Shattered Hope should have been basekit since the introduction of boons.
Also I think Jolt would be a good, fair basekit bit of gen regression.

Thank God nobody complains about MFT. Or toolboxes. Or Resilience. Or SWF. Or Pallets. Or WoO. Otherwise this statement would be would a load of crap.
I just checked your history and you're a professional victim, so I guess have fun feeling sorry for yourself.

According to this community, it’s very toxic for killers to try to win, to use strong perks, to use strong addons, to use strong killers, to play strategically, to exploit survivors’ mistakes, or to do anything except meme around mindlessly. Killers must play in a single, narrowly-defined way that allows survivors to win 100% of the time.
-
I’m sure that when BHVR guts blight’s addons, survivors will definitely be satisified and not continue to call for further and further nerfs. Oh weird, something just reminded me of nurse and spirit for some reason.
-
Survivors whined that xeno was boring unfun no counterplay, so BHVR nerfed it immediately.
-
"We just want you to get rid of 5 blinks! And no cooldown on the blink! And blink distance addons! And blink recharge addons! And blinks being basic attacks! And and and and and and and and..."

Counterplay SHOULD be guaranteed. What type of comment even is this?
No it shouldn't. It should be earned through gameplay, not guaranteed because BHVR gave survivors an "I Win" button for every situation.
-
Nurse is fine.
-
Survivors want killers they can beat 100% of the time. Guaranteed counterplay to every power, guaranteed escapes from every chase.
-
Very unfair for survivors not to get a free unhook if killer remains within 100 kilometers of the hook, BHVR please fix!!!
-
There should definitely be min and max caps on any kind of progression/regression for gens, healing, killer power recharge, whatever. Problems like, for example, when the PTB Circle of Healing could stack and give faster healing than the killer could attack or the old infinite legion mending exploit could automatically be handled without needing specific exclusions.
-
Very unfair for killers to be able to continue to play the game after hooking someone instead of going afk for 20 minutes to allow survivors to win
-
I love using killers where their power is largely a dice roll that favors survivors.
-
Why do survivors have to work on generators, it’s so boring and unfair, when do they get basekit automatic gen repair?
-
As long as we’re having the game play itself for survivors, maybe BHVR can save themselves some time by giving them 300 perk slots apiece so they don’t have to bother making so many of them basekit.
-
Survivor fun is massively prioritized 100% or the time, and killer fun rarely is. BHVR largely doesn’t care if killers aren’t having fun.

Sounds like camper is mad, stop camping and play the game correctly and you won't have anything to worry about
no u
-
Just more proof that killers are not allowed to play in any way not preapproved by survivor mains, and BHVR will enforce that.
-
BHVR loves to hold survivors’ hands, so yeah I expect we’ll see something beyond the multiple anti-tunneling features and perks that already exist. Basekit DS? Automatically healed when unhooked? 200% movement speed? All very possible!
-
When people say “killers should play fair” 99% of the time they just mean “killers should let survivors win.”
-
Hopefully they reduce the size by at least 50% and the pallet count by the same.

good, as it should.
“Why do I only face Wesker and Blight, why doesn’t anyone play other killers :( :( :(“
-
“Just meme around, don’t try to win” ah yes, the hallmark of any good and well-designed game
-
Because the purpose of playing a game is to win.
”Whoa, you captured my queen with your rook, why so sweaty?”
”Oh you’re just a sweatlord for using your level 3 super to KO me in SF6”
”Can you believe the Denver Broncos are playing so sweaty and went for a field goal?”
-
The entire, “I don’t agree with this politicians anti-LGBT stance, but I support them on other things,” is disingenuous. You still end up supporting anti-LGBT stances; it’s not like when you vote you say, “I vote for Candidate A on these things, but Candidate B on these others.”
He may not “support” their anti-LGBT policies, but he’s still willing to sacrifice LGBT people to them in order to get the “good” policies he wants. And sorry, but if someone tells me my human rights are not as important as their tax bill or whatever, I’m going to think that person sucks.
-
Lots of survivors absolutely think any individual survivor should be as strong as the killer, which is absurd on its face.
-
There are infinites in a lot of maps, to be fair.
-
It’s balanced exactly how they want, massively survivor-sided and unfun for killers.
-
Tombstone is pretty busted, though I love it as a Halloween fan. It’d be fair to rework it but I’d be sad to see it go completely. Even if I’m the one getting tombstoned most of the time.
-
Very unfair for killers to have anything strong or good
-
Just curious, what’s your CPU/GPU? I never got these when I was running Intel/Nvidia, but after switching to AMD/AMD, I get disconnected like this at least once a day.
-
Massively reduce map sizes and pallet counts.
-
Once a killer gets bloodlust 1, they keep it until any survivor enters the dying state by any means. Hits, pallet breaks, lost chase, or anything else does not remove bloodlust 1. Higher tiers of bloodlust can be lost in the normal ways, but will revert to bloodlust 1 instead or removing it completely.
-
But if every map doesn’t have two dozen god pallets, how will survivors run killers for 5 gens while teabagging the whole time?
-
I have pretty serious doubts that the “different” MMR ratings for each killer make any more than negligible differences in matchmaking.
-
If all four survivors are slugged, that just tells me they played extremely poorly and demanding basekit remedies is just asking for the game to hold their hand more than it already does (which is a lot).
-
Pretty silly that being injured is such a non-issue that it’s often the best play (for things like resilience, mft, going against legion, etc). When you have 20+ safe pallets and a handful of god windows on most maps, there’s very little risk to it.
-
No, I think MfT is fine. Maybe it shouldn’t stack with Hope, but I’m not necessarily sold on that even.
-
I do wonder if being able to pick yourself up after getting downed by the killer is intended or a bug. I’m fine with it, though.
-
BHD has good synergy with Hex: Has Eyes And Ears, but survivors think that’s even more unfair.
-
Counterpoint: it’s funny
-
I wonder if they’re doing some UI A/B testing. My screen looks like the right-hand one, but I’ve noticed Otz has the left hand one in his videos.
-
Sounds like a skill issue
-
I was whiffing a lot but chalked it up to still not being used to Made for This and just being rusty from not having played much killer lately.
-
Oh no the consequences of my own actions!
-
Given their awful solutions for slugging and camping, it’ll probably be something terrible like “a generator completes itself.”
-
Slugging for the 4K is boring af, there’s basically no reason to do it outside of challenges or adepts. I just hook the third, and if I get the 4th afterward that’s just a bonus.

I think we can nerf his Infection by pausing it after being unhooked until that Survivor does a Conspicuous Action or uses an Item. I haven't seen anyone have an issue with this yet.
Other than that, I believe he's completely fine.
I think this would be a good change. I personally rarely ever see anyone get to full infection and have it actually matter before they spray it away, playing both as and against Wesker. This would probably feel better for survivors and realistically not affect Wesker’s strength too much.
-
Because BHVR is very bad at gameplay design and balance.

I figured asking for proof of a real infinite in 2023 wasn't a big deal.
You made the claim, the burden of proof is on you.
I don’t particularly enjoy people curtly demanding things of me.
