I just give Bubba the hook. I go find him after my unhook. The only way to get him is paying real life cash so I want players to feel massively P2W, like they just made a good investment.
I cut my throat on the hook vs everyone else, especially wrath & doctor. Neither of them are fun to play against or as.

Fortnite EVENTUALLY got crossprogression with everything.
And if your not aware. Sony is currently saying YES WE WANT CROSS PLAY with everyone.
Which just seems sad IMHO because we all know they only got that stance after Starfield or w/e became Microsoft exclusive.
But prior? No reason to do it because why lose the sale of a ps5?
Bethesda becoming a Microsoft thing was the best thing to happen lol.

The last few games I did, I was just screwing around. Trying to have fun you know, flash bang the baddie or maybe POP stun out of a locker. Turns out the games where I'm purposely trying to have fun. Are the games where my team wins,
I could honestly care less what the other players think about my playstyle because at the end of the day, I had fun.
My clothes aren't drenched, & I don't stink.
It's a game about having fun & I'm sorry you feel like everyone should play 1 set way.
If you only feel like you have fun when you play with like minded players. Then you should start a SWF.
Otherwise the reality of real life is NEVER expect anything from anyone, you'll only be let down.

I'm curious because it seems that BHVR keeps adding more and more cosmetics but I have only bought 1 and have gotten 1 battle pass in the past.
Besides only buying puking women but later buying her pack with IRL cash + owning all the killer/survivor DLC besides stranger things because they don't belong.
The only time I spent money was the last rift. Gave me something nice for megan.
The offerings for kate look bland this rift.
I then took that auric cell I got back & bought kate that black skirt & my doctor the baseball bat.
Now obviously the item has to look super cool or sexy without going full sloot

Now that being said if it's a 3rd person game like fortnut then yes I feel more inclined to purchase a cosmetic. Fortnite actually gives you your money's worth when you buy the BP with NO threat of
'these items will appear later in the shop'
They definitely use that base model for different things but I rest easy knowing they'll never have my outfit after the season changes.

But way better than before. I’m hoping to get a PS5 soon mainly for DBD but also for the upcoming releases.
Besides 60fps just sticking an SSD in your ps4 would literally booste your performance.

Instantly grab people trying to be altruistic.
At the end of the day you know you did something right when someone gets upset because your not playing by his/her imaginary rule book.

Nothing makes me more happy knowing my unique playstyle made some kid on the internet cry.

As a Legion main here's my 2 cents,
Grabbing players out of locker because you seen heartbeats are so worth it.
I personally don't mind the 4 second stuns,
He/she/they are my favorite killer.
My second favorite is mr.deathslinger
Both use the same perks, (in my setup obviously)
Both are so fun to play. (IMHO)
I can't stand (lol) ping pong, that guys at a cruel disadvantage.

First off, I started playing since March 2020. I saw Bill's trailer on YouTube and I love L4D2. I also bought Dying Light for the same reason, the idea of a crossover game with many franchises sounded super cool. First times I was scared, it felt like a legit horror game. I also tried killer once but at my first game I faced with absolutely toxic survivors. I was playing huntress in haddonfield, one match that i could never forget. Eventually I learned few things and it started to not feel scary anymore. it felt like a frustrating competitive game. But is it even a competitive game when RNG is over the top? Just because of the high rng i think the skill matters to only some extent.
- Latency is very frustrating. My hatches won't hit, my dead hard's won't work and i get exhausted on ground. i can't have fun with a badly programmed game. Now I don't know whether if i should blame dedicated servers or the community for asking for dedicated servers for this, but it is my biggest problem with this game.
- They fix ONE bug, which brings at least FOUR more bugs. Sometimes I just think they're making up bugs just to tell they're bugfixing all the time. One thing I liked was Spirit's sounds during phase. I considered that as a shadow nerf but they fixed it. Can't even have good things accidentally.
- Very few content. I can't explain how many times i went back to survivor tutorial just to get my running vault work properly. This game needs a practice mode where you can set scenarios, practice with the situations, and map exploring (especially for The Game). My friends do not play this game so I can't use Custom Game. I'm only limited with ranked matches and i keep going against red rank swfs when i'm just a green rank killer.
- Complaining about toxicity doesn't but it's still a problem for me. Being an *sshole and mocking the opponent is something i don't comprehend. (t-bags, hook smacks, facecamping (which is a ######### strategy IMO), etc.) it's not f*cking funny c'mon.
- Meta never changes. I really don't like second chance perks even if they're powerful. Map awareness and detection was always more important to me since I'm a solo Q, but the odds of using underrated perks are so low. IMO the meta BT, DS, DH and Adrenaline/Unbreakable is very clutch and boring. OoO is broken in certain maps. (Can't we ever have a MoM buff?)
I think this game has a great potential but currently it's in wrong hands. I'm not sure if it will be better with different coders but I really can't enjoy this game anymore. If you could relate to some of my problems then I'm happy. Thank you for reading my topic and i wish you good games.
I downloaded the game a while back before tomes were a thing. Came back for season 4.
About toxic players,
Bullied people bully people.
If someone acts up & starts being toxic there's only 1 thing happening that I've noticed in 90% of toxic people.
They only act up when they know someone else is watching. Playing with a friend in the room. On vent with friends ect.
Otherwise they are quite because they have no one to try impress,
NOW as for if another company came to take over DBD, nope you wouldn't like that. The new company would know LESS about coding then Current devs.
Unless it was EA...
AS FOR THE META
Those players aren't using them because they want to, its because they HAVE too, they google stupid stuff like (DBD best perks)
There's only 2 mandatory perks in the game ATM. Bbq&c & we're going to live forever,
Both give you up to 100% BP post game.
Your truly an amazing player if you don't play with handicaps
(Term for giving yourself a boost)

Hi, I only read 4 comments down before posting mine. But as a developer for another company I can tell you right now,
Upgrades will NEVER mean JACK if the developer doesn't personally update that aspect.
Its childish to think ps4 bugs or exploits are magically going to be fixed just because you upgrade your hardware. When realistically it all boils down to DBD developer to....learn 2 code.
TLDR: blame the developer for issues not sony.

