exactly, totally unfair addons... thats why most huntress dont even use them. iri hatchet needs to go. but also have hard feelings with exhaustion addons especially the 90 secs one, that one is kind of stupid aswell.
If a exhaustion timer is over 60 seconds it should run out while your running.
-
If you asked me last year it would've been Michael, but now its Pig or Leatherface.
-
No its a bad perk. Its not underrated, its simply bad.
-
Idk I'll just call them by Charlotte and Victor. This whole nickname thing for killers and survivors is kinda cringe to me.
-
No.
-
Just DC, its only a 5 minute penalty.

Waking up is counterplay because he lose his power if you are awake, if that is not beneficial I don't know what is, and he becomes basic M1 killer.
Yeah but the clock that wakes you up is farthest from you, which means you'll be running across the map to wake yourself up when you could've been going for a save or doing gens. Its a lose lose situation.

Go play killer, get to r1 without ever camping or tunneling. I dare you. Show us how God like you are
Its not as bad as people make it seem. Your just not that good.

I would simply prefer a "Special Que" for people who have a tendency to disconnect. Such Players would get routed there whenever they disconnect too often, and would only come back out of said Que after they play a minimum number of games where they do NOT disconnect. This Que, which may have long waits (or not depending) would be made up entirely of Survivors and Killers who... you guessed it.... DC all the time. I think a just solution is for such people to be stuck playing against the SAME kind of people.
This method is a type of punishment, and it offers a path to redemption too. You aren't banned but you sure as heck aren't going to be in the fast line, and chances are you will get the same treatment you inflicted on others. Learn to play the game to the end, get back in with the rest of us. Keep it up, stick with your own ilk.
Yeah no. Cause that would clog up all the other normal ques of people who want to get in matches. The DC penalty should simply not exist

Ever hear of bamboozle bubba/billy. Any killer really can get a free hit with this easy perk.
I mean, if your at a L and T wall they most likely can.
-
16 seconds for bamboozle is actually a pretty short amount of time, it needs a buff if anything.
-
Honestly the situation you're in as a killer determines whether you should tunnel or not.

Most people DC because this game is just ass and they go down for unfair reasons. I've been shot through trees, walls, and pallets against Deathslinger because of the way his spear moves. Hatchets that hit the ground will still hit me. I'll vault a window and start running with Lithe, but still go down because Hillbilly on dedicated servers is ass.
One time a hatchet hit a pallet and hit me at the same time. You wouldn't believe how fast I DC'd.

if you load into a trial, you should be forced to play that trial until the trial completely ends.
Ehh, no.
-
Keep them out of the game. Even the devs cant handle them.

@Marigoria said:
Why are you comparing PH with Deathslinger?
I personally find it boring to go against PH but love to go against Deathslinger.
Cause they both work similarly in chase. Except Deathslinger does it more efficiently.

Spirit will be killable in this to balance it out.
Oh, in that case Billy will easily win.
-
People will hate on hag 24/7 then play Spirit.
-
Did people forget that Spirit is literally immortal? She would definitely win against Billy.
-
Honestly the rifts aren't worth getting.

Sorry to hear about that, but here is some harsh advice for you that you need to hear... grow some thicker skin. It's the internet, so don't get too bent out of shape over some person's comment when they have no idea who you are and won't think for more than a split second about what they've said after they've said it....
Is this a millenial thing? (I am a millenial btw, but everyone seems to get offended by everything nowadays.. the gen-z/soccer moms would not have been able to handle old-school cod lobbies or UT2004 when people could spam you with a lot worse).
Yeah, that doesn't justify what was said though.
-
I got a LF that facecamped someone, and a trapper that camped someone to death back to back.
-
Waiting for the unhook animation to finish, then downing the hooked survivor.
-
I mean, as long as its not blatantly offensive I'm fine with it.
-
At this point who cares?

