Dont forget in their little video, for Billy they held it revving with addons. Imagine how it would be without addons, it completely removes skillful based gameplay, and I think without addons, the time it takes for Bubbas chainsaw to overheat will be the same for Billys. Literally the only possible thing I could think about using the chainsaw is for like only using them when they are up close, in a dead end, or in a long wall, and for going across the map. No more timing up the chainsaw for cool curves, or waiting for survivors to do jukes to avoid it.

I'm pretty sure (not certain though) that those add-ons were the new steering one and the moonshine, right? If so, they shouldn't change the heat. Regardless, the current system is massively flawed and hopefully it is reworked so it punishes misuse instead of skillful play such as curving.

  • Siren Head, much like slenderman, wouldn't really work. Not only are they both massive and removing this would be really weird, but siren head doesn't have a power. At most you could give it a mimicking system but due to the size it wouldn't work. Plus, it's an incredibly recent character and sorta overrated but that's just me.

Springtrap, on the other hand, would work great if people ignored the reputation around his series. Easily my most wanted licensed killer and would main in a heartbeat. But he isn't happening for a while if at all.

Amnesia wouldn't work. There isn't any main monster with any power in any of the games. They're all just monsters that hit you with no other effect. Maybe you could have Alexander with some dodgy Shadow power but that's getting into obscure territory.

It's better to ask for more commonly recognised indie horror idols; thanks to pyramid head they have a chance now. I think the most likely candidates are the Walrider from outlast, Springtrap and maybe something from the SCP mythos at a stretch. But these are all very low priority for bhvr over movie killers like Jason and candyman, so I don't have my hopes up. But then again I wasn't expecting pyramid head so anything could happen at this point.

  • Virtually no chance. Maybe slenderman at a stretch but all of the others are literal no goes. They wouldn't work, and would be pretty awful anyway. I don't fancy seeing sonic exe and jeff the killer alongside myers, freddy, etc.

  • SWF will most likely never be changed. A majority of the playerbase is SWF; it's definitely more fun than solo queue. The best BHVR can do is try to buff solo queue, but they've just been making perks that only really work in a SWF like For The People, New Sabo and Breakout.

I would like a post-game bloodpoint bonus for going against a SWF. That would be nice. It would have to only tell you it was a SWF after game though, because who in their right minds would choose to play against a SWF?

  • Yeah, the old one felt like actual foreboding music. And it sounded great. The new one is just random loud noise like Doctor's. It's not even silent hill style loud noise, it's just random loud noises. Don't know why it was changed.

  • They need to weaken his camping potential; right now he's a bit like Bubba, in that his cages and trails work really well if you camp but often does nothing or harms you otherwise. But hook perks not working needs to stay, that's his whole gimmick. If anything, he needs an overall buff. I'd say make him unable to see the cage aura until the unhook happens and he gets a loud noise notification, but make the cage spawn as far as possible from all players so insta saves don't happen.

  • If anything, I would've thought that would've been for Nurse. Make it a legendary skin with a different walk animation. The Nurses move slowly in Silent Hill if I recall, too.

No, I think the legendary skin is likely to be one of two things. Either Sadako from the Ring, which is unlikely, or it'll be Spirit in human form. You know, looking less chopped up and blue. That's what I think will happen for Oni and Clown too.

  • Honestly, that part is less useful than you'd think. How often do you get slugged and a hex is not only applied to you but isn't broken 30 seconds into the match? It will completely counter Haunted Grounds snowballs though.

My main issue is the endurance combined with unbreakable. Imagine; a survivor is outskilling you at endgame with DS+Unbreakable active. In that situation, if they have soul guard, they are literally invincible forever. If you pick them up, they DS and run out of the gate. If they Unbreakable, they have endurance and will run out of the gate. I am not looking forward to it.

  • Maybe we'll get lucky and the fix will be in the customary one week killer nerf patch!

Once I level up pig I think I will end up switching corrupt with monitor. I just really hate the early game rn with the speed of gens. I feel like the only reason they don’t nerf gen speeds is because of how impossible it would be for low ranks to finish one.

The early game is dreadful. I hope the early game collapse or whatever they call it fixes the very common 2-3 gen pop at the beginning of the game by the time you get a hook, but who knows.