Any other time I could probably accept that. But something has been way off for the past few days. Too many killers are having extreme luck. This spirit didn’t randomly search around before coincidentally coming across me. She went straight to that area.
If there had not been such a concerning amount of matches that don’t make sense, i’d put this down to my bad luck. But something is definitely off. Something new is being used by killers to cheat the game.

What does a hacker look like in DBD?
I seen a video where everyone has a colored box around them so you know exactly where they are.
Some killer tried calling me a hacker because I bought someone up instantly with....

It does exist but like most hacks, you'll never see it because everything is client side. But now you know what happened if someone just happens to be b lining straight for you.

48 hours is nothing. I got 4 years for yelling
'Your mama's fat ass' during a GM event in grand fantasia.
I got a week for ninja looting a bunny in dark moon fair world of warcraft.
I've also gotten 48 H for using the n word in world of warcraft.
To my surprise grand fantasia was still online 4 years later. Haven't played since 2016.
Game sucks, it pulls all the tool tip info from the servers in Germany so you lag everytime you scroll over anything that pulls a tool tip.
DC on purpose is toxic and gimps the match.
Play stupid games win stupid prizes.
I've definitely deserved my suspension in other games for acting super childish so own up!.

It all depends on what they have on teir 1 premium.
CodMW had that chick on T1 so buying that BP was a must.
Fortnite season 11 had journey (cute)
Fortnite season 12 had maya
(create a soldier)
Season 13 had ocean
(Build a umbrella)
Season 14 (Current) has nothing because I'm to old for marvel.
(Don't own S14 pass)
But let me ask the real question.
Do your favorite skins REALLY come from the BP? Or from the shop.
Because in DBD my favorite skins all came from the shop. In fortnite I use shop or pack characters.
(Currently using summer Fable & beach bomber)
In DBD I dress myself with shop items because I don't play megan or wrath.
In call of duty MW I use a shop item as character (cat ear pack)
The only game where I use something I got out of the BP is RDO
(BP1 cowgirl outfit from T1)
So it honestly depends on if I like what I see

Y'all already know world of warcraft will keep you out of a dungeon or raid for 15 minutes if you leave before killing a boss.
Trove will make you miss a fight if your slow to the boss room (lol)
In sea of thiefs you lose EVERYTHING if you quit to welfare warriors.
SOT has everything backwards. Private servers dont let you progress. You can't be a pirate in a pirate simulator game.

I don't know your style of play, I don't know anything about you, but if you haven't done anything toxic.. they're the problem, not you. I'm on console so I can't read the chat, but on Xbox (without the cross platform) when you win it's a maximum of reports on your profile... You're lucky that it's only words, so leave the game when is over and don't look the chat.

Just like any other game with a battle pass.
I participated in MW. season 1 & 2 but not so much 3 & deleted the game by 4 5 6.
I played the heck out of fortnite season 11, 12, 13, but 14 is marvel & I'm not a child because superheroes are for children.
PUBG meh mediocre game, only played for the bikini BP.
Red dead online is on outlaw pass 3 & I've capped all 3 so far.
This is my first time playing dead by daylight during an active battle pass.
I capped out at 70 during level 2
(Yes I capped out super early)
I redownload the game after I heard about cross play.
I downloaded it as a joke. I have since gone on to purchase

As a killer my queue times are 15-30mins with CP enabled and most lobbies are 4 person SWF groups with meta builds making the game as unfun as possible but finding another game would take so long that you'll take it and then regret it.
There's just no fun left for me. I don't even know how to fix it since it's the other players that make the game so bad. I feel like the only way this game can be played these days is by being as toxic as possible and that's not how I want to play so I'll just leave.
I know this isn't exactly interesting I just wanted to vent a little before I go. Maybe I'll be back if some appropriate changes are made to SWF and solo players. Until then thank you and hope the rest of you can still find some good in this game.
I literally just purchased resident evil 3 today & resistance is it's own separate download. Same as DBD I though, only played 2 matches,
First match I got stomped. Second match 2 people left because everything was lagging.
( killer was a Brazilian)
But its pretty much the same as DBD but you can fight back

Teabagging will get you tunneled
If I didn't bring in my obsession perk & my game has an obsession
Your getting tunneled.
If your name has TTV or YT GTFO your getting tunneled.
We don't tunnel because we're losing
We tunnel because survivors unknowingly ask for it.
Welp the secrets out. & I'm not a main of one side.

I never expect to win vs doctor. Oni, hag, trapper, hillbilly, 'bubba', freddy or silent hill.
Bubba just feels like cheating only played for him 3 times.

Dragon's Grip: It's great on stealth Killers, also kinda counters Generator tapping.
Hex: Blood Favour: This perk is not good at all, if Survivors are smart they will just travel to another tile, also it's a Hex with a cooldown...
Hex: Undying: His best perk, with this your Hex perks can last the whole game! It's really good with Hex: Ruin.
