    Lol.

If you had 9k hours, you wouldn't be complaining. You wouldn't be in low MMR, which is the entire reason solo queue is trash now. The majority of solo queue players are stuck with new players, and therefore can't win games to get out of low MMR hell.

However, if you have that many hours, you wouldn't be in low MMR, because your escape rate pre-patch would be WAY too high, even in solo queue.

Stop lying about your hours, it gets you nowhere.

Lol. Yeah ok. Well since I am in fact getting noob teammates and I am in fact a high mmr, old red rank player… you are just wrong but I’m not going to have a stupid side discussion proving my hours to you. Believe me or don’t. I don’t care. But all you have to do is watch any good survivor streamer in off peak hours to see them also getting paired with crap teammates. The pool of survivors just isnt big enough for quality matchmaking and it will be worse when fewer are playing. Simple logic. Play at 4am PST and how many players do you think are available within 5-10% of your MMR?

    giving up

    (including me)

    https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/CCJYAFZCCDUL/skinner.jpg

I'm still getting thoroughly destroyed by legitimately good survivors. I don't even have a chance to get to a gen before they pop it at the beginning of the game if I search in the wrong direction and they're running Prove Thyself or have a couple of good toolboxes. If I'm playing Myers, even running four slowdown perks isn't as effective as Ruin/Undying in a lot of situations just because I have to go kick gens before I chase people off of them. If I get a 4K without someone giving up, there's usually no more than one gen left.

Luckily for me, three out of five games still have someone DCing or giving up on hook, so my kill rate is high, and I've reached iri grades for the first time.

Either practice until you can loop without DH, or wait until your MMR adjusts. I don't have any proof to back it up, but I'd bet that games where you or someone else disconnects don't actually affect your MMR, so maybe just play the game normally until it has time to adjust.

Yeah. Putting your opinion onto Principal Skinner doesn’t make it any more true. You can’t just “adapt” and shouldn’t just roll over and bust your ass trying to “adapt” to ######### that’s broken. AND… it’s not like most of us haven’t already made major adjustments to try to deal with it. And exactly how do you “adapt” to garbage matchmaking that puts you with noob teammates so that you basically have a 2 or 3 man team vs a killer that is high mmr? You can’t.

From my point of view, you really take the game as a 2nd job and seem to forget, that it's still a game. You invested in three accounts?! Wow. But that would not have been worth my money. I stopped putting money into the game a long time ago.

Congrats. But PS accounts are free. It costs nothing to add a new account.

Its not your actions it's your mental state of you're saving us all by pulling the plug and that mental state is widespread because you are simply not alone. You and others are not conveying enough empathy and patience to defeat a challenge. Instead you are making things impossible. You know the games will be challenging so if you are not up for it just go do something else. Simply put.

Empathy is a 2 way street buddy.

  • My experience, solo and swf, is legion is extremely annoying, unfun and difficult because of the slowdown builds. Generally he hits everyone so we’re at -22% gen speed, then add in eruption, call of brine, whatever… the gen progress bar is practically standing still… it’s run, mend, eruption procs so cant do gen, go to nearest other gen, time to avoid frenzy again, repeat. I mean… how unfun is that. Is this a horror game or an unbearable oppressiveness simulation?

  • ah. It started when I wanted to play after I got a DC penalty. I just made a new account. Turns out its good for that and also when I complete a tome I can go to the other account if I still feel like doing the challenges.

Hey man other than the thana/pentimento build, what slowdown builds are people running commonly?

I used to enjoy the busted PR/DMS combo before but since it got gutted i dont really find any of the slowdowns appealing. And with how fast people heal in my games thana just doesnt really seem worth it.

All sorts of variations using: thana, dying light, eruption, call of brine, overcharge, pain resonance, dead mans switch, deadlock, jolt… people seem to pick their favorites or are experimenting with various combinations. Usually 3 or 4 at a time.

''I have 3 accounts and around 9k hours.''

Ahhh, are you good buddy? Why?

