Myers for me. Because when he pops his tier 3 you know he has eyes on someone, and if its a competent Myers who knows the importance of timing when popping tier 3, then someone is going down, maybe even two people if its a Myers who knows how to snowball. Then of course there is scratched mirror. Those glorious jump scares.
When Oni fires up his power it can be simply because he collected blood lying around, and you can just hide til his power runs out. Its usually my potato team mates who sit on gens when he is raging around the map checking the gens that end up going down.
-
Legion. I can't remember the last time I died to a Legion that didn't need to camp, tunnel, or one hook mori in order to win.
Wraith. His power literally does nothing to help him down a survivor. He can turn invisible, but we can still see him. He has to uncloak before he can hit you, and by then you've already taken off running.
Ghostface. I just need to look at him to rob him of his power (when the reveal mechanic actually works as it should).
-
No I don't agree. I play him daily in red ranks and find him very satisfying to play. Usually 3-4k with him most of my matches.
Unlike some players I don't find his tier 1 a hindrance. For me its always easy to find survivors and tier 2 quickly. After that its all about 99'ing my tier 3 and choosing my moment to pop it and snowball with it.
Mikey doesn't need a rework. Some of his add ons could do with a quality of life change though.

In my opinion Myers in D-tier is so unjustified. He at least deserves a high C-tier if not B tier. I don't know why people rate him so low because of tier 1. Unless you're facing the most immersed survivors in the world (which means they're not doing gens), its easy to get to tier 2. I play him daily in red ranks and never struggle to get to tier 2 quickly. I've never seen any player who streams this game and plays him struggle to either. So it always boggles my mind why some people mark him down because of it. Its never been a hindrance for me.
He has massive snowball potential, many versatile builds and play styles you can do with him, and I think he is infinitely stronger than the likes of Legion, Trapper, Wraith, Clown, Pig etc. I see some people say he can be looped into oblivion. So can 90% of the killers in the game. A mistake I've seen some Myers players make is pop tier 3 when a survivor is clearly going to make it to a safe loop spot. Its about timing. Don't pop it unless you're sure you can get the down. Even then I've utilized tier 3 vault speed and lunge to end chases much quicker than they need to be.
Mikey is without a doubt the most underrated killer, at least on these forums. Outside the forums people seem to have a stronger opinion of him, and his stats for being picked by the Dbd player base is a lot higher than several killers in both red ranks and across all ranks, including the other (and in my opinion inferior) stalky boi Ghostface.
I know people here don't put much stock into the kill rate stats the devs released. But one thing I noticed is the consistency in the stats they released on certain killers in the last two years. For two years straight a lot of the killers maintained their killed rate, and for two years running Mikey was in the top half of performing killers in both red ranks and all ranks. Personally I take that consistency as him being much better than some people here credit him for. I know people will say that can include mori's, hook suicides etc. Yeah it can. But I don't believe for a second that for two consecutive years certain killers have maintained a high kill rate because of mori's and hook suicides. Freddy's super high consistent kill rate is why they are planning on nerfing him.
I am looking forward to seeing the next batch of stats now the mori nerf is here. Personally I don't think it will have any significant change with some killers.

I can honestly say in my three and a half years playing this game I have never used an exhaustion perk, except when doing adepts, or if a specific tome challenge required it.
-
Legion matches are always tedious for me. Mending simulator is no fun.

Where's Myers haven't had a Myers game in months, it feels like or Ghostface, seen alot of Leatherfaces tho.I would also like to go against more Demo's.
Months really? I see Mikey at least a couple of times a week. Which is always welcome. On Christmas Eve I was playing with some friends and we got four Mikeys back to back. All different players, too. It was surreal.

Then post your own if you think yours is so perfect
I didn't say mine was perfect, in fact I didn't mention mine at all. I also said no offense meant and to each their own. I just said I can't fathom some of the rankings to the point that it hurts my brain to try and understand it e.g. rating the Doctor in the same tier as Freddy and above the likes of the Oni, Hag, Deathslinger. There's a difference between not agreeing with a list but understanding why some feel that way, and just not being able to get any comprehension on why the rankings are the way they are.
But if you took that as meaning my list would be perfection then cool. I love 2+2=5 assumptions.
-
I'd rather get some more for Mikey and Laurie than the Stranger Things lot. They already have quite a few. Ideally I'd like the skins from the 2018 Halloween movie. Older badass Laurie and Mikey's aged gritty mask;
-
The lists in this thread hurt my brain to look at! No offense to anyone. I just cannot fathom some of the rankings. But to each their own.
-
It warms my heart to see so many people with a soft spot for the Dweets π
-
Right now I find the Twins far more notorious for camping than Bubba.
-
Iri heads most definitely need to be changed. Most broken killer add on in the game.
-
I use corrupt all the time on my Mikey. Infectious is lethal on him too.
-
Dweets. I usually give a Dweet hatch if I get one in my lobby.
-
Definitely Myers. I know how to snowball a match with a tier 3.
-
I highly disagree with so many of your placements. But different strokes.....

Hag is also mentioned to be dried up which should greatly reduce the smell.
With pig though, the pig head is real (and not so fresh) meat though isn't it? Unless the head is fresh and stays fresh in the entity's realm, it most certainly smells terrible
Dried or wet, rotted flesh would smell worse than the Clown's B.O. any day.
Is the Pig head real meat? I've no idea. I don't watch the Saw movies. I always assumed it was just a mask because it has black hair on it.

