If you're not confident in your chase abilities, ignore the OoO user. Go after the other Survivors. They tend to be a lot less confident in their chasing abilities than the person using OoO.
If you are confident in your chase abilities, try to down them as quickly as possible and try to make sure they enter second stage on their first hook. That would leave them on death hook immediately and would be easier for them to keep down (Try to make sure they go down someplace you can defend without outright camping them).
Other than that, just remember that OoO is not as broken or overpowered as most people think it is. The kind of information it gives you is rather limited, and it's only mostly used to bait the killer to chase the Survivor who is most confident in their chasing ability.

Right, being able to know everything the killer does and completly turning trap based killer useless even too they don't have any pressure early game and are basicly m1 killer. That not strong right?

"Another person using Otz stream as a proof, even too he simply face camped and used NOED as a last ressort. I was here during the stream and he agreed that his ''Test'' was kinda a mistake."
Congratulations, I'm not using his stream as direct proof of my entire post, I'm using it as a way of showing that a killer can facecamp and play badly and still win.
"People also ignore how he said Second chance perk of survivor need a nerf"
I've been seen on the forums before saying that DS needs a change and I literally stated that if we get rid of NED we should get rid of Adrenaline, and other second chance perks.
"I mean, survivor technicaly have a total of 12 perk slot. Even if all four survivor use DS, BT and Unbreakable (all those perk are not only real good, but counter Tunnel, camp and slug) and then each survivor still has a free perk slot, and im pretty sure one of them can use Detective to do bones."
When contemplating all of this in a perfect, 4man, coordinated swf, yes they can. They can run perkless, as shown in Marth's depip squad trial. But swf and solo are not the same, and there's a large gap in their power. Often times it's solo players who struggle with and get killed by NED, and want to have fun in the game too. So let's go by an ideal solo build:
-Kindred (to have any small ounce of coordination and fun)
-Detective's Hunch (totems)
-DS (tunnelers)
-Iron will (Spirit)
Doesn't leave much room for build variety, does it?
In an ideal world, NED wouldn't be an issue and solos and swf would be at a similar power level, both able to be stomped by a killer. But this isn't that world, and solos need as much help as they can get. Limiting their build to four perks to have a bit of fun, isn't exactly an ideal world. You can't even use pre-game chat on consoles to communicate this.
''Congratulations, I'm not using his stream as direct proof of my entire post, I'm using it as a way of showing that a killer can facecamp and play badly and still win.''
Depend what you mean by ''win'' because according to the dev ranking, 4k won't garantee a pip, hell if you camp and do a 4k chances are you will de-pip a lot. Yea, im aware that the ranking system is full of flaw, but we can agree that how the dev consider win and loss, by the pip system. As for your solo buid, im pretty sure only a single survivor can run Kindred since the whole team got it effect, pre-game chat exist for a reason. And if you run a single perk just so it can counter a single killer, maybe it not the best perk to choose, but it you choice relly.

First, if you get "genrushed" with any killer, its entirely your own lack of skill. Second, the changes arent meant to increase gen times in general, but in a specific situation, what they have mentioned many times.
Except it hard to run agains the clock, even if your skilled. Survivor not only start with the advantage of being 4 and starting the game at their strongest, they also all can run Meta perk that give them more time and prevent the killer of playing in a logical way. Survivor have way more info about what the killer is doing, especially in SWF. Survivor also got the equivalent of BBQ but better and in base kit ( you see downed and carried survivor and where they are hooked, therefore you know the killer location till they hook someone) It take 80 second doing a gens alone with no toolbox provided you don't do great skill check and since there 4 survivor, 4 gens can be worked at the same time (even too most of the time, 3 would be worked on when a survivor get chased) It take 120 second for a survivor to die on hook and the killer can't speed the process in anyway UNLESS he tunnel and the survivor has no DS or Borowed time (Then again, it depend on the survivors to let you do those thing). Killer can kick a generator so it slowly regress, but survivor can tap it to stop the regression and the only way for the killer to stop that is playing Freddy and abusing the hell out of Pop. Chase is way to much survivor sided, the killer can't do much unless the survivor get baited or fail in anyway, meaning the killer can't do any ''good play'' it only up to the survivor to do a bad play so the killer can catch them. Killer power all have some downside that are easy to exploit, and sometime they can be exploited by playing normaly b4 you even know wich killer you are facing.

