Surge + Ruin?

Does it work?

So Ruin regresses Gens which are not worked on.

Surge explodes Gens that are not regressing in a 32m raduis.

So of course surge wont explode regressing gens, but if someone works on gens and ruin is active, do they explode?

    I don't think so, no. Even if it did, the time frame for surge's activation would be so small it wouldn't ever happen. You're better off running Surge+Surveillance or Pop, or just Ruin+Surveillance if you don't mind having two perks potentially removed at the start of the game.
