And that it won't be just badges.
It sounds like they are badges but they get more frames (idk what they mean by "frames") as you go up. Therefore, lower prestige should have a banner, just with less frames.

Not really, the blind and the stun end at the same time I believe. Or around about the same time.
I read somewhere that the only killer who can bypass Blast Mine's stun is demanifested sadako but I haven't tested it so I'm not 100% sure that's true.

Agitation best killer perk. Reduces downtime, sometimes gives free hits, counters sabotage plays, helps guarantee scourge hooks. What's not to like. Also my pick on the Killer side of things
For survivor, my pick has to go to Blast Mine. In the current state of the game, Killers kick gens quite regularly and making it take longer can actually buy a team so much time if it happens many times in a match. People underestimate how much wasting the Killers time for a couple extra seconds can really help.

I agree with Blast Mine, friend. The extra time it buys for the survivors can actually be quite helpful.
I always run Lightborn but of course I do still suffer the stun.
If a Killer is not using Lightborn, does it waste anymore time than if they were?
Does the blindness and stun wear off at different times or simultaneously?

Myers was my first because I bought the game on Switch and Freddy wasn't available for quite a while on that platform. As soon as Freddy released, I have played him and still some Myers. Those two are why I bought the game.

As a Freddy main, may I suggest a change to his Blue Dress add-on?
They literally change his power back to pre-rework with only one snare plus they cost 3250 bloodpoints.
If you could make it do literally anything else, it would be appreciated.

I predict that by 2027, my dear friend @GeneralV will be a P100 Wesker main and boil over Survivor main.
I personally hated Pinhead with a passion but he grew on me and now I actually play as him occasionally as well as bought all his cosmetics before they left.
I always owned Pinhead but never played him and hated going against him - and I mean with a passion!

The worst part of all this is the fact that most people, even most Pinhead players (as most are casuals who don't stumble upon these issues), won't really care about this, so these pleas are somewhat infrequent. I don't foresee any significant content creators covering these problems.

I don't think anything will ever be a definite poorly designed perk given the devs can completely change what they do.
For example, I had never used Knock Out until the recent rework as slugging is not usually something that I do.
However, it now might as well be a brand new perk now and I've used it a few times on Freddy to slow the survivors down more with his hindered add-ons.

I had a Nancy in my lobby a while ago and so I played as Johnathan. I saved her during endgame and died so she could get out as I love ❤️ her.
Shout out to me for being a good teammate. I even got a PS trophy for it, but her safety and survival was all the thanks that I needed.