People also ignore how he said Second chance perk of survivor need a nerf. With that said I think that survivor can have the luxury of using Detective Hunch Perk. I mean, survivor technicaly have a total of 12 perk slot. Even if all four survivor use DS, BT and Unbreakable (all those perk are not only real good, but counter Tunnel, camp and slug) and then each survivor still has a free perk slot, and im pretty sure one of them can use Detective to do bones. Not only with that single perk you counter any Hex perk of the killer, you also counter NoED.

If it is a ~"lag issue"~ it shouldn't be fixed? is it ok to grab a survivor just to see him literally running away completely healthy as you are freezed there? or being stunned by head on AFTER your open locker animation started? if you have nothing valuable to add, go play your flawless game and let the adults talk.
It fun you call me a kid when you consider 'lag issue can simply be patched. If you got no idea how dedicated server or lag works, maybe you should consider looking it up b4 telling other to ''let the adult talk.'' Also, not only you complain about some little change that hurt virtually nobody, but you also ignore all the bug they acctualy fixed. Please look at entire patchnote b4 complaining k thx bye

I didn't complain about the patch as a whole. I'm just tired of they making things worst when absolutely NOBODY asked for that while there are so many bugs that NEED to be addressed. Dead Hard is a joke, grabbing survivors isn't working, Hag's teleport is bugged, stalking is bugged, revealing ghostface never worked, nurse's bugs are pathetic, there are SO MANY game breaking bugs out there and they are changing the size of the offerings. Cmon devs!
Half the ''bug'' you stated are lag issue, but whatever float your boat.

It almost like the killer who is in a numerical disadvantage, should have some way to compete agains 4 people who not only play the ez mode of the game, but who also put litteraly no effort doing gens. I don't even play Freddy and I just find it Ironic that survivor complain about ''brain dead'' gameplay when 50% of any survivor gameplay is holding M1 to win

What is DBD but chasing and hooking survivors? That is the definition of looping. You need to know who you can chase, who you should abandon, and which generator clusters to protect. That is about the extent of the gameplay.
You also need to understand anything about you're killer power and how you can use it. It may sound dumb, but knowing from wich angle to strike as a stealth killer change thing a lot, Mastering Aim with Deathslinger and Huntress is nothing but skill.

Looping is the only skillful interaction for both sides. Killer deals with loops only, survivors hold M1 and loop. I argue both Freddy and Spirit are braindead because Freddy ignores all looping, the same with Spirit. The "mindgames" Spirit have are negated by equipping the perk stridor, and wearing a pair of headphones. They see you, you are dead. There is little to no counterplay. It was the same, as still is the same, with Nurse. But at least she got nerfed into the floor so that only top tier players can use her. Any goon can pick up Spirit or Freddy and do well with them currently.
If you think looping is the only skillful interaction, you're ignoring 3/4 of the killer gameplay but whatever float your boat.
-
You would think survivor with their grand total of 12 perk slot would consider using a single one to counter NoED + any hex the killer have, It almost like you could sacrifice one perk slot to counter up to 4 of the killer perk slot (Depending on how much Hex the killer use). And even in the case the killer has no hex, it free point.

You gotta be kidding me. I play mainly killer, with plenty of survivor on the side. What makes a good survivor? How good they can hold M1 on gens? Or how good they can run the tiles? Please think before you speak.
You said loop was the only skillfull interaction and you never specified it was for survivor side only. But I think my point stand, complaining Freddy require no brain cause he ignore any mindgame is a ######### thing to complain about when at the same time people cry that spirit does the exact oposite.

It's like loops are the only skillfull interactions in the game or something.
Sound like someone played so much survivor he forgot most killer mechanic or something

Seriously? Survivors have it good enough as it is.
Survivor got meta perks to counter any killer playstyle, yet they still find a way to complain. Worst part of all that is that in camping case, they can just ignore the dude on hook and genrush whitout consequences, and even in the rare case the killer achieve a 4k, he de-pip cause he camped and the ranking system punish you for camping.

You can literally just face the other direction and they won't be able to run in front of you in time. Look straight up.
So in case you're not aware, no matter whas direction you look, survivor run fast enought to reach you, provided they know, when and from where to run out and blind you, plus you are stuck during pickup animation, the camera is locked.

