There are a lot of absurd and avoidable survivor deaths due being overaltruistic or to a lesser extent looking for the hatch with the gates open. The more higher the rank is more overaltruistic the people is.
And don't forget cocky. Most won't leave when the gates open and some of them die. It happens during a game also, they either die early trying to bully the killer or dc.

Walk backwards towards the exit, that's what I do. Deny them the pleasure of seeing them. Or I fake being afk if I'm playing Myers, tap away from tier 3.

It's not more simple than turning the console on and playing and never having any problems nor requirements to do anything else and not having to make something working properly.

I play on console because I always preffered it over pc. Not because I think it's better but more simple.

I don't lobby dodge but I disagree with you. For me survivor is easier. I am rank 1 both. Sure I get 4k with non swf or altruistic swf sometimes but when people know what they are doing you either need to play top tier killers to have some chance or get bullied playing lower tier ones. If game forces you to do that it can't be balanced.
And playing killer is much stressful. When I play survivor I am more chill and I can even mess around. There is a reason not enough people play killer, that speaks for itself. And I forgot to mention how many times you get 3 or 4k only because survivors refuse to leave or get cocky. You only win because they mess around. They can mess around because survivor is easier. You are not even a threat as a killer. That's what this game is.

When I was playing survivor mainly I made a same thread like you. I was frustrated not being able to play the game at all. I understand that some killers cherry pick easier games but most of them dodge because of the items that break the game completely or swf. When the dedicated servers come you will wait even longer for a game as survivor. Until they decide to balance the game properly things are only getting worse.

If you had been there and done that (reached rank 1 with both roles at least) you wouldn't say funny things like that. Survivor is easy, Killing is harder.

Play both roles before forming an opinion, that will help you see things you are not seeing currently. We have all been there.

When I really like something I buy it, like head chase because I wanted a head for Nea and I don't regret it because it was my decision. If you are in no position to buy cosmetics then don't, get something free.
