  • Corrupt intervention is a good perk I run to ensure they can't get two gens done before I find someone

  • I run Whispers because it's a very strong perk especially when hatch is closed and last survivors are trying to get gate. I know which one they go to. Though they outsmart me and hide behind walls and when I run by looking, they run back to the place I came from. Completely confusing me sometimes

  • I main Huntress and don't typically slug unless I down someone and I see someone near by with a flashlight. I'm not ######### and just going to let them get the save. However if they run away I hook the person. The only time I slug is when it's the last two, I'm not dumb enough to kill them and let that person have hatch. I put the effort into killing their other friends that I'm damn well going to secure that last kill and not let them live because they got lucky. Slugging is in the game, just as much as window teching, flashlight saving, and 360ing. Run Unbreakable or Tenacity and deal with it

Killers get old ruin back when survivors get old exhaustion back. Deal?

Killers lose Moris when survivors lose their keys. Deal?

I’m not asking for a rework lol and SHE does need changes

I didn't mean a rework I just meant changes to her in general. She has add-ons that increase the RNG to her traps, though it seems like you're relying on add-ons but most killer abilities kind of rely on their add-ons. Her stalk ability is well balanced. It's not meant to be an ability you can use for every situation. It's meant to sneak up on survivors and lunge and get that first hit quickly. Not score a hit during a Chase. Making her walk faster is just odd, can you walk the same speed while crouched. If they did make that happen she'd basically be a Michael with a giant lunge.

  • In my opinion. They're both pretty okay, I wish infinite T3 Myers would be fixed because it's dumb he can stalk you for a bit then insta down you the entire game. Ghost face his reveal is a little broken. It's too easy to reveal him and makes his stalking basically null in void. I play both a love them as killer and I play against them as survivor. I've had no issued besides the two I mentioned above. I believe they're fine how they currently are compared to some other killers and perks who need reworks.

  • Imo pig is pretty well balanced. She has flaws but everything does, nothing will ever be perfect. However her flaws aren't large enough to need a total rework on her abilities. To nerf her traps would just be another sucker punch to killers especially after ruin nerf. Learn to play the game how it's been made. I understand that certain aspects definitely need reworks, but the pig is currently not one of them.

  • In my opinion, a game like Dead by Daylight doesn't need a ranking system at all. It doesn't have that competitive feel to it to actually need one. It's like trying to stick a skill based rank on GTA, one it's just not something I can see happening and two you have too many unfair factors. Like the Oppressor MK2, my point being is that DBD doesn't need a rank structure period. I believe they should just skrub the ranks entirely and make queue completely randomized. I understand that this will cause multiple skill levels to collide but they do already as it is

  • People can't say killers have second chance perks. Any potential second chance perks they might have is usually a hex. So players who are in the NO NO NOED army and have inner strength completely negate any of them. Haunted grounds maybe but that's more of a timing perk that you have no control over.

  • I don't even know why you bother making these posts. Yes it's supposed to bring it to the DEVs attention but let's be honest. The DEVs are going to do what they feel is best, not the majority of the communities opinion. Almost everyone said the ruin change was stupid, survivors and killers both. It made it out of PTB to live. Let's be real. Bhvr makes their own minds up, we have no influence in it.

It's because entitled survivors want easy skill checks where they don't have to think, so they dc against doc because of the moving skillcheck and it's "impossibility"

Actually it's not even that, even with doctor I hit the skill checks at least 90% of the time. It's really not that difficult. Even with unnerving presence. I DC against doc because it's just honestly so frustrating. His terror radius affects a decent sized area, especially with distressing and then to get a small map like haddonfield or Giddeon. You can't win because he always knows where you're at, and if his terror radius shock doesn't get you, most high rank killers run BBQ, so the doc always knows your location so you can't really win against it. And looping a doctor is very difficult, it's up there with looping a clown. I just feel his rework is a little too strong

  • I run Self Care because I solo queue so it's nice to be able to heal without needing help, Sprint Burst, Resilience and Spine Chill. 15% speed is amazing and came in clutch a lot. If I'm not running Spine Chill it's either DS or Unbreakable.

  • Yeah when a new map is released you see it more often. How often did you see Hawkins or Oni's map upon release. Now how often do you see Hawkins lab? Very rarely.

Hmm ,that ruin have a 30 sec life so you want it back I think you are a rank 10 killer .I mean beby killer. On the other way with survivor ,you say it s to easy DUDE don't post ######### bait please.and you past a screenshot with your play time like the devs ill come to this post, look at your playtime and say ,,owww he is right,,

I'm pretty sure they didn't post their play time hoping it would attract devs, they did it to prove a point that they've had experience and personally believe something needs to majorly change for this game to continue living from a standpoint of someone who's had countless hours to experience the gameplay. So don't press on a post and talk smack like you know everything. If you want to be rude and not give any helpful insight on your opinion on how things need to change then don't post anything at all

I guess if you could still look behind you some loops could still be mindgameable. I still think this would hurt survivors way too much and throw the game's balance out of the window though. This game has been designed with survivors third player view in mind from the very beginnning.

Yes you're right, however if you've played enough recently. Experienced the queue timers as survivor waiting for a lobby that a killer is in. You'll understand that the state DBD is currently in, it's going downhill. Unless something major changes for the better that brings an end to what I call, the reverse snowball, that has been affecting Dead by Daylight. It'll end up being a game equal to an Atari, people play it but only for nostalgia.

  • @ad19970 said:

I feel like this would destroy survivors. The game is balanced around survivors having a third person view. Many mindgames would not be possible if survivors were in first person view.

On the contrary. Killers are able to mind game in first person, they could make it so when you worked on a generator your POV switched to third person, and while running you could still look behind you just like in real life. Your view could still be altered so you're not just stuck in a front view the entire time. This would still make the game playable and loops mindgameable.

  • It's a major bug on console. I'm on PS4 and a lot of my friends are disconnected trying to join me. Or they stay in the lobby when we get connected to the killer and everyone else. I eventually gave up trying.

  • Can everyone stop being a snowflake and just play the game. People will play the game how they want to and nothing we say will change that, unless Bhvr decides to change something to address it. Like honestly. All I see on these forums are people complaining about something.

  • I slug usually when it's last two so the last can't escape via hatch so I get guaranteed 4k. It's an acceptable strategy. As much as looping a jungle gym or T wall is.

I typically try to back the killer up if I'm still around. I know how much it sucks to get the 4 v 1 aspect in the endgame chat, especially when you dont deserve it.

Note the ones being toxic are the ones she killed. Lawl

  • There's 5 gens to complete, seven in total. Keep the killer distracted and get rid of the middle map gens first and don't do all of the gens in one side of the map, can't get three genned that way, it's really not that difficult. Even if you did get three genned you can still easily distract them and get it done. Happened to me as killer multiple times when I three genned them and one kept me occupied

  • I honestly believe if they just made ruin give a gen speed reduction based on how many people work on the gen at the same time .One player, no reduction, two players, 10% reduction, three, 20%, etc. Also remove the Hex part or fix totem spawns. To counter this new ruin. Bring prove thyself. One player on said gen with Prove Thyself negates the ruin. Two players with the perk negates the perk and then adds the 10% for each survivor. This will slow the game down as multiple people won't be rushing one gen, spreading the survivors and making the trial slower as Monto has wisely said, just a little bit.