Probably unpopular opinion, but I feel like the reason a lot of bad survivors reach high rank is because they rely too much on the amount of crutches and second chances perks provide them.
When you have an arsenal of second chances at your disposal, you don't need to be good to pip in this game.
I always encouraged people who want to get better a survivor to take off perks in general. It will help you learn to loop better without relying on deadhard or an exhaustion perk to bail you out, you will learn to use your eyes and ears without spine chill outright just telling you something is coming, you will learn to safely save people from hooks efficiently instead of just farming survivors because "BT", etc.
Many, many, MANY survivors do not know how to do any of the above. They just rely on perks to do the work for them. The amount of survivors I've been able to sneak up onto survivors on killer by just walking to their location backwards to avoid spine chill is kinda depressing sometimes.
Oh your opinion is very popular, and very true.

I did, both in-game after the match and via messages on PS4. No idea if anything happened since I'm guessing on the PS4 side, he just got a slap on the wrist and a 24 hour ban.
What a moron that guy is.
-
I just tunnel them. I'm not wasting 5 minutes to look for one survivor.
-
This game does have a toxic playerbase, but compare to games like COD this is nothing.

I honestly don't think we should trust his opinion, since he's really biased in "110 killers" discussions.
Hes been playing the game since the beginning. He has more knowledge on this game than the devs, do.

You can bring keys as well as bring moris. There's no dodging either of them. And idk where you get the statistic of more moris than keys. I literally see keys every other game. If anything the chance of a key in the game is more than moris. 4 survivors, 4x more chance of a key. And on top of that there's chests.
Let's not forget that you now can bring offerings that literally tells you where the hatch spawns which means the chance that you use a key is significantly improved.
You can always close app while your in the loading screen.
-
Someone harassed me for a month because and spammed me with messages including the n word because I didn't want to farm.
-
Talking ######### about players is how some streamers keep their streams lively and interesting.
-
The only way you can balance SWF is balancing the game around it. If you remove SWF you'll remove most of the playerbase.
-
I mean, getting tier 3 with tombstone takes a lot of time and stalk. If you're sure you're not the one letting him stalk, your teammates are the issue, not the killer.

1) It’s not instant.
2) It would kill him at loops.
3) Huntress has a completely different power. Hers is fully ranged and she can freely aim. PH has limited range and limited turning. Comparing them is pointless, it would be like me saying “Huntress can quickly combo an M2 into an M1, why can’t Pyramid?” Different powers.
4) Pig again different power. Hers takes away her terror radius. Thats how stealth killers were back then, they got to sneak up on survivors but had a pause so survivors had a chance to react. Then they made Ghostface....
5) Demogorgan is trash so that kind of proves the point.
It is somewhat instant. Compared to Huntress, theres basically no cooldown between cancelling his power.
-
The issue with PH is him being able to instantly M1 after canceling his power. Killers like Huntress, Demogorgon, and Pig don't have that, so why should he?
-
He's burnt out and I don't blame him. DBD hasn't been pretty fun lately.
-
You lost me when you said this game was competitive.
-
Its a terrible community. But its not the worst.
-
Honestly there is far to many variables, and bugs in for there to be tournaments.

imagine not doing optimal strategies in a competitive tournament for money. you'd have to be a special kind of braindead to not camp/tunnel in tourney
I mean, unless the survivors are competent. You'll probably lose from tunneling and camping.

When $15,000 is on the line, you’re going to want to do whatever it takes to get that money.
Ok thats different. I had no idea such a large sum of money was on the line.

Few survivors were good. Most of them boosted.
Killers with horrible builds.
Noed spirits and hags camping and tunneling every hook.
Dirty plays, definitely not high level. Not even close.
Only Otz and Ayrun played well.
Who the hell camps and tunnels in tournaments?

Each map has a minimum number of pallets. If the builder algo is done making the map and there aren't at least that many pallets, it goes back and fills some more in. When this happens, it can make these double-pallet situations.
Do you guys know how often that phenomenon happens?
