yes thats what i also noticed, i just think its weird cause why sweat in an event like that
depends on the time of day . During daytime i get alot more chill matches against legions and wraiths . Late at night is pretty bad just multiple slowdown ghouls or single larrys.
-
what are you even on about ?
pallet saves feel the same as they've ever been unless you are talking about a specific killer like twins blocking with victor this isnjust wrong -
to waste space in pur bloodwebs that's the only reason

you are aware it's an april fool's joke, right
given how dense some people in this community are i don't think he knows.
-
ps you can just turn of post game chat and just play the game . Too many people don't then post about what others anrw saying
-
you can run this time around tough . The ammount yoh loose by running is barelly any and it takes the same ammount of trips back to the pump .
-
most players actually play both sides . Don't see that ever happening .
-
play a game that is not built upon pasta code and instead is optimized . Aka not dbd
-
to them cheaters are still players . Plus since the epic fumble reporting became pointless

Yeah lets remove Ghould from the game.
While we are removing Killers which are not liked by the community we should add Blight, Nurse and Wesker to it.
Oh and Stealth Killers because in Indoor maps they are way to strong…
And Insta down Killers I really dislike them…While we at it, can we remove Trap Killers? Its not fair that they can interrupt good looping which such low level skill set ups.
Okay for real guys…
we need to stop make posts about removing Killers under the disguise for the argument "we want more variety"
By we want more variety it often means " we want any killer that lets us win "
-
why don't you play killer instead and wait for your friends to get on to play dbd as survivor ?
getting tunneled ehen playing with friends there is plenty you can do to avoid it . Solo queue will always be a meh experience. -

I'm hearing that Ruin and DMS are particularly strong. When you empty a pump at the gen, you automatically let go, and DMS activates, and then Ruin will regress anything you've put into it. I haven't experienced it personally yet, but this just sounds like a lose-lose scenario.
ruin never regresses blocked generators . If that is actually happening then it is 100% a bug . In fact gen block and ruin have negative synergy.
-
much like ressurgence it punishes spreading hooks and rewards hard slugging or hard tunneking . Abysmal perk design if their gowl is to encourage more fun matches.

I would say spirit and larry has more versitality and reliability than legion, same with ghoul plus spirit isnt the normal consideret m1 speed of 4,6 m/s but they surely are m1 attack base killers because they cant damage in defferent way or down than with m1 attack (we can argue about ghouls attact thats special and puts into mending or legions becuase they have it, both of them but I would say thse are not reliable attacks that can down differently than m1).
Larry has greater untiloop than most m1 and great map traversal plus catch up directly to survivor, ghoul too has great antiloop plus mobility and cacth up.
I would say it comes all to that killers power and reliability like wraith power isnt that super great and only with best stuf laces him in b-tier or legion can injure with special attack but he sucks in everything else and has no options than frenzy and m1 (especialy m1) to gain downs, but this discussion what is and what isnt m1 killer isnt very realistic becuase there are many killers that have more than just m1 and almost every time there is some other killer who is verty simular to them just better (ghoul>legion) but I would say these weaker ones that rely on their m1 the most are these "m1 killer", on other way its pretty endless drag that has not much of a one simple outcome.
deathslinger is another 110% killer who can only down with an m1 .

So is Spirit… She needs to also M1 to injure, so Spirit is more M1 killer than Ghoul.
So technically yes, but not really.
spirit and singularity both can only m1 to down . They have mobility but all power hits count as an m1 . Legion and ghoul are a hibrid where they can m2 for the injure but always m1 for the down.

Nurse does also not have any way to damage with an M2. You cannot say that just because a Killer has to click M1 that it is an M1-Killer.
A M1-Killer typically cannot traverse the full map in seconds. Or a M1-Killer cannot be on you after seconds and cut you off after they put you into the injured state (or mending state).
M1 attacks are what trigger jolt for example . No matter how ghoul down you it will always trigger jolt . M1 killers can actually have crazy map traversal . Singularity is a pure m1 killer who can teleport all over the map for example . Ghoul and legion are a hybrid where they have a m2 for the first hit but need to down with a m1 .
-
fast track needs to be toned down .

lol.
He clearly isnt. Not getting cheap scamper-like Hits does not make a Killer suddenly an M1-Killer. M1-Killer clearly has become a buzzword at this point.
but factually tough he is an m1 vs injured survivors by definition after this change . He does not have an m2 damaging state and will always have to m1 for a down .
-
beatifull looking map but it plays terribly on both sides . Reminds me of release rpd where it looked good but played terribly aswell

jason vorhes it's got to be .

Video of Otz talking about Wesker mobility with and without power. Using Wesker power from point A to point B did save him 1 second time.
In paper you can say "hey he can cross 21 metters in 1.5 seconds!" but you are not talking into account his charge time which makes him slower, his cooldown after both bounds have been used which makes him slower again and the fact that if you use your power for mobility you have big cooldown before being able to use again while killers like Billy can just… start his power right there again.
And that did save you 1 second time.
I think this debunks that Wesker has "high mobility". I mean is he more mobile than characters like Nemesis or Pyramid Head? For sure. Does this put him on a "very mobile" killer? Nah, his mobility is just a bit above average.
So yeah, doesn't make much sense his 40m terror radius.
funny , otz played a match on rpd where he took the entire match to catch up someone usong wesker . His power gives him no mobility whatsoever .
-
marvins blood basekit and a full add on pass .
-
crazy how they finally nerfed map offerings and then proceded to add map boosting for no reason . What is so difficult about just letting the map be ramdom every single match . I don't get this decision by BHVR