No. I’m a terrible potato and cant hit a skill check. Thanks for the probing question. The thread is better for it.

  • It’s pretty silly to single out one piece of a suite of changes and act like that’s the thing he’s talking about. It’s the whole package of changes, small, medium and large, that are imbalancing the game. The bloodlust buffs shorten chases. Shorter chases equals quicker hooks and less time for survivors on gens. Gens that are already now taking much much longer due to the changes and slowdown builds. If you don’t grasp that concept theres really nothing more to talk about.

  • It’s pretty silly to call out one piece of this update and act like he’s saying that alone is losing games. The entire package of changes, small, medium, and large, are seriously impacting the fairness of the game and survivor ability to win or even enjoy themselves. The bloodlust buffs are shortening chases. Shorter chases equals faster hooks and less time on gens. This translates to more survivor losses. If you cant grasp that concept there’s nothing more to talk about.

  • Yes.

    • For console if I see a Temp-364765 name I leave the lobby. The person was dumb enough to make an offensive name that got banned so I dont trust them. Also experience has shown when I don’t leave the lobby they play like jerks more often than not.
    • Names like - Iliketohide or toxicdude or runcakeorileave or potato - i advise you take them at their word. More often than not the name is accurate.
    • I’ve played with hacker survivors and they’re not usually the ones with ‘hax’ or some derivation in their name. But I’ll still leave a lobby with some form of ‘hacker’ in the name.

lol. hey man, your prerogative to not care, ignore, whatever. But forums are kinda here to express our thoughts about the game and I think I'm pretty on point. I've been playing consistently every day post-update. The frequency of the games I mentioned are only increasing and I see how my teammates are reacting. And hey, I didn't even mention how matchmaking has been worse. Is it because so many higher MMR survivors are taking a break or leaving? Switching to killer? Who knows but add it all up... this is the worst dbd experience in years and my opinion is based on tons of experience. take it or leave it...

  • @mnsMonty said:

Am I supposed to laugh or cry at the comical behaviour of survivors after the last update?!

Everything is very simple to solve. Survivors complain about DH and everything else. But let's look at the real side. The killer is the only one in this game who plays from real life (first person). The survivor rotates his head 360 degrees. That's not real! I understand if the survivor can look back while running. But how can a survivor rotate his head 360 degrees continuously when he is repairing a generator? That is absolutely unreal! And the point of view is always high above the head.

Another obvious advantage of the survivor - the killer kicks the survivor and suddenly the survivor, at that moment, is able to walk through the killer. Where is the reality here?

Conclusion - there is nothing to change in the game of perks. Simply, the survivor needs to be real.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a post with so little to say and yet bad at saying it.

  • @PNgamer said:

    yo,

It's interesting, but at the moment I observe a strange phenomenon with me. For example, before the 6.1 update I was playing Killer 70% of the time. Since the launch of the update 50% - 50% Killer and Survivor and now 70% more Survivor. What is the reason for this?

I don't know, but maybe it's the addiction to being hunted, hiding and surviving. I don't know. Anyway, it's a lot of fun for me, and I only play solo Q (7500+h).

I'm currently running with this combination of these 3 perks and hope to maybe help one or two newbies here a bit.

"Off The Record, Boon Circle of Healing, Kindred" The fourth perk is then a perk of your choice. Anyway, the setup is very solid and you can't really go wrong with it.

Granted, there's always the occasional psychopath who'll give you a hard time or tunnel you. But you shouldn't pay attention to that and then go straight into the next match.

Very important (and I've been observing this a lot lately): DON'T GIVE UP. It makes no sense to let yourself die on the first hook or to manipulate the matches on purpose. This only leads to frustration and is also depressing for your teammates. Always try to make the best of it. No matter what killer you are playing against.

