  • Sorry for the formatting with the last one. Apple notes does not transition well into here for some reason. 😅

  • •PERKS:

    -The Demon:

    1. Anger:You’ve been mocked for far too long.                               After, a survivor is unhooked outside of your terror radius, you gain the undetectable status for 10/15/20 seconds.                                  Anger has a cooldown of 60 seconds once used.                           Anger can be unlocked from the Bloodweb at Level 30+ or in the Shrine of Secrets.                             “MY NAME IS CARRIE!”~Carrie White
    2. Prayer Closet: External forces are pleased with how you will do anything to please the ones that help you.             When a survivor is on the ground in the dying state for 20/15/10 seconds, press the activate ability button and the entity will block all sides the survivor’s path to all players in the trial for 30 seconds.                       Prayer Closet can only be used on the most recent survivor put into the dying state.                            Prayer Closet will deactivate for the affected survivor if they are able to pick themselves up from the dying state. Prayer Closet can be unlocked from the Bloodweb at Level 35+ or in the Shrine of Secrets.                            “Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live.”~Margaret White
    3. Hex: Bloody Revenge: Your hatred for those who hurt you knows no bounds.             When a survivor is unhooked, Hex: Bloody Revenge activates. As long as the corresponding hex totem is still standing, all survivors suffer from the oblivious status and their generator repair speed is hindered by 30/40/50% until the corresponding Hex Totem is cleansed.                        Hex: Bloody Revengecan be unlocked from the Bloodweb at Level 40+ or in the Shrine of Secrets.                             “They’re all going to laugh at you!”~Margaret White

    -Sue Snell:

    1. Prom Date: Your compassion is always admired by many.                  When unhooking another survivor, the next generator that the unhooked survivor and yourself repair will have 10/15/20% increase.                                                     Prom Date can only be activated if the survivor is unhooked safely.           Prom Date can be unlocked from the Bloodweb at Level 30+ or in the Shrine of Secrets.                               “We’re not trying to hurt her, Miss Collins. We’re trying time help her!”~Sue Snell
    2. Weird Vibes: Your environment can help you when you know something is wrong.                           When in the killer’s terror radius, Weird Vibes activates. For 12/14/16 seconds, if a survivor hides in a locker within the killer’s terror radius they will see the auras of all survivors and the killer within the trial.                           Weird Vibes has a cooldown of 50/45/40 seconds before it can be activated again. Weird Vibes increases your odds of being the obsession.                                                             Weird Vibes can be unlocked from the Bloodweb at Level 35+ or in the Shrine of Secrets.                               “Ain’t this clever?”~Margaret White
    3.  Plugged Up: You anticipate the worst when you see the killer, but you still do the best you can with what you got.                          When unhooking a survivor in the killer’s terror radius; the closest 4 vault locations,                           including breakable pallets and breakable walls, will be inaccesible to the killer for 10/15/20 seconds.                        Plugged Up can be unlocked from the Bloodweb at Level 40+ or in the Shrine of Secrets.                           “Plug it up!”~Sue Snell

  • •LORE:

-The Demon (Carrie White): Carrie White was not always a demon child. She had prayed much of her life; however; it wasn’t the grace of God that answered her prayers after her house sunk into the ground and collapsed that fateful night. After she murdered almost everyone in her school as well as her mother, after she made a wreckage of her hometown, after she hurt those who had attempted to help her. Carrie’s last act was sending Sue Snell off to safety as the house was going down into what she thought was hell. She closed her eyes and awaited the sweet release of death only to be greeted by a sudden silence. She opened her eyes and she was back in the prayer closet, only this time a bright little sphere appeared near where the cross had been just hours before. Carrie approached it with caution as it began to speak to her, a deal was made in terms of deadly deeds that needed to be done, deeds to those who had done both of them wrong. Carrie grew a most devious grin, there was work to be done.

-Sue Snell: As Sue dreamed of how she was sprinting from the sinking house, she could only imagine the fear and anger Carrie would be having inside. She thought of the town she loved destroyed and her friends now dead. She cried when she saw the house finally sink into the ground and she awoke with a shriek.

For the following months after Carrie’s destruction in their quiet town, Sue began to experience more of these nightmarish dreams. Especially ones involving evil strangers in pursuit of innocent lives. She would wake up more scared everyday. After awhile, Sue had a different dream, where she visited Carrie’s grave and left a flower for her there. She smiled, it was the least she could do to respect her already disrespected grave. All of the sudden, a bloody arm grabbed at her from the ground and before she could react she was pulled beneath the rocks she had just been standing on. When she awoke, Sue Snell was no longer in her bed, or anywhere close to her home. She was by a campfire, with many curious and hurt survivors, and Sue then knew she just got herself into a grave situation.

