Chase wise i think so. Pressure wise Billy is top tier and not even close
Billy can gain distance much better, and can also curve around objects. Also, Billys saw is better for baiting out pallets. (Faking the rev)

Sometimes I feel this way about The Artist. She is obnoxious to play against, often feels uncounterable. Especially because she can stack the crows on the same spot.

They can but for me it's probably almost unnoticeable. I can barely see a difference between 60 and 120.
You actually see the difference clear as a day, 120 is much smoother than 60. However, if you have a 60hz display, it will only display 60fps, so there is literally no difference.

Because when you 1v1 of the nurse, both of them just need to guess and hope they guess right. She does not need a nerf. Certain perks, or perk combos could use a nerf.

You are not supposed to win every match ever. Use good perks to your advantage. And get better at the game. The game has never before been as easy for killer as it is now.

Problem is the PS4 is very underpowered by modern standards and I don't know how much optimisation they can do to improve that in 2022
Dbd has always had extemely bad framerate on consoles. Ever since the game came to console. The Ps5 and Series X can run the game better.

Not toxic at all, I usually do this with flashlights so hopefully the killer wont bring Lightborn. Its probably to avoid certain perks and dodging. Its completely fine.