    Greetings

I find your naive optimism almost adorable. Then I see where your other comments are more of the same stereotyping of people that choose to DC or use the 4% luck mechanic as quitters and people that ruin the game. I’m going to assume you are sub 500 hours in this game. As many have said, including myself, ad nauseum…. The game is obscenely imbalanced against solo q. DC’ing is a symptom of the underlying problem which is Behaviour’s fault. I’m not wasting my time in a horrible game. Case in point - i literally just suicided on hook because I was the first survivor found and the killer did nothing but pace around the hook, within kindred range until i went to struggle. Frankly, that doesn’t constitute a game. It’s nonsense. It’s some jerk or ignorant new killer just ruining what should be a game.

I agree, thats what I'm saying. They think that if they're not having fun, everyone have to feel the same. Such an egoistic way of thinking...

I hope for more punishment for such behaviour.

Increased punishment is not the answer. I’m guessing you haven’t played enough to realize how ridiculously unfair it is to have to bleed out because the killer feels like being toxic and slugging everyone to death. Or to have a survivor work with the killer at endgame because the killer wants his precious 4k and your teammate is garbage. Or to waste 10-15 minutes in a hopeless game vs a nurse or blight, or Pinhead with the meta build, or the other perfect build killer games. There are currently so many situations that are painfully, oppressively, unwinnable because this game is so imbalanced against solo q. And every time I’m in one of these situations I think the same thing: “Yeah… unsportsmanlike to DC but it’s fine for killers to make me bleed out from full health when I did nothing toxic. Totally fair.” The unspoken secret about this game is that it’s all about making sure killers are happy because they usually don’t have enough. Well they have plenty now.

  • Some of you need to improve your logic skills.

If the player count DID go up that does not mean that the update was a success, unless the devs definition of success was “increase player count immediately after update” which would be a stupid goal. Lol. Clearly there are people who want to see how the game plays now and judging by the long killer Q times, many more players are happy with killer since the update.

My definition of whether the update was a success: Is the game more enjoyable for both killers and survivors or did it add some functionality but not make things worse. This update was a failure at the moment. If they make some adjustments in the near future maybe it’s salvageable.

  • The killer view of survivors is SO aggravatingly wrong it sometimes just infuriates me. Deep breath. There is no conspiracy to throw games to affect the data. Solo Q has reached a new level of unplayability. Not because we’re ‘entitled’. Not because we ‘throw tantrums’ at bad games. A year or 2 ago there was a dbd survey and they asked if certain killers made the game feel ‘oppressive’. This is probably the best word for the situation we’re in now. They slowed down gens and. Gee… who would’ve thought… killers decided to max out the effect and now run every anti-gen and game slowing perk available. Additionally there is more camping and tunnelling than ever. It’s probably amplified because streamers find the strongest stuff, use it, and then suddenly everyone does. So the meta is now - massive slow downs and camping/tunnelling. Survivor defenses WERE BT, DS, DH, even SC. Stuff to fight the camp/tunnel, and pre-patch gen slowdowns were manageable. Now base kit BT is awful so we still have to run BT if we want to fight tunnelling. That’s fair. Thanks devs! DS stinks. DH is nerfed. And a go to healing perk is nerfed so more people have to figure out how to get healed. And that’s not even getting into the plethora of OP and/or annoying killers and builds we’re facing… legion, nurse, blight ad nauseum.

So average game… corrupt is up, you find a gen, killer shows up…. Chases you a while. You get downed and then the proxy camp starts. He runs a little away but always returns to hook so no one is saving. When they do, the tunnel starts and he downs you again. And in Solo Q teammates aren’t coordinating saves or pushing gens and SBMM is still awful so your teammates are mostly awful. So you know where this is going. Zero fun. You suicide. Other reasons for suicide - lethal pursuer seems way more popular. You get immediately found and downed by a top tier killer and then get proxy camped. You check out. Or maybe it’s just your 10000th legion game with thana, et al. or its another nurse that is frankly a waste of time to even try against. In short - killer players are using the strongest killers and the strongest builds, using massive slowdowns and proxy camping / tunnelling vs weak teams because SBMM sucks. This is our experience and its oppressive.