If you hit them a second time within those 60 seconds, the survivor will start on fire and will have to mend themselves within 15 seconds in order to put out their flames. If The Demon strikes the flaming survivor or if the survivor does not mend themselves in time then they will instantly be put into the dying state. I've only dc'ed against a hard tunneling Spirit. Literally they phased right back to the hook, chased one set of scratchmarks, saw it was the unhooker and switched to chasing me. I figured why bother playing the game out, when I already know I'm going to get like 3k bps and a depip?

Oh, and I dc'ed against someone hard tunneling trying to get the 4 people in the basement tome challenge. I figured if they were being a douche, I could be too.

😂😂😂😂😂 The last sentence is a mood. 😂😂😂😂😂

  • Am I the only one who didn’t feel like Leatherface needed the rework? I’m red rank survivor and everytime I’d get stuck with a Leatherface of purple rank or higher my team would get decimated. I feel like all this did was give him more power that he honestly didn’t need tbh.

  • They need to fix it. I agree.

  • I only disconnected once ever as survivor because I kept getting stuck with teams who wouldn’t rescue me after I’d be on my first hook and they’d leave me until I’d be dead and I got sick of wasting great items and add-ons.

  • I think the charms are cool, but I never use them because some of them are so small that you can’t even see them on the survivors. Not to mention if I’m on the hook I’m not looking at the charms on the hook I’m looking at the auras of my allies and screaming for them to get me off the hook. 😂

  • I’d be down for that. 😎👍🏼

  • Honestly I love this! I wish they would’ve buffed Demo’s perks a long time ago.

  • I wish they’d at least let us customize the legs tbh. Just to see if Nea’s other leg cosmetics would look cooler with the cosmetic.

  • Honestly I agree, I don’t think they should force them into sets. I heard they had a similar concern with Bunny Feng and they edited it so hopefully they’ll edit this too.

Sorry, if you want to go clean through a match. You need to avoid damage.

Ok look, if I pay for something prior to this I don’t want others screwing with what I paid for.

  • I think all of that would make it extremely op.

  • @DeanWinchester said:

I like the added realism of it. It’s a horror game after all, what’s wrong if they wanna add more blood?

I’m not saying go against the realism of it. I’m just saying that I know myself and others don’t want cosmetics we payed for to randomly be all bloodied up during the game without it being our choice.

  • I’d love this! I’m in the process of attempting to prestige all of my characters and I can guarantee that doing the killers will be long because the Bloodweb will make me buy things I’ll never use. I’d personally love this a lot.

  • I’m down for this 😎👍🏼

  • YES 😂

  • That would be cool 😎👍🏼

  • I’d like this if they did it. 😎👍🏼

  • @HighQualityDonut said:

Devs confirmed it's not happening for every outfit, it happens for some more elaborate concepts where they can execute it without worrying about clipping with other pieces (Nea's new graffiti outfit having a hood for example). So these locked sets allow cosmetics to come out faster.

They will still release 3 piece separate outfits.

I still don’t like the thought of it being forced onto us as a set. And I’m the type of person who barely switches the pieces around.

  • @cheetocultleader said:

I joined the forums for this reason, because I missed the first tome's cosmetics and charms. I've been told they will eventually put the cosmetics in the shop, a year or so from the time the tome was released. Charms haven't been mentioned.

I heard something like that on reddit but was unsure and wanted an answer from people who I know have been here a long while. I heard 6 months after the Tome ended but hopefully I can still get the cosmetics. Thanks! 😊👍🏼

  • I like the idea but it sounds very complex in theory.

It kinda did tho. First time I got gifted the 50k BP I had 900k already, so leaving me with 950k instead. After like 3 matches I ended up with over 1 Million and was really confused. That's when I found out the cap was raised for the time being.

I just meant that they said it gave 140% instead of 104% and I was curious on who complained of it enough for them to change it back to 104% 😂.

  • @MiniPisa said:

Not really sure what you mean. The 50k BP reward basically removed the 1 mil BP cap, and the only other thing I can think of is the event offerings being buggy. Don't know anything about an extra BP bug though.

That’s the one loll. The event one.

if we get flying killer need to be jeepers creepers

That’d be cool to have in there, but popular streamers (such as Pauline Esther) said they’ll never do Jeepers Creepers because the creator was a convicted pedophile before he wrote the movie and the devs and millions of people don’t feel comfortable with that money from that license going to him. Second, I think someone else also said the devs would never want a flying killer right now because of how it could be deemed as over the top powerful.