I agree dude, that’s the only time I ever DC when I’m literally getting tunneled the entire game. Those games where the killer sees another guy who’s closer, an easier target, and he chooses me who’s 60 ft farther but he goes after me cuz he saw me.
i don’t really DC for any other reason. And it doesn’t happen that often.
Now tell me why Killer should'nt be allowed to tunnel, I want a reason that dosen't include '' it no fun for me'' cause guess what, Being gen rushed is no fun either, but you know what? bot tunel and gen rush are just both side doing their objectives in the most optimal way possible, except survivors, for some reasons' get op perk to counter tunnel. As for camping, it may sound stupid, but since the killer for 1, lose points when face camping and 2, lose point cause he don't chase or hit people enought, they often de-pip even too they do a 4k. KILLER ACCUTUALY LOSE when they camp you, thanks to the weird Ranking system (That is bad for other reasons, but still the way dev calculate win or lose)
-
Camping is a valid strategy, only work if survivor get baited and ignore generators PLUS survivors got a couple of perk to work around Camping. Let not forget killer will probably de-pip even if they do 4k while face camping. Yea it suck for the guys on the hook, Yet I don't see any survivor complaining when they can use or abuse any unhealthy mechanic of the game. Let talk about flashlight save, yea it require skill, yes flashlight is an okay item. the issue come when you happend to down a survivor near a place whitout wall, congratulation, if someone go for the save, you can't do anything. It just sad playing optimaly make the other role feel bad too.

This has to be one of the biggest issues with BHVR as a whole, there is no consistency for certain things.
Take Iron Will & Stridor as another example: iron will 100% reduces the sounds made by injury. Now, normal people understand that you can never make a sound from nothing no matter how high you turn up the volume, but instead of being realistic & designing the perks to work like their descriptions say they should, Stridor takes that silence and turns it into sound because <reasons>.
Moris are also still an OP offering that completely turn the tide of any game they're used in, while the only survivor counterparts were heavily nerfed (instaheals/ BNP) multiple times.
I think it okay for some killer perk to counter some survivor perk like Stridor does. Killer is suposed to be the power role. they go with 4 perk agains 12. Yet what we have is most survivor meta perk that deny killer base gameplay and even do stupid thing (Look at DS, yea it an anti-tunel, but the way it work make it a 1 minute immunity from being pickup, aka a free hit you can tank or a free unsafe hook you can do and don't get me started on how it combo well with other perk) As for Mori, yes I agree Pink mori is op, but instaheal and BNP are not the survivor counterpart. The hatch is. Survivor get the equivalent of a free yellow mori every game and can bring key to get an ez escape. And the only reason killer can clause it is to prevent survivor from hiding/ doing a stare contest with the killer. like you could do b4

As a survivor main I am unable to make any claims as to which killer is the best based on playing each of them. However, there is one thing I can say as a survivor main. The killer I most often go up against is Freddy, and no other is even close. To me that says either: 1) There are lots and lots of Nightmare on Elm Street fans so devoted to the franchise that they play Freddy no matter what - or 2) Freddy is the strongest killer in the game by a significant margin because I face him at least double the amount of times I face any other killer.
I wont deny that Freddy is in a strong position in the tier list, but seeing a killer a lot don't mean they are strong. I barely saw any nurse back in the day when she was God tier.

IMO there 2 option to nerf Gen rushing whitout making it hard for solo survivor to do them. either they apply a nerf to second chance perk, so survivor don't have free extra chase time. A good way to do so would be to prevent having 2 or more of these perk on a single survivor, so they have to make a choice between, let say DS,Dead hard and sprint burst. The other option would be to make injured stats apply some kind or debuff or anything that matter relly, Good survivor can pass the whole game whitout healing and being injured only has the downside of making you easy to find, in a case where the killer is already running after you or nearby you. I understand survivor would be too hard to play if they only could take 1 hit before going down from a m1, so we can't simply remove it. Why not making survivor who are injured slower and having their repair speed nerfed? Of course the slowed mouvement speed would only come after some time, so the killer still have to chase you after the first hit and after you get off the hook. By forcing the survivor to heal, that reduce their time on the generators

Disagree about face camping. Been face camped plenty of times with no provocation. Borrowed Time doesn't do anything vs. camping Wraith, Freddy, Leatherface, etc. It's BS and has nothing to do with skill.
If you can't save a teamate from hook with BT when facing M1 killer like Wraith and Freddy, you need to get gud. Unless you face a Killer with insta down or someway to cancel your unhook animation, the worst that can happend is that you get hit once. And if the killer is face camping, you should be doing gens in the first place.

Freddy delete any kind of mindgame,so people are mad about him. But when spirit turn the whole chase into mindgame, people hate it too. Next step will be a witch hunt agains any non M1 killer.
