well.... they could reduce every maps size and then nerf high mobility killers:
Nurse 1 blink only
Hag to can't teleport outside the TR
Freddy can't teleport to gens
Demogorgon portals reduced to 2 and breaks after use
Spirit phase walk speed reduced to 115%
Wraith invisible speed reduced to 130%
Blight lethal rush speed reduced to 150%
Oni demon dash speed reduced to 150%
Hillbilly chainsaw sprint speed reduced to 150%
ik you'd love a Nurse nerf, but good Nurses don't double blink when blinking for distance. Nurses only second blink to adjust for hits.
Hag would just run distressing.
Freddy would somehow make Trapper the 2nd worst killer in the game
Good Demo's barely use their portals
Bad nerf idea. "play spirit so you can move at a regular killers speed"
Blight and oni are perfect where they are even on small maps.
Hillbilly is bad enough.

My favorite killer is Nurse and my favorite survivor has to be Candice
-
It would cost you more bloodpoints and take you longer if they didn’t take away nodes. Imagine having to buy every garbage iri on every web lol
-
Why you gotta bring our lord and savior Bubba into this?

are u sure u play nurse? because the blinks sometimes bugs even on the first
Key word is sometimes. I exclusively play Nurse. I don’t really like most other killers. My blinks bug every few games and it’ll only be once or twice those games. When your blink is spamming spam M1.
I also can’t think of a game where the bug changed the outcome of the game outside of maybe when I was learning her.
-
In what world does Wraith need a nerf lol
-
I find these to be quaint. I recently prestiged so not everything is tier 3... A good 50 bloodwebs past level 50

1) usually it is longer than 2 minutes
2) simply not true if u play a normal killer the time u go and hook someone even if the chase ends fast they do 2-3 gens don't tell me about patrolling killers are simply too slow again not talking bout nurse or spirit
3)i find it funny tbh i just said it to exagerate and get my point across
4)still annoying cuz if they are any decent they split up and do gens with 0 counterplay
6) killers need a way to escape
7)yes survivors need something to beside gens
8)nurse and blight legit unplayable at least for me i don't like random bugs
Nurse is far from unplayable. Learn the deadzones and you'll have no issue as Nurse aside from the occasional second blink getting stuck which in my experience maybe happens once every few games.
-
I haven't gotten a single death threat since I started playing the game again and I think I've only had the last gen pop once on my Nurse who I almost exclusively play. Where are these uber toxic sweat squads you're apparently running into every other game?

Not during the 24h test.
I just checked and this isn't true. Dowsey only had 4 games where the last gen popped during the mmr test
-
Twins isn't bad at all tho? Victor isn't meant to be stall. He's best for chases and snowballing. Pop on Sloppy and get everyone injured THEN use Victor. I promise you won't think they're a bad killer if you get good with them.
-
Nah, I play Nurse. Haddonfield works perfectly fine for me 😚

Lose the match I'd imagine

well the ones I see all use the same few. Bbq, hexes, tinkerer, monitor, and a few I’m forgetting. Oh nurses calling.
"hexes"
-
It’s a zombie game. They’re coming out with the second one soon
-
I haven’t felt more bugs, but I wouldn’t doubt it. The bugs aren’t annoying enough for me to swap mains though.
-
Because most survivors aren’t as good at the game as they thing they are and many give up when the game isn’t going their way immediately or it’s a killer they don’t like.
If the survivors are good at the game and/or are in a swf it’s survivor sided.
-
I do and I felt like I was amazing at the game because I was SUPER into DBD before I ever bought it so I knew how to play decently well.