  • I agree. I’m surprised they didn’t do that to begin with.

    in Outfits Comment by R52G
  • I see people using it a lot on Xbox. Not to mention I sometimes use it too. It’s a good idea but I say it’s fine the way it is.

  • I don’t know why they haven’t done it yet. It would’ve been a good cosmetic for Quentin (especially considering he was shirtless in an entire scene in the movie he was in).

  • That idea makes it sound like Kate’s Dance With Me. I think it should only be used once a survivor completes a generator they have worked on.

  • I hate that it’s a set tbh. Legendary I get it, but I sometimes like to mix and match as well. And especially if it’s a non-licenses cosmetic I don’t understand why they’d put it like that if they saw how much negative feedback they’ve gotten on it so far.

  • I agree. I get they wanted to buff his perks but I really don’t think Franklin’s Demise needed a buff tbh.

  • Sorry for the formatting too btw. Notes app on Apple is notorious for this.

-Randy Meeks: Dewey Riley (Scream 1-4) or Cotton Weary (Scream 1-3) or Robbie Mercer (Scream 4).

    •LORE:

-Sidney Prescott: Sidney has faced many foes with the ghostface mask prior. Some left her friends dead, others scarred. She had lost her mother and almost lost her father due to these masked killers. Their motives all led back to her mother’s decisions back when her mother was alive.

After her last encounter, Sidney needed a break. She went back to her old house from her high school days, strangely abandoned. She went to knock to see if she could enter but the door flew open ever so slightly. She called out to see if anyone was there, but received no answer. As Sidney approached the living room she glanced at a familiar picture of her and her mother shortly before the murder of her mother.

Suddenly she heard the door that had been open slam shut suddenly and she saw a familiar black garb skate across an adjacent hallway. Sidney panicked and raced to the door but it would not budge. Unbeknownst to her a black fog was rolling under the door and it was only after this that the door finally opened. Even though she knew she had only been in there for a few minutes everything was different. It was dark outside, much darker than before. Sidney also felt different inside, much younger almost than she had been when she had just entered the house mere minutes before. She looked around to see what was happening before a familiar face terrorized her with fear. Sidney then screamed. What did she just get herself into this time?

-Randy Meeks: As a fan of horror movies, Randy Meeks was immediately enticed by the murderous events that occurred in Woodsboro 1996 due to the actions of his best friends Billy Loomis and Stu Macher. After surviving this near-death experience, he went through it again at Windsor College.

During his second run in this murderous game of cat and mouse, Randy had started to see patterns from the killer when talking bad of Billy Loomis. Clues that had started to piece together who the new killer could be. As he talked more crap about his deceased former friend, he felt a hand grab him and pull him into a white van. Randy then saw the hooded figure stands him several times all over his body over and over again.

After the killer left the van, he regretted getting close to the van, thinking it as a bad decision. As his vision started to blur and as he gave his last breath, he saw Gale finding his corpse and screaming. However, it was only a second before Randy suddenly felt better. He sat up against a brick wall, and noticed no evidence of what had just occurred. As he looked around to take a look around his new environment, he heard a familiar scream echo through the air, and he knew what he had to do.

    •PERKS:

    -Sidney Prescott:

    1. Gut Instincts: You can always sense an impending danger.                 When you are within 8/12/16 meters of another survivor when they are hooked by the killer for at least 10/8/6 seconds Gut Instinctsreceives a token. Whenever the killer would attempt to read your aura, a token will be consumed and they will see not see the Survivor’s aura but the Survivor will see the killer’s aura for 3 seconds. Gut Instincts has a maximum amount of 3 tokens.                  Gut Instincts can be unlocked from the Bloodweb at Level 30+ or in the Shrine of Secrets.                               “Psychos can’t kill what they can’t find.”~Sidney Prescott
    2. Better Safe than Sorry: You always take a shot at what you can to make sure it won’t come back to haunt you later.                              If you are within the killer’s terror radius while cleansing a dull or hex totem for at least 3 seconds you can press the secondary action button to save your progress for only yourself on the totem cleansing for the next 10/15/20 seconds. After this, it will regress at 200%.                  Better Safe than Sorry has a cooldown of 40/35/30 seconds once used.                      Title can be unlocked from the Bloodweb at Level 35+ or in the Shrine of Secrets.      “Just in case.”~Sidney Prescott
    3.  Not in my Movie: You aren’t afraid to face a killer in an attempt to thwart them.            After repairing a generator while injured for at least 50 seconds, Not in my Movie activates. The next time you are chased by the killer for 50/40/30 seconds, Title will instantly heal you if you are not put into the dying state within the chase with a killer. If the killer ends the chase by leaving you or by putting you into the dying state before you can be healed, Not in my Movie deactivates until you repair another generator for at least 50 seconds. Title deactivates completely once all generators are repaired.                     Title can be unlocked from the Bloodweb at Level 40+ or in the Shrine of Secrets.        "You forgot the first rule of remakes, Jill. Don't ######### with the original."~Sidney Prescott

