How successful are you with Demo in terms of wins? What was your best streak?
Can SWF give you a hard time? What is your experience?
-
Isn't Spirit instinctive just as Onryo?

Demo has his power right out the gate.
Nemo has to work for his power only for it to basically do what other Killers (including Demo) can do.
Only redeeming quality for Nemo is the zombies and even then they tend to be a bit subpar... but they are kinda funny.
Finding Nemo. :)
What add-ons and perks do you recommend?

I'm struggling with my killer, too. I'm at Iri rank II but I'm not sure I'll have the patience to reach rank I this month.
Also, when losing to a team (0K) with my Clown a rare phenomenon occurred. The survivors were toxic with the 4th individual for making mistakes and deliver me to them multiple times during the match. I highlighted the guy was the only one tea-bagging which was quite toxic. They agreed and said GG.
-
Nurse. I hate her so I don't want to learn her teleportation. And don't want any repeated crouches for missing any attacks either.
David. Recently, however, I have decided to pick him up. There is now a balance of survivors as I am having the same levels with them with only those standing out I like most.
-
I've been sitting at Iri IV for a week now this month and the best I got was 3 pips but lost them in 5 matches. I find it extremely difficult to get a pip and even when I feel like I did everything possible and managed to escape (with one or zero hooks) I am rarely rewarded with a pip.
-
BHVR delivered by including many of my favourite horror franchises. I only miss some more skins for Freddy (emphasis is on recognising Mr Englund).
-
Someone said goth?
Make it Richmond Avenal from the IT Crowd.
His perk would be making a pause and looking into the distance for 5 secs (and getting Endurance for it).
-
The only map I was totally agree with. No need to change imo.
-
Easiest answer is NOED.
You get hateful messages even when you didn't have the chance to use it as you wiped out the entire team before the 5th gen popped. I don't take its use well, either.
I get hatred for Lightborn. It's fun when I equip it even if there is only one survivor having the flashlight. They always ask: "What value did you have with it?!" And I reply: "All that I could. The rest of the team all took firecrackers to the match or simply found them in chests."
-
Which outfit is that? Looks pretty cool but it doesn't show much.
-
Because of his dash and hidey-ho the speed and TR are not issues here. I voted for the cooldown but are you just interested in the community's feedback or you think a buff is needed?

Perhaps you should drink more alcohol and restart the experiment for the sake of science.
Purely academically, you see.
I know I might.
Strictly in the Danish way by applying microdoses á la Another Round.