So yeah, the only way I can enjoy this game right now is to leave the ones I know are awful. If we are down 5 or 6 hooks to 0 or 1 gen complete, I’m out. And it happens WAY too often. Because of all the reasons me and others have been complaining about. I WANT to play the game. I get maybe 20% decent games. So since there ARE some good games, I leave the terrible ones. They need to reverse some of the survivor nerfs and/or some of the 1000 little things that screw survivors over and over that add to the oppressiveness. Ugh…. Sorry so long….Later.

  • I guarantee that these stats would be huge. I am not exaggerating that MOST games have a quit or DC when I’m in solo q. And I can’t blame the survivors - they are getting tunneled off hook because base kit BT is horrible, killers know it, and DS is nerfed into oblivion. Again…. Not exaggerating… this update is killing the game.

  • I really do wanna see these stats. Lol. CMon Behaviour… comment.

  • I’m not surprised that some still think this game is survivor sided. I completely disagree but at least this is a civil discussion. When I consider all the solo games I play - like 80-90% 3-4k and knowing solo q is at least half of killer games… if they win just 40% of their swf games they would still be at a 60% win rate. I know this is just rough numbers and things will vary by skill level but… these killers winning my solo games aren’t even that good. It’s just the matchmaking continues to suck sack and with 2 or more bad teammates I’m basically fighting a ######### grizzly bear… not bright but still dangerous.

  • @TinoTheThortino said:

I mean, we played killers for so long, adapting to Dead Hards, Circles of Healing with 100% healing power, 3 vaults on shack, DS available even if touching gens and so many awesome features.

Now stop complaining, go SWF, play and look how much is fair now.

Otherwise, uninstall and go do something else.. honestly, we don't need another survivor main unsatisfied of a meta not oriented on his side (for once).

Lofl. I dont even mind the arrogant vitriol. Enjoy your long ass load time because theres no survivors.

  • Oh no. You’ll have to wait longer for your easy game of free bloodpoints. Boo f Hoo.

  • @ChurchofPig said:

Eh, I've seen much much worse updates and I've been playing a lot of solo queue this update.

I’m sure you have killer main. Lol.

  • @StarMoral said:

    Bruh, what do you mean?

Off the Record just got a buff that literally made it the new meta perk

Botany Knowledge and Circle of Healing are still go to healing perks THAT STACK

Hell even perks like Parental Guidance can end chases instantly if you lose the killer.

There are SO MANY good survivor perks.

Yes run 2 perks for healing that still give you a weak self healing speed. And the -20% efficiency penalty really really sucks. So even if you wanted to devote 2 perk slots AND your item choice to healing, you get penalized. A big problem in their attempt to break the meta is they still left many solid choices for gen slowdown which are now being abused to hell, and yet nerfed survivors in some specific perks they can’t really make up for with other perks. DS is useless because of the reduced duration. The base kit BT is also not good enough because of the duration. It was a step in the right direction but now though I dont have to endure getting farmed to an immediate down anymore, it’s just delayed 5 seconds. A killer easily catches in most cases. So now healing is a hassle, gen speeds are god awful with 1-4 slowdown perks, and killers have plenty of time to camp/tunnel, which they ARE. This was a big middle finger to survivors.

  • More people enjoy playing survivor. They need killers. Do the math.

  • I used to think the game was survivor sided vs swfs and killer sided vs solos. Now I think it’s straight up killer sided. Closer to even vs swf but I think killers have the edge with the extreme slow downs and proxy camping.

Has nothing to do with being experienced/inexperienced. Both experienced/inexperienced quit when they are not happy with the way the game is going. Both experienced/inexperienced can be useless doing nothing all match waiting for hatch.

Not gonna argue this minor point beyond this, but yes experience matters. How can you not see that? Someone brand new to the game might keep playing regardless because they don’t know much about it. Experienced players have seen this stuff 100000 times and know when things are beyond saving. And your prior point is still wrong. I argue that any correlation between the quitters and their skill / contribution level would show, if anything, that they are the ones that actually do stuff and they quit because any hard work is worthless in an unfair game. I’m not going to run around trying to win like I usually do when it’s pointless. Potatoes can be potatoes in both good and bad games.