  • It's not really necessary but it would be a nice change. But Pyramid needs more than a small QOL buff, to be fun, good and not as campy as he can be currently.

Lol I still have hag at lvl 21. I would think of doing ruin if I bring a small map offering like dusty noose. The reason I run corrupt is all the huge maps that make it impossible to protect gens. Most of the time I can find and ff or down a survivor before corrupt runs out. I’m rank 6 so I’m afraid once I run ruin all these red ranks I play will do bones.

That is a valid fear, yeah. This might just be me but I've never found corrupt that useful on Legion as it incentivises the survivors to split up at the start, which is the way to counter legion and pretty much every killer. My usual build is BBQ, Ruin, Monitor and whatever perk I feel like running, usually Brutal Strength, Thanatophobia or Nurse's Calling.

  • Pyramid Head is nowhere near Spirit or Nurse in strength. Seriously, he has no map pressure, usually negative map pressure if the cages spawn next to survivors which they often do, and the Punishment of the Damned is incredibly easy to dodge if Pyramid isn't using it when you're animation locked. Play against him like he's Demo charging his shred, but pretend the loop's walls don't exist. Keep an eye on him at all times. He can be really easily countered as long as you know what you're doing, and against a good survivor his power is near worthless.

  • The new skins seem to have been awkwardly implemented. I wouldn't be surprised if they were bugged. They're probably linked cosmetics due to the licensing deal with Konami as they are stingy fellows. Hopefully if there is a bug it gets fixed soon, BHVR do seem to like fixing cosmetic bugs over gameplay bugs.

  • I don't think so, no. Even if it did, the time frame for surge's activation would be so small it wouldn't ever happen. You're better off running Surge+Surveillance or Pop, or just Ruin+Surveillance if you don't mind having two perks potentially removed at the start of the game.

  • Yeah, they wanted to drain our wallets so they have recoloured knives. It's only really worth buying one, or maybe two for the other gender.

  • Try Ruin. He's one of the better, if not the best, user of it in my opinion. As long as it doesn't get cleansed instantly.Monitor is also nice on him to sneak up to the injured survivors, as well as Nurse's Calling. Thana has no real significant effect but can fool survivors into wanting to heal to stop Thana, even if Thana's effect is weak. Legion has a lot of perk choice though so it's up to you.

How about 3 shocks but you have to hook someone to get another 5?

or 3 shocks and then you have to stand still and recharge for 2 seconds or something.

Maybe he doesn't make you scream but you have electricity. so if you work on a generator you shock the generator making you scream and anyone else that touches it. Like the killer that throws toxic at you and can poison the generators. Similar but it shocks you and causes you to scream.

No, those ideas would make him so much drastically weaker and less fun. The hook one would make him only able to recharge his only chase power by winning a chase; a power that doesn't even do damage. I don't think I need to say anything more. The second idea is more valid, but still would be clunky and would make him very similar to Clown which is not what anyone wants. Doc doesn't need drastic nerfs. He just needs his skill ceiling and floor raised with his shock therapy, imo. You've gotta remember he's an 115% killer with no other chase power. He kinda relies on his shock.

  • Buffed in some areas, but with nerfs in other areas. Right now his power is punishing (ironically) to use, and his cages aren't really worth using, but his camping and tunneling potential rivals Bubba. I mean, he can literally stand in front of the cage and survivors can't perform the unhook action.

He just needs some tweaks all across his basekit to make him more fun and interactive for both sides. For instance, make the cages spawn as far away as possible from all players, not just Pyramid Head so insta-saves don't happen, but make Pyramid Head unable to see the aura of the cage until the unhook happens. Make the Punishment of the Dammed break dropped pallets but ends the attack after it breaks it, so Pyramid Head can't just follow the survivor at a loop with his blade dragging and the survivor literally cannot do anything to avoid being downed. Make him able to aim and flick his Punishment of the Dammed so there's a skill ceiling to it and it's not so pathetically easy to dodge. Stuff like that.

  • Doctor is strong, yes, but he's not overpowered. I will readily admit the extra buff he received wasn't really necessary and some of it should be reverted, but he isn't as unfun as Freddy. Doc's just intrinsically an annoying killer and unfortunately people don't know how to play against him in solo queue. And spamming shocks is a bit too effective for how little effort it takes but idk how you could fix that. Maybe give him 5 or so shock therapies but they recharge quickly like Nurse blinks with recharge addons, so spamming is a poor idea? Just spitballing.