Cant wait for them to upload a guide against ghoul since they bug fixed the only consistently counterplay against him.
if you only know of this counterplay then thats on you . Ohtofu made a great guide on many ways to counter the ghoul.
-
i don't even wnvy them . Figuring out how and what gives an mmr increase in this game is not easy . Kills and escapes don't show the entire picture .
-
i got an ace named cheesehub multiple times on my team yesthurday . When the match starts the gates are opened allready and everyone just leaves . Real lame .
-
slowdown and exaustation perks have been staple
In the meta for almost 10 years . Don't think that will change unfortunetly.
-
Nah
-
it has been 10 years of BHVR neglecting cheating for the most part. What makes you think anything will change ?
-
he is %110 and his power has audio cues . Can be mindgamed . The first is fun to play against and much easier to counter than most A tier killers.
-
incresing cooldowns ( downtime ) is the worst way to change a killer balance wise .

Which is why I'm not buying him. At this point I know a killer with any sort of ranged attack will suck on console. I don't know why it's so hard to include the other half of the playerbase. Other games manage it.
he is worth it for the perks alone tough
-
Call them for what they trully are . Sad virgin babies script subscribers . They pay a monthly subscription to get a power trip on a game because they have no love in real life from another woman or family.
-
on paper this mode is a free escape if all survivor min max their time . On reality to often you have 4 survivors going for a single uncage , cleasing dull totems , opening all the chest in the map or hiding any second they hear a terror radius . This is what balances this mode out is how there is no mmr and aurvivors don't optimize their time .
-
I mean i waited 8 minutes for a 1v4 match only to get a cheating cladette that teleported everywhere and went out of bounds . After that waste of time i just went back to 2v8
-
found the issue . I do not own some not trevor belmont and was playing as them with the free trial in 2v8 . The moment i swapped to a survivor i own the ossue stopped.
-
have you tried playing pig or bubba in the current emviroment . Just not fun at all.
-
wow you guys killed furtive chase literally . Could the team not just make it non stackable with blooslust . Was a very fun perk that encouraged spreading hooks . One more feedback : having 30 seconds of haste and bt is a bad idea as it encourages body blocking and in turn encourages tunneling. Make those 10 seconds and keep elusive at 30 seconds .
Unique hook bonuses should be 10% tier 2 bloodlust at a bare minimun as tier 1 is respectfully just pointless and does not to help weak killer traverse the map. -
The same way these updates such as pallet density and increased hook timer have increased the gap between low and high tier killers . They have also increased the cap between solo and sfw because more people play the top tiers and swf can also make the most use of these buffs anyways . Basekit UB won't matter in solo but a swf can definetly make it abuseable . They are really missing the mark here.

Okay lets see according to the upcoming PtB changes:
Survivor Gets 30s of 10% Haste, Endurance, Elusive, 10s of Aura Reading within 32m of the Killer, that ignores undetectable, every unhook, and also Anti Slug/Anti Camp.Compared to Killer getting 15s of 4.8% speed through T1 Bloodlust that gets removed if they enter a chase, or use their powers, so if Ghostface breathes or Trapper places a trap they lose that negligible buff, and a BP bonus on unique hooks.
Surv Gets 3 Basekit Perks (OTR, Babysitter, Wicked but ignores Undetectable), and Elusive (Every Unhook), and Anti Slug/Anti Camp.
VS
15s of a Worse Bloodlust (doesnt even work in chase) and BP. (Only on Unique Hooks)
I mean you can compare the two quite clearly.
This upcoming PTB entirely benefits Survivor and gives nothing to Killer except a BP bonus for unique hooks.
Its a bit entitled to be demanding the Killer also get punished for… Killing? ontop of all this.at the bare minimum it should be tier 2 bloodlust and make it onoy deactivates on mobility power and not if trapper uses a trap for example.

One of the worst events that we had. The only incentive to play was the rift rewards (if you care about them), but other than that, it's just been awful. Poor BPs, no rewarding powers, extremely one sided void. The main game mode was more fun than this.
i definetly found the aniversary event to be the best . They way it naturally gives you different powerups without requiring you to leave into the void. I also didn't mind trix talking.
-
i mean they called a killer who slugs the entire team evil . a mecanic they have in their game and the player who does it is evil . mindblowing stuff
-
i do miss being able to move faster while stalking .

Again, watch the stream, the devs seem like they have no clue whats going on. That is the entire point i'm making.
they really didn't know why the game has the highest slug rate when can always die under a pallet with many LOS blockers where a teamate can save you from . Like are they really that unaware of how their own game works .
-
is the source supposed to be " trust me bro " ?
-
I must say that i find it amusing the like to dislike ratio being cut right in half . Shows the problem of why this game will never please both sides.
-
Survivors that are toxic ingame just have that us va them mentality . Any player who does not is able to see that both sides are just playing the game and doing their objective without any actions being a personal attack towards you .
-
because it would be too much work is my guess . A better turorial with video examples and a practice range would go a long way in helping survivors improve at the game . Again tough that would be alot of man hours and i don't think they want to sped the $ on it . Honestly just leave if it hets rhat bad on live if it gets that bad on live . A match can't exist without a killer player so the numbers will show.
-
it is basically an excuse to say they did something to incentivise hooks . 5% haste will do absolutelly nothing for trapper or ghosface to go across the map enter a new chase .