    -Randy Meeks:

    1.  Everybody’s a Suspect: You know what clues to look for to save yourself and your friends from danger.                           When a survivor is hooked 48/44/40 meters away from you, only you can see the killer’s aura for 6 seconds when the killer is at least 16 meters or more from the hooked survivor. This increases your chances of being the obsession.            Everybody’s a Suspect can be unlocked from the Bloodweb at Level 30+ or in the Shrine of Secrets.                        “EVERYBODY’S A SUSPECT!”~Randy Meeks
    2.  Rules to Survive: You know what you need to do to survive the horrors you have witnessed.                         When you unhook another survivor, Rules to Survive activates for 6/8/10 seconds. During this time, any generators currently being repaired are highlighted by a yellow aura, and any generators currently regressing are highlighted by a white aura.                                Rules to Survive can be unlocked at Level 35+ or in the Shrine of Secrets.           “There are certain RULES that one must abide by in order to successfully survive a horror movie.”~Randy Meeks
    3.  One Last Scare: You always expect that one last scare to happen shortly before the end of it all.                         After unhooking another Survivor after the start of the endgame collapse, One Last Scareactivates for 4/5/6 seconds. During this time, if a hit from the killer would put you into the dying state, it will be ignored and you will be put into the deep wound state. You must mend before entering the exit gates or you will enter into the dying state and the killer will be notified of your location. One Last Scare will only activate if you are in the injured state before the hooked survivor is unhooked.                              One Last Scare can be unlocked at Level 40+ or in the Shrine of Secrets.             “Careful. This is the moment when the supposedly dead killer comes back to life, for one last scare.”~Randy Meeks

  • I do love it. Only recommendation is make the power work for a bit more than 2 meters for Killer’s Instinct. Otherwise it just feels like it can easily be avoided. Other than that it looks interesting. 😎👍🏼

    Chapter highlights

    - Killer and survivor perks focus on hiding and seeking other targets

    - New mechanics to lockers interaction and ways for survivor to hide

    Mechanics

Lockers can now be "investigated", which makes:

    1. the new killer cannot trap the locker

    2. Huntress cannot reload on this locker

    3. Reveal items inside a locker (like a chest) (also for the trap from the new killer and totem for the killer's new perk)

    for a time duration.

Hide out places are like rabbit holes areas/tunnels connecting the map that only survivors (or Ghost-face) can enter by crouching though. Alternate entrance/exit can be made by destructing some Breakable Walls.

When in hide out places, survivor will grant oblivious status effect while also unable to detect the killer's present; on the other hand, the killer will gain undetectable status effect and slightly reduced moving speed. Killers can "pin down" survivors to ground anywhere to have the same effect as hooking the survivor.

The hide out places offers alternative ways to go though "high traffic area" on ground while survivors having a risk to seeing the killer in a narrowed and straight tunnel.

    Killer:

Summary of back story: a cursed doll wants the survivors to stay with her forever

    Ability: Monster in the closet

    1. Set lockers into traps that traps survivors when they entered, survivors will have to attempt to escape like when they got trap by bear-traps; if the survivors are able to escape, the locker's trap will be disarmed. Survivors can also disarm a locker's trap by investigating it. (takes an extra time to do the real investigation) If a trap-ed locker is also having a totem inside it, survivors who are attempted to open the locker will be injured/decrease 1 health state.

    2. After a short delay/channel, teleport inside a locker (similar to Freddy). If there is already a survivor in the target locker, automatically "hook" the survivor inside the locker; if there is no survivor in the target locker, the killer will hide in the locker and gain the Undetectable Status Effect and allow to rush out the locker (similar to heads-on) to automatically put survivors in front of her into the Dying State. Survivor's aura that got hooked in the locker by this ability (caught during teleportation) will not be shown to other survivors. If the locker that the killer is hiding was investigated by survivor recently, a sound notification will be announced to the survivors nearby.