  • Although I could be wrong as it just came out, I don't think it's as bad as everyone says. More ways to get between floors and a 4-way crossroads at the middle of the map would definitely help though. It's just intrinsically flawed like Hawkins or The Game though, due to the pallets being either worthless or god pallets. Seriously, how many god pallets are on midwich? There's, like, four or something just off the top of my head, in the courtyard, bathroom and near the stairs.

  • The survivor movement and especially survivor turning gets broken every time there's an update. Survivors spin like beyblades now.

For the plague I would like to vomit on clean fountains repeatedly until they fill.

That is all. I just want alittle more control over my power even if it takes me some buildup time.

I don't think its fair the demo portals can be so easily dug up and it takes so much time to travel, hag ports are instant, Freddy's ports are charged up but then instant. And neither of those can be torn down by survivors. Its rough wasting all that time on set up when its removed twice as fast. And you have to be charging shred for the blips and heartbeat right? Boi I sure hope I'm not busy chasing, kicking gens, or hooking surviors ever and I can walk around trying to use that feature lol. No make that constant.

Clown needs to move faster in the smoke so he can use them to pressure. He needs some sort of movement its a fast meta. He needs bottles to damage gens on direct hits.

And he needs add ons that give solid forever effects on survivors hit inside the cloud. I'm talking hinder till hooked. Or blindness till healed. Make his clouds make him invisible inside, something something

Pig needs more traps and for the trail to start with them on. Its a time waster for sure but noones died to them. Not really. Kill the aura effect in exchange noone wants those boxes camped noone likes doing it.

    I don't have leg

I don't know how to save him

I think the ideal clown rework would be to give him a new type of bottle; let's say a green gas bottle that instead of slowing survivors, speeds him up to 120% or more speed for five or so seconds. Give him the ability to switch between them at will and make the effects of one bottle type disappear when he switches bottles. Would allow for two types of chases as clown.

Legion needs some of the beatings they did to him with his nerf removed, like the missing a stab fully draining his power and the 4 second cooldown instead of 3, and an add-on rework. A secondary power including the other legion members, like a trap or something would be nice but not necessary. He still wouldn't be great but it'd be a nice change.

I don't even know what you could do to fix Bubba. The closest I can think of is a power like Oni's.

  • Hopefully they keep "sets" to legendary skins and skins that can't work with individual pieces. If they keep up this trend of having almost every new skin being an uncustomizable set, that doesn't really encourage people to buy it. Including myself.

  • I wouldn't say plague desperately needs a buff. Maybe make her interact with infected objects quicker and change/buff her corrupt purge duration add-ons but that's it.

All the others you mentioned, yeah. Demo needs his brown add-ons like rat liver being made base kit, an undetectable duration buff, full add-on rework like Pig and remove some of his massive map wide notifications whenever he does anything.

Clown and Legion need the Doctor treatment, I'd argue Bubba needs the Freddy treatment, Pig needs an add-on rework and some slight basekit tweaks.

I'd say those are the ones that desperately need a buff above any others. Other killers like Trapper and Wraith don't need too much, just small tweaks like making the brown bag and yellow windstorm base.

  • It's better than it seems; I've had about 5 games with it. Paired with some add-ons to let you drag longer it lets you create these paths to gens or just around the map, and the amount of survivors running into me or free hits I've gotten thanks to it is unreal. Plus, put it around loops and you lose your red stain. It's actually pretty well designed in my opinion, only wish it worked when you were dragging too or the undetectable lasted for an extra second or so after leaving the trail.

  • I'd make a cypress Mori baseline (although that's not essential), make green and red moris only usable if everyone's been hooked once OR if a survivor's been hooked twice and include some downside to using them besides the depipping downside. Perhaps mori-ing with a mori offering slightly increases gen speed for solo survivors working on generators so one mori doesn't result in an almost instant win. Would have to be slight, though.

For keys, they just pretty much need a full rework, but that's never going to happen. A band-aid fix could be opening the hatch is a channeled action of five ish seconds and the hatch instantly closes afterward.

    Neither will happen, however.