I just realized there are two of you, probably more now that I think about it
The more Dweets the better. But don't forget I am the original π

Imagine not knowing about the most fun killer build to face.
-
Glad to see Dweet getting his due respect.

Hag would probably have a rather muddy smell, which is likely quite pleasant compared to the absolute stink of the clown or pig
Hag was devoured by cannibals. That's rotted flesh all over her. I can't imagine that smells pleasant. I'm not saying the Clown smells like a bouquet of roses, but compared to the Hag he would.
Why do you think the Pig would stink? Is Amanda Young known to smell bad in the Saw movies?
-
I imagine the Plague and the Hag stink to high heaven.
In terms of survivor I would say Nea. She doesn't look like she is too friendly with a shower.
-
DS
Huntress
Freddy
Ruin/undying
Potato/useless team mates
-
Least sympathetic is Mikey. Drained of any kind of emotions. A blank slate of pure evil since he was 6 years old.
Most sympathetic I think is the Hag. Just an innocent girl held captive for weeks and slowly eaten by cannibals, then left to rot while chained to a wall.

Yeah, you can see that in the leatherfaces that mess up their almost guaranteed free kill with face camping and then rage quit the match.
It tends to pretty much just be like:
You are a beautiful heroic Dwelf.
-
Personally I am ok with dying for the team if it means the rest of them escape. If the killer only walks away with a 1k and spent most of the match staring at a hook, then that's a win in my book.
-
You can't go wrong with the Dweet.
-
Happy New Year, everyone ππ
-
I'll take a Feng over a Nea, Claudette or a Steve in my killer lobbies. They are usually the worst in my experience.
-
They're not very strong, but they are notorious for slugging with Victor. Camping the hook using Victor to attack the rescuer preventing them from doing the unhook, and then Charlotte comes to life and downs them.
That's the two main tactics that I've seen in my games that make them a pretty miserable experience to face. They also present an extreme disadvantage at the end game if you are the last survivor and hatch is closed. Charlotte can be positioned at one exit gate panel preventing you from touching it, while Victor guards the other. Pretty much guaranteeing you are going to die no matter how far apart the gates are.
-
From my experience its Freddy and Legion. Freddy's I face often run Tinkerer and any time you come close to getting a gen done he's teleported over. Of course they'll have their rope and chains add ons.
Legion is just a constant mending tedium with their Thanataphobia.
-
Just one on each side. My two mains; Dweet and Mikey.
-
Object or dead hard for survivor. Object is just a horrible perk, and its especially unfair on certain killers like stealth killers, Trapper, Hag etc. Dead hard because its just a chase extender. Most killers will bait it out, but often its used to make it to a pallet or a window. Its just such a crutch for chase, IMO.
Noed for killer. I know it can be countered by simply cleansing totems. That's not my issue. I feel like it just rewards failure.
-
I am 100% with you on the useless team mates part. That's life in solo queue though. If anyone wonders why people like to swf, just spend an hour in solo queue. Its hell on earth.
But when it comes to killers, I usually always get a decent variety. Of course I see my share of Spirits, Freddys, Deathslingers. But I also see a healthy rotation of Myers, Trapper, Huntress, Oni, Pig, Doc, Bubba etc.
-
Myers: Corrupt, Pop, Play with your food, and BBQ.
Corrupt is generally a great perk for any killer, but its especially good for killers like Mikey who need the early game to get their power going. Pop to send gens back to the stone age. BBQ for information and the blood points. Play with your food because its so good on Mikey. That speed boost combined with having tier 3 ready to pop makes him extremely dangerous. I have snowballed so many matches thanks to having two to three stacks of pwyf.
-
You simply hope you are making lucky guesses in chase. That's about it really.
-
You don't even have Myers on there, and he's my favorite to face. Especially jump scare Mikey.
I mostly agree with your list. I'd put Freddy into makes me want to uninstall. Freddy is a chore to face for me. I'd put Pig into the usually an unfun round as most Pigs I get proxy camp and tunnel the person with a trap on their head.
-
I like Jeff, even though he is loud. His perks are decent, too.
But my heart belongs to Dweet.
-
All the people saying Deathslinger.......I envy you.
-
McMillan and Ormond. I think they did a good job with them both visually and layout wise.
-
Personally no, I main Mikey, and he's one of the more well liked killers in my experience. But as a Hag main do you get a lot of dc's? @WishIcouldmain
-
Plague, Hag, Demo, Blight, and the Twins.
-
Snowballing with a single tier 3 as Mikey by getting at least two downs.
Seeing toxic players get punished on either side (killed as survivor/get none or minimum kills as killer).
Saving fellow Dweets from death.
Pulling off great jump scares with spooky Mikey, especially grabs off gens, totems etc.
-
My Bond showing me my team mates are wandering around doing nothing when I am being chased by the killer.
Entering a match and seeing the sleep timer on the survivors names.
Entering a lobby and seeing a Meg in there.
Survivors abusing DS to get gens done in your face as killer or hook saves.
-
Its on all the Coldwind maps. I just had one on Torment Creek.

Nope,it just saves you 6 seconds if you repair with someone else (from 46 seconds down to 40).
It's bad
You say that like 6 seconds can't be game changing in a match.

According to these stats, Freddy has the highest kill rate in all ranks and in red ranks.
Always warms my heart to see my boy Mikey holding his own so well every time they release these stats.
-
Bond and Borrowed Time. Essentials for me.
On killer it would be Corrupt since I main Mikey and need that early game to get to tier 2 fast.
-
Welcome to solo queue. Its hell on earth.
