efforts, the hatch aura will be revealed to you for 10 seconds when it's available.
πͺ Furious response - You hate being caught by the killer in quick succession. If a killer puts you into the dying state within 30 seconds of being rescued off the hook, gain a 70% chance of escaping the hook the next time you are hooked. Failure penalties still apply.
-
Any longer than 15 is clearly a stalemate. 10-15 is just fine, any less was rushed/walkover
-
Gotta be when toxic/cocky survivors make an error or you catch them out. Especially nice when they tea bag and run straight into a bear trap π€ΈββοΈ
-
Pyramid head is an underwhelming addition to dbd.
-
He'll either be deadly or useless. He has an addon that removes his terror radius, so he'll be a threat if survivors are hanging around the exit gates. He'll depend on how easily you can dodge him.

99 the gates. I understand the rationale behind it, but really how often is blood warden really used? And as far as end game saves, there typically is still plenty of time to trade a couple of hooks here and there.
I'd say I've probably been killed more injured running toward a 99'd gate then by running out of time from someone opening the gates too soon.
And blood warden is at least one of the few fun "oh #########" moments in the game.
99 ing is smart because it allows players to get relatively safe in the event of a noed user. Rushing the gate whilst a survivor is being chased is suicidal if noed activates.
-
My last few games I escaped without even being chased, I still did gens, saved hooks, sabo, searched chests, noise spammed to lure killer. I'm better and hiding and spotting the killer than i am at juking and looping, so i play to my strengths, as do others.

I can see it now. Their version of Monopoly's "Get Out of Jail Free" card is DS :P
Nurse and Spirit as Mayfair and Park lane.
-
You mean tactical camping and tunneling? They are both strategies.
-
What the hell do survivors do apart from fixing gens and escaping πββοΈ Gen rushing would be like criticising a football teams for scoring goals to early in a game.
-
Had 2 games where PC huntresses have 5 gen win, i managed to get last man exit gate, but we've been destroyed twice by level 20's π
-
When HH activates, the other turns dull. Works a treat with hex retribution.
-
If a survivor D/C's early then i ll allow the last survivor to escape as a 5 gen 3 man is only ending one way, unless the survivors are bloody good.

Oh god. I'm looking forward to playing killer tonight.
Yeah ive only played twice as survivor since crossplay.
-
Because she is awful at low - mid ranks. She's a free escape when unskilled player playing her.
-
There is no issue at all in regards to character gender/race. Probably the most balanced thing about the game.
-
Spirit is fun, she's like a next level wraith. High skill ceiling too and survivors panic or refuse to play against her :)
-
Should add player cards and better cosmetics.
-
1. Gen rush
2. Feel sorry for camped survivor
3. Gloat at the exit gate in front of killer.
Killers camp because survivors take the bait, pure and simple.
-
Chests offer medkits meaning you don't have to run self care. You can find anti hag lights too. I get pink keys and pink maps frequently using plunderers. Ive even found keys during the EGC πΊ
-
I will try my best to be scared or spooked by a large robotic bunny rabbit.
-
Mori insurance. If a toxic bunch of junkers run riot, a mori is one sure way to put a stop to it. When i was a newbie killer, i used them often, I don't now, they aren't fair. Still, they do offer a get out of jail if bullied card
-
4 games running, as a midrank killer, ive been put up against rank 3 and under survivors. I held my own admittedly, so perhaps its calculating your current performances? Trapper on midwich against rank 3 swf's, you can imgaine how many decisive strikes and BT's I had to eat π
-
Survivors follow killers for insta saves, why walk off and allow a free escape? Survivors juke like crazy, causing the killer to chase them for 3 minutes, why walk off allow that to happen again?
That's why killers camp. Survivors bully killers in a horror game π€£
-
Had 2 ebony moris in a row just now, both killers were using double purple add ons and noed ffs. I solely escaped the spirit.....just, but hag wiped the floor with us without popping a single gen.
-
Started playing as spirit, done well so far, she is strong but still prone to losing to coordinating survivors. She's perfectly fine imo, for and against her.
-
Hope its not candyman. Pretty below average. Pin head, creeper, alien, jason, lipstick face, wayne rooney, all better options.
-

I hope it's original. I find their powers are a lot more creative and amazing (except Oni and Spirit, ######### you both) as are the original map designs. I don't fancy another liscened killer ngl, and I feel like there are so many ideas they could go for and it'll be better than a lot of liscenes.
Also there's me not really knowing any horror liscenes either so there's that lol
Fully agree. We need more Oni/spirit level creations. As for my prediction. I think it'll be very left field, someone we'll not be able to guess. Hope its jeepers Creepers
-
Played as a rank 13 killer last night and my opponents were 3 rank 1's and a rank 2 ffs. Ended my unbeaten spirit record π
-
Just minor gloating that's all. Human behaviour. I don't message killers giving them stick ever! However I do always make lots of noise to wind the killer up on a hatch escape. It doesn't work against spirit though π€£
-
Killers tunnel and camp because survivors juke, tbag, flashlight and body block. Vicious circle of dbd
-
If they wanna add a robotic bunny rabbit, heck they might aswell throw in Rex from Toy Story.
-
I had a last man standing idea. 10 survivors, 1 hook phase, 1 killer, no gens, just a match timer and exit gates which have to be opened when only 2 players are left or timer runs out.
-
I've played 3 won 3 with her, not sure if that's S tier or me being good, but it's been quite easy for me playing her so far. I notice that survivors seem to panic when playing against her. My best tip which has worked almost every time, is the fake fazing at pallets. When at a dropped pallet or vault, just stand perfectly still for a few seconds. You'll be suprised as to how many survivors fall for you not actually fazing π
-
There is 0% chance of that addition. Its 0% likable and would generate no interest
-
Jeepers Creepers, and yes Im well aware of the director's past.
-
Dark sense/Alert - Atleast 6 auras per game for Dark S, more for alert, enough to survive easily.
Discordance - Handy for survivor bunching
-
Alien would be immense. I genuinely can't imagine how an Alien would respond to tbagging and flashlights.
-
Only change I would make would be to have ability specific survivors. Ability would replace 2 perks. Survivor abilities could be;
1. 5% Faster gen repair - mechanic
2. 2% Faster movement speed - athlete
3. 5% Faster healer (can self heal) - medic
4 . Silent vaulter/rush action - Gymnast
5. 5 % chance that a second hit doesn't put Survivor in dying state - Fighter
6. Faster hook save / exit gate - Hero
And so on.....
Would allow for interesting team builds and other characters might actually get used instead of the usual 4/5
-
Pirate theme is easily one of the main/obvious genre's missing from dbd. There are plenty of map, survivor ideas surrounding a piratey theme too. Have to wait and see.
-
I play ps4 and never had an issue with this game myself. Graphics could be better, would love to play it on 4k.
-
My strength as a survivor is staying hidden and barely being targeted by the killer, I can't juke on PS4 and I'm average at loops, so using camo and using cover helps me escape a lot. Nothing wrong with stealth play
-
My solo
Dark sense - 6 aura visions including a decent late game one
Plunderers - to get frequent pink keys/maps, even get a key after the hatch is closed π€£
Iron will - for stealth and to counter that icy b***h
Alert - for lots more aura giveaways
-
It took me 2 years to realise that traps don't get triggered when crouched on. Survivors run because they expect the other survivor to also run and set the traps off. Its a community wide mis understanding/bad habbit