  • @bm33 said:

I figure the ones that DC/suicide are same ones that would've been useless all match anyway waiting for hatch. It's just felt more now by the surviving players thanks to the killer buffs. I find it more frustrating when they stay in the match being useless, atleast with them gone I can knowingly say we were short a player rather than question why nothing was getting done with a full team.

Well you figure incorrectly. If anything it’s the reverse. The ignorant, inexperienced players don’t know any better and don’t realize how unfair and how intolerable the game is. It’s the experienced ones that know the BS that is ruining decent games that check out.

  • Look, we all agree that solo q, which was already pretty unplayable, has managed to become even worse. We all WANT to play solo q but then when we face the reality of the ######### that it is we take different paths - some quit, some play it out. I understand both sides but personally, I leave the terrible games (games with DCs, quits, or vs oppressive BS like nurse, blight, pinhead w/franklins, camp bubba, etc) and here’s the reasons:

    • - At game start it is theoretically a fair game. I will play. Once it becomes unfair I’m not wasting my time fighting an unwinnable and annoying fight against some a hole that doesn’t care that it’s unfair.
    • - If you just play it out, the killer has a fine game and isn’t affected by the BS. He just goes on thinking he’s amazing and nothing is wrong with the game. As stated by others, leaving the game is my best way to honestly show what I want to show: “I want to play the game but in this game it became so awful I had to leave. Look at the data devs. See why.”

And for those advocating even worse DC penalties, please stop. People leave because the game is terrible. Don’t punish them for leaving. You need to fix the root cause - the terrible imbalance of solo q. The DC penalty does nothing except force me to be in more varieties of awful games like when the killer slugs for the 4k and/or gets a teammate to turn traitor to find you. The DC penalty is god awful and frankly just cruel. Stop forcing people to play bad games because you can’t figure out how to properly balance them and/or you won’t acknowledge the toxic play of many many killers.

  • Lol. Unbreakable isnt Meta. Maybe it was at one time but it isn’t now. Deliverance isn’t that good. And the point was just that there are plenty of perks that could use improvement or be combined with others etc.

If you don’t think nurse is OP it’s because you’re either 1) not a top tier nurse or 2) always play swfs

  • @Triplehoo said:

*Survivors teabagging, harassing and bullying killer*

*Killer starts to camp, slug and tunnel*

Survivors: (surprise Pikachu face with Vince Russo's voice) "Bro! Bro! Why you like this?! Bro! Chill! Why you so toxic?! Bloodpoints, bro! You toxic, bro! Just a game, bro!"

Clearly part of the 75% I carved out. Oh no! Survivor hitting the crouch button. That ruins my gameplay! Lol.

Fact: teabagging has zero effect on your gameplay other than slowing the survivor down.

“Harassing and bullying killer” lofl. The fact that you’re not good enough to catch the survivors and make them pay in fair gameplay is your problem. If you turn toxic that’s on you. Get better and make them pay through your superior gameplay.

Again - I’m talking about killers doing this for no reason and you bring up the situations when a killer gets triggered because they are lower skill and the survivors act like jerks. Sorry that’s your experience but it’s irrelevant.

Many of you killers act like you play the exact same group of survivors every game. One group acts like morons so you turn toxic all day. SMH. Wake tf up.

  • Look, I appreciate the few, more level headed comments here. But being toxic is being a jerk unnecessarily by definition. There is no NEED to play toxic. And lets clarify something here… I’m talking about high level play… former ‘red ranks’. By the quality of some of the replies I’d say that eliminates about 3/4 of you. If you are a good / red rank / high mmr killer, the only time you get ‘bullied’ is by a good / red rank / high mmr 4 man swf. The rest of the time you’re facing solos with quits / dcs / bad matchmaking / no comms etc. You can NOT tell me that the majority of killer matches are against 4 man red rank swfs. If you play toxic it’s because you want to be a jerk and that comes through loud and clear in your game play, your post game chat, these posts…everywhere. Lots of killers just like to play like jerks.

