They haven't changed from PTB (for some reason) so they still are weak and gimmicky. Trevor is a waste of money if you only care about his perks.

As a chucky main
Hmm.

By looking up as far as possible and flicking at the same time as the slam. My guess as to why it works is a combination of 1) the the slam forcing your camera down and 2) the absolute input of the mouse allowing you to somehow override the angle restriction of the slam if you look up (because of point 1 jank?). And the reason why it doesn't work on controller is because of the lack of absolute input; you need to hard flick in those first few frames to make it work. Similar reasoning as to why Blight's J-flick existed back in the day.

Yeah, that's fair, the history tracks.
You don't actually need to look up.

Classic cringe devs removing above average execution techs that most people didn't even use. I bet Wolf form won't even get any compensations too.
-
They clearly are struggling to get things done with this realm for some reason.
-
Alucard as a surv simply makes considerably more sense.

Yes the bats are waaaaayy too loud, survivors might as well have iron will unless they are a naturally loud survivor to begin with.
Probably intended. Bats are meant for map traversal above all else.

Dark Theory is the worst boon. Map-wide generator highlighting for the team is more useful than a tiny Haste buff in a tiny area.
In beginner lobbies maybe.
-
Praying that they don't remove it. Drac is perfectly tuned right now, just fix the pillars being able to hit twice and we're good.

U didnt see Dracula because he is frustrating to play, a lot cooldowns and his power is to weak against experience survivors
We get it, you had rough matches today. The next ones will be better, I promise.
-
"Surely this must mean that we need to further buff killers, including already strong ones" - BHVR designers
-
No offense but I don't think you're "high rank" yourself.
-
Yes. The less smog the better.
-
The real "meaning" of prestiging is the grind becoming a lot better once you reach 100 anyway.
-
Not the first time this type of situation occurs and it won't be the last. Get over it.

only thing better would be a map
And buffs to all of those mediocre perks.

well I was really hopeful that they said they fixed her left hand in the latest patch notes but turns out nothing ever changed shes still bugged…
1 year anniversary soon!
-
I remember it working normally on PTB. You realize it's only when they get contaminated, right?
-
Yes they made a whole map just for a 2 weeks secondary mode. Obviously.
-
No such issue with AMD Relive on my end.
-
Huntress only needs her hatchets' size to be reduced. SM is a complete failure of game design from start to finish and that stands true for every of her 3 iterations.
-
It is not an exploit. Survs lose collision with the killer during flashbang animation. It always worked like this.
-
No. They'll probably just (and rightfully so) nerf his teleport ability a bit.
-
I think everybody always knew it can be a very strong perk. Emphasis on the "can" as the reason for the perk's low usage rate is its inconsistency in solo queue. More often than not, you'll get no value from it either because you got hooked before activating it or because a teammate was next to your hook anyway.

It could be the killers you’re playing as, it could be survivors burnt out, it could be survivor pessimism. Whatever the cause, making the game more miserable for survivors isn’t going to change it. You just can’t force players to play out a game they feel hopeless about.
And Skull Merchant isn’t the only killer survivors dislike facing. A lot of them are overtuned in the eyes of survivors now (Hillbilly, Leatherface, Singularity, and more).
Leatherface? Everybody enjoys going against Leatherface. Replace him with Nurse.

I‘m saying her buffs were too much since they came out, but everyone says she is fine so
? Huntress mains did, maybe. Plenty of people pointed out how illogical it was to not only give her her best addons for free but also not make any tweaks to her hatchets' hitboxes.
-
It's not a wincon, that's the point. It automatically opens when there's only 1 surv left precisely because BHVR (and any player of good faith) considers 3k to already be a killer win. Should something be done about these pesky killers slugging for the 4k? Sure. But that doesn't change this fact.
-
Just give her a third health state status effect or something. Nurse feels great and unique to play and have been the same for so many years now. She can stay the way she is but she really needs to pay a much bigger tax for it.
-
Dried Cherry Blossom needs to go, that one is for sure. Addons like this should never have been a thing to begin with.
-
Wish they reworked the perk to still recharge a certain amount even upon reaching the highest rarity.
-
Just like being able to effortlessly bamboozle guards by kissing pallets or windows for a split second :^)

It is kind of weird that they gave Vecna a map and not Dracula, isn't it? Castlevania is much more known for its location—It's the name of the series, even, when I'm not confident the map for Vecna is even something from any official DnD content.
DnD map basically is an original DBD map with some DnD references in the underground half of it, yeah.
-
No offense but Trickster borderline is an S tier killer since the last rework. Every above average/comp player acquainted with the killer has been thinking so. He needs to be toned down, not be made "efficient again" when he literally has never been this efficient throughout his entire history.
-
It felt "balanced" because pretty much everyone playing this mode after the first 3 days were bad/new at the game.
-
We don't need more RNG, no.
-
Because that's not the type of power Unknown was meant to have.
-
You need to take all rating statistics with a grain of salt in general. Nurse being at the bottom of killrates since forever speaks volumes.
-
It's been like this for like 2 years now and the devs still don't care. Just gotta accept that pallet saves are a lottery now even when you get the right timing.
-
No. And SIngularity never was the worst killer to play either.
-
Yes that's how it works and always have.

Someone mentioned the Finisher mori in another thread. I read through the Developer Update from 2022.
It seems implementing that update would have solved the endgame issues I described in another thread.
As the last remaining Survivor I would be happy to finally finish those lost matches quickly instead of lying on the ground bleeding out - because the Killer is in the mood to do so.
As a Killer I would finally be able to see all those Finiser animation - I only saw them when a challenge required me to perform them and I equiped those offerings.
Has there been any information when that update is scheduled - or was this whole idea abanndoned?
It officially got scrapped shortly after the said PTB 2 years ago although finisher Mori did not but it will be under a different form.
-
Depends what you mean by "above average". I'd say the killer is insufferable even when the player is only above average now.
-
Nothing we did not already know.
-
It's baffling to see that there still is people believing that strength correlates with pickrate.
-
No offense but I don't think you're playing optimally at all. Sometimes you need to slug or tunnel, depending on the caliber of the team you're going against. It's a PvP game, after all. You can't play "nice" every match without expecting to lose from time to time. Gen speed completion is currently perfect at one minute and a half.
-
It definitely is a bliss that so little people understand how to correctly pilot killers such as Singularity, Twins etc.
-
Well ackshually, 2v8 is not a modifier but a mode.
-
@Ayodam said:
Not y’all going through withdrawals lol. Survivor mains especially are gonna have a tough time getting back into 1v4. It was much easier to escape in 2v8.
Ironically, it's overall easier to escape in 1v4 right now precisely because the majority of the casual/unseasoned players are still in 2v8.
-
They already pretty much did with the BP nerf.
