My guess is the opposite. Charlotte Roams while you play as Victor, she wanders at a slower speed like the zombies, emits a normal Terror Radius and maybe changes direction to face survivors that are in the radius of Victors "Growls"
This could explain how the add ons could be viable; you charge and pounce on a survivor with Charlotte nearby, when you switch back Charlotte is facing towards the one you just pounced on since she was walking towards them the moment before you pounced.
If you had the Drop of Perfume addon they don't even know she's still around while you were charging the pounce since they would have been Oblivious before you triggered the Oblivious from being latched.

The theory so far is that the Twins are about to receive a rework, and that this is new text that has been accidentally released early. It wouldn't be the first time this has happened.
This sounds wonderful if the changes are good and have impactful change but wow those changed add ons are terrible. I have no hope but who knows what could happen.

DC's give me more satisfaction than any other method of removing survivors.
Sounds like a fun time.

Long Term Solution: Come to grips with this being an uncommon but still normal occurrence depending on the time of day.
Short Term Solution: Get really good, really fast. Invest all your time and money into this game and get crippling depression as fast as possible in hopes to always win. Give up playing for fun if you only see ranks.
-
It's safe to assume its tracking the stats the system will be using to rank you but no it is not on.
You can get yourself easier matches when it launches by playing a killer you haven't touch for years like how all my Killers were being paired with Rank 1's kill squads but my Trapper who I haven't touched in 4 years got fresh installs.

Theres a super simple fix to getting rid of toxicity in the post game chat.
This is what you do: ### #### ## ### ######### ####
Just do that an your fine.

Hex: Devour Hope
-
Monstrous Shrine, Furitive Chase, Hoarder and Shadowborn.
If you don't run this you aren't in on the new meta.
-
Good, let the door hit them on the way out.
-
2k's are what the devs and balance team are striving for.
Unfortunately a 2k is either an Entity Displeased ir Brutal Killer at Red Rank due to pip scaling so it is pretty depressing to be balanced around always deranking or "losing" and have it be considered the norm.
-
Blood Warden
-
Hillbilly on Red Forest that had the infinite before it was removed.
Original DS where everyone can use it. Got 4 decked out survivors who deranked to bully, they all hit me with it and I unsurprisingly got stomped with no mercy.
-
Not having to sweat every match and getting to try fun and interesting builds that would never be played by anyone sane above rank 15.
For example Nemesis Nemesis:
Play as Nemesis with Nemesis, Furitive Chase, Make Your Choice.
Combos together and makes tunneling and camping impossible for the Killer, fair all around fun. But then the survivors just let eachother die on hook to only focus gens, gg ez.
-
If you don't plan on using the tenticle to down an uninfected injured survivor the zombies can actually be used by Survivors as a free sprint burst, just run up to the zombie boost pad, let it smack you and gain tons of W distance.
-
From what I've read from a mod in a similar post; delaying a game to not progress at all for longer than 10-15 minutes is "holding the game hostage." But in that post the Killer was too blame because the Survivors said the Killer was protecting his 3 gen so well it was "impossible" to do one and escape.
I don't think it should count as such but thats what was stated before but im sure its case by case.
Sorry to hear that happened, I hope you got some good bloodpoints from chainsawing sprinting around the map for a while.
-
Survivors do have their own stats, its called Breathing, Crys of Pain and Height.
Some survivors might pick their survivors strictly by appearance but its common knowledge that we have survivors who offer more immersed gameplay than others.
-
This is why I bought a series X.
When Dead Hard started tanking my frames I went out and bought one, best dbd decision iv made in my life.
Just drop half a thousand dollars and fix the issue yourself /s

Heart don't beat loud if you ain't scared, its simple science.
You don't have to be a rocket scientist to understand how hearts work, thats what doctors are for ya dingus.