A survivor doesn’t have that luxury unless they manage to get lucky with a strong team and a weak killer. Flashlight saves are hard and require skill. Sabotage is risky. And both are mostly utilized for a legitimate reason - burn up killer time to get gens done so we can escape. Which comes back to my earlier point. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had a killer play toxically and then complain about genrushing post game… yet… no fancy toolboxes or PT was run… no swf even. They just got beat by normal gameplay and call it genrushing and turn toxic.

And come on… face camping bubba is so common it’s been around for years and I still face them in about 5 - 10% of my games. Start game, catch someone, camp. There’s no justification other than a desire to be toxic.

So yeah before you say toxicity exists on both sides… think about how skill enters into the picture and what is legitimate gameplay vs nonsensical toxicity. Killers have the market cornered on that.

  • No. You don’t get to equate an anecdotal bad game to the avalanche of toxic killer games. 90% of the toxicity in this game is camping/tunnelling killers. Killers act like every game is a SWF gen rush with flashlights. No. I have 10k+ hours in this game, most as a solo. They’re almost all 3k and 4ks because matchmaking is terrible. Killers get huge amounts of easy games from bad matchmaking, afks, dcs, etc, and then toss in the incredible amount of camping and tunnelling and then toss in the number of games where they run their S and A tier killers with (or even without) their top addons… please lets not perpetuate this myth of the poor beat up killer.

There’s simply no need to face camp, camp, tunnel… ESPECIALLY during an event where everyone earns tons more if you just knock off the toxicity.

  • And let me end this by summing up all of your killer arguments: “We’re ENTITLED to beat up the 3 man team because it’s not against the rules and we would rather YOU have an awful UNFAIR experience than spend 5 minutes playing nice so that EVERYONE has a FAIR experience.” It’s basically the definition of unsportsmanlike so really… just stop arguing and face facts. That’s what you do. Enjoy your evening. : )

So you don't want to punish d/cers more despite them being the actual issue and just want to blame killers for not giving you a free game.

This is some real entitlement you have.

Seriously guys… come up with a better quip than “survivors are entitled”. What we’re entitled to, what we’re ALL entitled to, is a FAIR GAME.You can keep avoiding the facts of my post all you want…. But you know I’m right. I’m not saying the killer should stand still and let survivors farm. And you’re being disingenuous just to argue with me if you think I am. Farming is MUTUAL. Killer gets points. Survivors get points. It’s even. And saying, “hey, killers don’t like DC’s either…..” and then acting like you can’t do anything about it but slaughter the 3 man team is also disingenuous. You can show sportsmanship and let everyone who got screwed by the DC get points or you can be unsportsmanlike and slaughter the 3 man in your way too easy game. The fact that 95% of the time killers choose to be unsportsmanlike speaks VOLUMES about this game. Talk about entitled? Sure sounds like killers feel entitled to that free game….

  • @Crazewtboy said:

Pretty sure this is bait and everyone is falling for it. But hell I'll bite too.

The problem you should be focused on is your teammates disconnecting so early in the match. The DC penalty needs to be harsher in my opinion. Someone who does it 3 times in close proximity should be a few hours banned at minimum. You really expect the killer to just sit there while you farm? News flash buddy, the killers don't find it fun when someone disconnects either as it ruins the game/thrill of the chase for us as well. Most of the killers want to move on to the next actual game instead of sitting around so you can get a few extra points. Stop throwing in false reports. It's reasons like that why the system hardly works in the first place

You’re missing the point. I report the DC as unsportsmanlike too. But the new reality is 4 people (killer included) are in an unfair game through no fault of their own and only one player, the killer, has the ability to remedy the situation and make it fair. Choosing to recognize the unfair situation and make it an equal experience for everyone is sportsmanlike. Choosing to slaughter 3 other players that are at a massive disadvantage is unsportsmanlike. That’s just the fact.