    Perks (not in ordered):

    1. Hex: Hidden History

All your totem will be spawn in side a closest. Survivor cannot use the closest while there is a totem in it. To cleanse a totem inside, survivor will have to investigate a disarmed lockers. (Have to disarm a locker before able to cleanse a totem)

    2. Feet Outside The Covers

Survivors who crouch more than 5/4/3 seconds for the last 30 seconds will reveal their aura to you while they crouch or walk.

    3. Predictable fate

Survivors who perform a rushed action during a chase will reveal their aura to you for 1/2/3 seconds. This ability has a 20 seconds cooldown.

    Survivor:

Summary of back story: A male actor/model who is famous for his matured look, performance, and behavior, but secretly have multiple dolls rooms full of plushies inside his mansion.

    Perks (not in ordered):

    1. Ready? Action!

While being inside the killer's terror radius and not in chasing, this perk charges for maximum of 5/7.5/10 seconds. You can hold your secondary action button to consume chargers to record the action that you are doing. Click the secondary action button again will let your Aura and Scratch Marks will not be shown to the Killer and display the Aura and sound effects of your recorded action to the killer.

    2. Comfort Zone

When you rush into a locker, you are not affected by the Blindness effect for 5/10/15 seconds. Your Exhaustion and Exposed Status Effect are recovered 2/5/7.5% faster while you are inside a locker.

    3. Plushies Obsession

For 30/25/20 seconds you are within the killer's terror radius, the killer will leave Scratch Marks for only you can see for 5 seconds. When you are the obsession of the killer, you can also see their aura for 3 seconds as well. This ability has 90/75/60 seconds cooldown.

Reduces the odds of being the Obsession.

The Killer can only be obsessed with one Survivor at a time.

Intriguing, except Predictable Fate almost sounds like I’m All Ears.

  • Everything but the slave fighting seems okay to me. Just something about the thought of fighting a slave just feels a bit odd tbh.

  • I’d love that tbh. 😎👍🏼

You can say the same thing for 2017 Lunar event players who went through tedious and enunciating balancing issues, Which hurt and stopped progress due to the broken state that pallets and addons where at the time. Vaults were broken in 2016, But in 2017 Vaults,Infinites and way too many pallets where just as rampant as 2016. This halted peoples progress on both sides and the grind was just as bad due to the lack of bloodpoints and bbq didn't exist until the other half of the year which was September 14th. So honestly why not just make a new grind system that helps the game by adding another reason to prestige and level up and allow Veterans to get Legacy as they have gave their commitment to the game and community.

    I agree

  • @GoodBoyKaru said:

Look, man, I want legacy just as much as the next guy. I never got the chance to get it, started playing November 2017, so I missed out by a year.

But legacy means a lot to so many people. The devs promised it would remain exclusive and so should remain exclusive. Its the only cosmetic they truly promised this with and breaking this would lose them so much more support.

Plus, I don't fancy grinding any more than I have to. I'd go back to 2016 and grind (but even then I'd know the game would succeed when back then nobody knew that) but honestly I'm fine with it remaining an exclusive.

Legacy deserves to remain an exclusive forever until everyone who had it has lost it and the devs have no way of giving it back. As much as I want it, I'd rather it remain the way it is now.

Unless they release a legacy David King skin in which case I'd do anything.

I mean, if the problem is how it’s obtained, then they should make a system where everyone can get it, BUT they have to grind for it. Like an extra 3 prestige levels or something. Then if they give legacy back to those people who lost it, the others can still get it with a bit of work.

  • I think they should do something to help people get legacy, but I’m unsure if all of this would be the best path. It does sound interesting though.

  • @Keo2018 said:

The game has been out for years now, one thing that needs an update is the survivor animations as they look awful. Healing a survivor is the worst as they do this strange movement with their hands about two feet above their head not touching them or anything. For this it would look good if the person healing them actually touched them and applied a bandage or something, similar to the animation used in the last of us or ghost recon breakpoint. The chests and gens animations are lame too but not as bad.

Another cool feature would be when a survivor gets hooked blood squirts out and then stains the survivors clothes, just to make it a bit more realistic and brutal as it is an 18 rated game, so may aswell add more blood and gore.

I’d be interested in more movements but the blood thing is basically what they do with their prestige clothing for the survivors.

  • I like this. Of course I think Ice Age needs a rework (because it sounds like more of a power than a perk tbh), but other than that it really sounds interesting. 😊👍🏼

  • Lol what does it look like again?

Same! That and I honestly feel that she kinda more like a survivor more than a killer. Even though she killed people she was one of the originals in the Jigsaw thing in the series.