Eh You didn't really win some of those games from what you said you were given hatch a few times and i don't think Hatch escapes specifically are "wins". The Adepts are pretty outdated in my opinion. I mean they used to just be getting the survivor/killer perks unlocked for the original survivor/killers anyway.
True but it sort of offsets the cases when survivors gave up so for me in a way it is also a win.
A real experiment would probably start with 25-50 matches in mind.
In any case, thanks for reading.
-
Rocket launcher would be an insta-death instead of an insta-down...
-
"Prove Thyself" but with a higher percentage value that could stack given the number of survivors working on the same gen. Those with enough space for 3-4 people would fly in a matter of seconds.
Felix's Visionary but never turn it off and combine it with Deja Vu. So, you see all gens within 32 meters and the bonus repair speed always applies. Or "Built to Last" could be token based. You get 3 which means that's 3 times replenishing your toolbox (with 100% value).
-
Can you create a poll on this, please?
-
Just checked a video from Otz showcasing his power. This is a video from 2018.
The ability to individually pull everyone into the dreamworld and make them slower was very exciting.
Was it too OP because of the aura reading ability and that is why he got reworked?
-
Yes, buff his teleport and make sure everyone starts in dreamworld regardless of the add-ons. Plus, make the blood effect apply to all gens. That should also be basekit.
-
Hm not necessarily a bad idea but imo they can just mix themes as we go along.
-
I encountered a Blight using nothing (no add-ons, no perks) and wiped the floor with us without giving us the chance to do a single gen.
-
I don't see it that often - but almost every Plague I encounter uses it and it is in my Plague build, too.
I use perks that are good for gen regression or chases instead.
-
I'm not sure how PS5 works but if I failed to do the in-game report I would still be able to find the Steam link to the cheater not in anonym mode. Hopefully, they'll accept the video evidence and do what must be done.
-
You have to notice who you are playing against otherwise the entire team can perish.
Basement Trapper is the same as Camping Bubba. It might be boring for some but others find these tactics efficient as they can just use the same perks / add-ons again and again.
-
It requires skill as you need to ensure tapes cannot be used. Plus, the closer you teleport the more condemned value everybody receives. You still have to be on track with the survivors knowing what gen they may be doing so that you can efficiently teleport and start chases when needed.
-
I understand the number comparison between SM and Clown but they work slightly differently. With Clown you always have the TR. SM can be quite surprising during chases when suddenly she becomes undetectable. It gives a completely new idea of mindgaming and not everybody can cope with that.
I have more successes with the reworked SM. I think she can be more aggressive. Of course, you are probably right when saying at high MMRs she is inadequate.
-
What changes would you like to see and why?
-
Why was the grading system changed?
-
Funny how I replied and just now I saw a cheater entering quickly lockers but speeding away from the killer like the Flash.
He waited until all of us died and DC-ed (he had zero BP).
-
I picked the first option but it wasn't your question...
I do not prefer them because I'm not good at them but I can enjoy a long chase with some loops and pallets smashed in the killer's face.
-
That green thing looks like some sort of chemical waste.
Hey, the lines clearly told you where to run! :)
-
I had a match where the killer wanted us to do the reporting after they won.
In the chat they were complaining about Ripley quickly healing after hook. However, another survivor using Renato had Resurgence and Leader so we ditched the idea of reporting.
I'm still not about whether or not there is an influx but if you made a replay and double-checked it I'm not denying what happened in your case.
-
Predator and Terminator would follow the sci-fi theme they started last year. Which is fine but can be put on hold for a while. Joker would make DbD a bit silly I think.
Now, Jack Torrance I like! The hotel where Shining took place could be a new map with the maze outside part of it.
An axe would be mandatory for Jack, though (Huntress already has one). What would be his powers?
-
What is that supposed to be right there?
-
Can't we just rework Mettle of Man instead?
-
Some of them want to show off their looping skills or they are doing a challenge.
But as you said they can go down and I hate those in particular that get offended by this so they immediately do the sacrifice on hook.
One of the awful aspects of doing SoloQ.
-
"And I don't mean halfway decloaked and go, I mean right before the last bell ring he cancels and cloaks again."
This is an expert Wraith player. His nuances lie in the cloaking-decloaking mechanism and in the associated mindgame. Can be very annoying and I often lose against such a player in SoloQ but I think he is fine.
-
Dark fantasy fits horror. I'm thinking of the Pale Man from Pan's Labyrinth. He has a terrifying appearance. That would work.
-
Thank you and I wish you the very same.
-
For me it always alternates between the two. Probably because I try to use both sides regularly. Killer bonus usually kicks in the evening.

You really just wanna go into the match with the mind set of "OK I probably won't make it out but I'll do what I can. 9/10 you'll pip unless you're ruthlessly tunneled but I'm not finding many tunnel killers anymore. Maybe because I'll loop them for as long as I can but if you show even the slightest knowledge of loop skills a tunneling killer will not chase you for long.
"9/10..." Pretty far-fetched statement... this is next to impossible at Iri levels as you won't be winning 9 matches out of 10.

I'm doing an adept experiment (survivor) after I transitioned my acc from Epic to Steam. Will post the results in a separate thread.
-
When merging my Epic and Steam accounts and installing the game on Steam I needed to start the tutorial. Well, it is possible to skip it but I was wondering how it was back then when I completed it 2 years ago.
It is a very basic tutorial that explains the core concept but misses out on a lot of things. Either it needs to be longer or have additional sections about advance mechanics incorporated.
Plus, a separate section as glossary. And perhaps short videos explaining various situations including the meaning of (positive) gestures.
-
For me the funniest is always the animation of Dead Hard.
A survivor running towards me and suddenly leans ahead with their elbow.
And I'm like: "You alright, buddy?" When downing them I look at them for a few secs.
-
I rarely use it of all the exhaustion perks out there.
-
It may have been one year but - without a question - that Birkin skin is one of the best in the game.
-
Whilst I understand why you post this in my matches a camping Bubba is somewhat rare.
The anti-facecamping solution got rid of many of them. Those doing proxy camp often have other useful perks for chases.
-
You mean Élodie?
-
I didn't know some of these (vacuum) existed.
However, I didn't start playing the game back then so my gaming experience (and their associated complaints) are completely different.

My "Santa" Build.
1) Hoarder: You will not be taking from me
2) Franklin's Demise: No-one but me can have toys
3) Make Your Choice: How dare you take down my sack
4) Hex: No One Escapes Death: Merry Christmas bucko
Best with Santa Clown. If Hoarder goes off drop your current chase and hunt the rat that stole the toys.
This is more of a Krampus build but I like it, nonetheless. 😁