You dont fix the DC situation by making the penalty harsher. People will always DC and/or suicide on hook. Recognize the reality that survivors will often quit and ruin a game and create this situation. They need to allow the survivors to surrender. If a DC happened and I could hit surrender and take 0 points and and give the killer 20k i would. If they made it a vote where all the survivors have to agree to leave, fine. Something, anything would be better than forcing us to play an unwinnable match. It’s frankly just cruel but they don’t care. What? Make the poor killer get in the same boat you’re stuck in? Heavens no!… lol. Best to just let them run roughshod over you guys so he’s happy.

  • tippy - I’m not saying it’s not allowed. And i know Behaviour pays no attention to that report. I’m saying the fact is that it’s unsportsmanlike. And they are unsportSmanlike for doing it. A sportsman would be cool about it and farm.

  • lol. Look, i read a few of the comments and you’re all entitled to your opinion. but for those that disagree just answer the simple question: Is it sportsmanlike to play a 3 v 1? That team of 4 survivors joined the game expecting a somewhat fair game. Some random quits. Now they are stuck in an unfair game through no fault of their own. What’s the sportsmanlike thing to do?

  • “Very easily”. Please just check your ego. In a fairly short loop like the front of Gas heaven there’s no “very easily” running to the next loop or even easily. Like most have noted, you will just take the hit mostly unless they screw up or you’re lucky.

  • The point of the post is that the OP wants to feel superior. I find that most killers need validation.

  • I think the OP has a point, though maybe a bit exaggerated. They keep making killers stronger. Pinhead has excellent map pressure and that fng meme build with hoarder and franklins is unwinnable as survivor. Add in the fact he’s absolutely zero fun to play against and Pinhead is a huge fail as a killer from a fun perspective. Sadako is also really strong. The wraith like speed burst, the very strong stealth, the mobility with the teleports… she has a great toolkit. Plus many survivors still don’t seem to use the tapes well to limit her movement. As for Dredge - still early but my friend and I have had some serious issues countering that mid loop teleport. Really not sure wth we’re supposed to do there. It seems to effectively counter looping. So now this guy is highly mobile and can destroy looping and also has his solid stealth mode. So far he’s been pretty tough to play against.

I just feel that Nurse and Blight are still ridiculously OP but killer players love them (gee, wonder why?). So the devs keep trying to make the weaker killers and newer killers stronger to give killer players more options. It’s as if the devs never play solo survivor because if they did like many of us they’d see the downward spiral we deal with:

Bad matchmaking + strong killers -> lost game -> lower mmr -> even worse matchmaking. I have 10k+ hours in this game across multiple accounts but I’m playing less and less because things are getting worse and worse.

  • I didnt say he was the hardest and i also disagree with your assessment. Any high mobility killer makes endgame mostly impossible. Billy, Blight, Nurse. Then there’s trapper. Then wraith who can now stand on the hatch open or closed since it takes seconds to open with a key. And he’s also high mobility. Then there’s RNG of gates on the same wall or both easily guarded simultaneously. There will ALWAYS be a locker close enough to the door to make it impossible to open in time.

  • As if endgame for dummies wasn’t already an insult to survivors that manage to stay alive when all their teammates die… now that slim chance is gone when they can just teleport to a locker by the door.

“Just learn the new guy”. Lol. How adorable.

Put in a few more hours as solo survivor my friend. It’s unconscionable that the devs let solo play be so horrible. And like, ######### ever happened to hit validation? It’s as bad as it ever was. Teammates quitting, bad matchmaking, killers all with insane mobility or game ruining aura perks or one hit up the wazoo… it’s ridiculous. Killer may be harder to PLAY but it’s so much easier to WIN. Survivor is easier to play but you get your ass handed to you in solo play like 90% of the time.

  • I dont think this should be allowed. All it does is benefit campers even more. The killer should not be able to block hook saves. THe fact that they can do it while stopping another save with the grab is ridiculous. This should be looked at.