He's pretty good, I found a solid playstyle from playing about 100 or so trials that not many players are talking about so he's my new main.
-
All
-
I'd love to see positive thought out changes but I am enjoying him as is.
-
I focus my attention on pallets and not survivors, I intentionally aim at the pallet when a uninfected survivor vaults, Save The Best For Last is great on him and he plays a lot like pallet shred Demo but with zombies instead of portals and an easier to handle pallet break fatigue.
-
I suggest just giving up playing for fun.
-
Be super careful with XBL reports, anyone can mess up your XBL reputation for literally anything or nothing at all. Up to you but I never suggest replying to messages, Xbox is easily exploitable and a simple reply or party invite accepting gives them your location and ability to ddos you.
I have to deal with this on the daily as an Xbox Killer and have had my fair share of unjust bans, rep drops and ddos attacks because I dared to play the bad guy in a video game.

There needs to be a range limitation though. Otherwise they’re just going to e constantly turning ad icing towards every single noise, which in this game is a lot.
The default range a zombie can detect a noise notification or survivor is 14 meters but will only chase if the survivor is in its FOV of 95° otherwise it will walk to the origin of the notification and wait for 1.5 seconds before resuming patrol, at 20 meters apart the zombie will stop chasing you even if in its 95° FOV.
Detection Range Add Ons will improve this.
-
Zombies are attracted to noise notifications, Survivors and Killers can control their actions by sound. Get creative.
It may not be perfect but it can atleast guide them to where you would maybe want them.
For example using Oppression on a gen thats nearby, someone across the map fails the skillcheck and suddenly they need to leave that gen because one of your zombies must go check that gen.
But this could be countered by that survivor throwing a pebble in the general direction of the incoming zombie or fast vaulting outside of the zombies los of the gen.

Get Good

No issue yet on the series X
-
Thanks for making trials much much easier for me today.
-
You'll get used to him, trial by fire.
-
The Killer was going for a 4k, that is not taking a game hostage and its rediculous to see responses saying it is.
You can work together with your teammate to escape or after a while you will bleed out. You are not being held without possibility to escape, just because you had to wait an extra 15 minutes because your teammate wanted to survive by stealthing the killer does not give you any excuse to report that killer. You should be ashamed of yourself for blaming others like that.
-
Long queue times and the most sweat iv seen from survivors in months.
Haven't matched with anyone under Rank 1 yet and gens fly.
Horrible games in terms of balance but its as competitive as can be for me.
-
Best: Spirit.
Worst: Depipster.
-
1a. Survivor: Dead Hard if you are taking a risk or just don't take a risk
1b. Killer know the distance where a lunge is garenteed and not. Swing through every pallet if you want, Enduring Spirit Fury helps a lot.
2. Get good.
3. Deal with it or always bring a map offering, DC when its Haddonfield.
4a. Survivor: Get good.
4b. Killer: Get good.
5. Abuse the parts of the map that literally block survivors into an inescapable corner or break the walls.
Also learn proper movement at loops or good survivors who know proper movement will bend you over backwards on 110 killers.
6. Never, deal with it.
-
Devs confirmed on the anniversary stream Moris are toxic, anyone who says dbd isnt toxic can refer to that stream. It is official.
-
Aight.
-
I love when survivors cry about slugging, sometimes it doesn't work out but when it does its always a salt mine!
-
Give him a buff just for the heck of it.
-
Yes.
Nobody is holding your hand. Use the best options available or lose, simple as that kid.
-
Xbox has a similarly described auto ban feature to what what explained on stream and it is completely exploited by salty players. Iv been flagged on my account for just playing Killer so I 100% expect DBD auto ban system to be just as flawed.
If you want to look up examples of how this system will be flawed just look up Xbox auto ban or "Needs Work/Avoid Me" status reddit or support posts.
-
Good im glad you caught on, good job understanding that and not wasting more of your time on a lost cause. I did it too.
-
As Killer; Everyone Deranks, even me.
The goal is to research how to award the least amount of points to survivors AND myself by following simple steps like never use hooks and ending the trial asap with a 4k bleed out.
If steps are followed correctly deranking is non optional.
-
1:07:45 timestamp of the livestream if anyone missed it. The way it is explained frightens me and you even get a thank you from the devs.
-
Im a Killer main and I expect my account will be falsely banned for actions such as: Hits through Vaults, Slugging and Sacrificing Survivors.
I assume I'll last maybe a week.
-
Year 5 will be worse.
-
Depipster so they can try again and do better than spit on our faces.
-
No.

Im ready to see all the major questions the community wants brought to light to be tossed into the dark like Max Thompson Jr Behind a brick wall.