There is one streamer who mains Twins. He constantly gets 3 or 4k and does win streaks, etc.
Now during the mmr tests he got totally wasted while playing twins. He got mostly 0 or 1 kill and couldn´t keep up with decent survivors.
Which brings us back to the topic: Gens going to fast. Dedicated survivors will always stay on gens and since the killer can only chase 1 survivor at a time, it means that 2 or 3 survivors are non stop doing gens.
Dowsey's longest Twins streak is 249 and he won almost every game during MMR if I remember correctly

Trapper kinda loses gens due to the nature of his traps. Because they are so spreadout and he has to get there first. Now when someone dedicated to disarming traps follows him, then the whole trapping a 3 gen area is useless.
What the Trapper needs is the ability to refill traps from lockers. Keep the max amount of traps, but let him refill traps at any locker. This could help with his slow start.
I don't disagree. Trapper is in dire need of buffs.

Bubba is the best camper there is.
Anyway, we should go back to the topic. As its about survivors completeting all gens in 4 minutes.
Bubba is the best camper there is against bad survivors. Twins are the best camper there is against people who actually know how to play the game and punish camping.
On the topic the guy played bad as one of the worst killers in the game. He had a terrible start and didn't hit a surv until 1:47 and didn't down someone until 4:04. He tried to injure to force them to heal and they didn't. This lead to him getting gen rushed very easily because of lack of pressure. He also committed to Ace and followed him out to the furthest gen that had no work done on it. This isn't a case of gen speeds. It a case of lack of killer pressure on a killer who basically gives up 3 gens at the start of every game.

Then, Bubba S Tier?
Bubba can't camp effectively and 4k against good Survs. Twins can.

A tier because their "power" is to camp? Nah, as @Northener1907 said: Twins that don´t camp and tunnel won´t reach A tier.

Strong killer does not need camp or tunnel. Play Twins without tunnel or camp, againts good survivors and say for them " A tier " again. Because all Twins players i faced were camper and tunneller.
It doesn't really matter the playstyle that gets them to A tier. Being really good at camping, while unfun, is viable and technically a strat. Just because the killers main strat is unsavory to you doesn't make said killer not powerful.
-
I would say the only S tier killers are Nurse, Spirit, and Hag imo. Twins are probably A tier tho
-
Sluzzy, how would you program something to determine these unfun styles of gameplay? Would there be a strike system? You hit someone x seconds after unhook and you get a strike? If someone is slugged x seconds you get a strike? If you're around hook x seconds you get a strike? After so many strikes you lose your right to the BP from that game?
I think this is perfectly reasonable and has no flaws tbh. Killers simply shouldn't be able to unlock perks and addons imo

Twins S tier?
Did i miss something?
Anyway, back to topic...
The game is a 4v1. So nerfing killers in 1v1 is a terrible idea. Unless you want a gen repair simulator with almost no killer interaction.
Twins are good if you play them well. It's just a very unfun playstyle for both parties

Yeah actually instantly Billy was nerfed the second Survivors cried about insta saw Nurse was changed when 5 blinks were cried about which i get that Freddy was changed when Survivors cried about bloodpools and his teleport pressure. The point still stands instead of word picking actually add something to the conversation lmao.
"Instantly" lmao

Yeah man they want us to play the top Killers meanwhile they're busy gutting them. Hillbilly was good boom gutted Nurse sure she was strong asf instantly changed Spirit change likely soon Freddy was strong look what they did to him instantly changed it seems Behavior has listened to one side and the effects of listening to that one side and MMR showcasing at the highest % unless you're a Nurse or Spirit main you can't compete.
This is what needed to be showcased now maybe Behavior will get their head from where the sun doesn't shine and actually start balancing correctly instead of nerfing every Killer that can compete against Survivors RIP Hillbilly you didn't deserve it.
"instantly"

What's your definition of tunneling?

(Shift+W with Gen Rush) blame Devs for creating/buffing killers with no real counter in 1v1. How to loop Nurse on pallet? or Deathslinger? or Trickster? or Victor/Twins? They win 1v1 easily, also with how many dead zones now, what did you expect survivors to do? ofc i will shift+w until i die next to op tree.
This what happen when you remove real counters like looping pallets/windows to please the killers. cuz killers will NEVER be pleased.
You don't play around pallets against Nurse. You play around structures that block sight and mind game from there OR you try and play immersed. Nurse is slow and loud. You'll know she's coming. These aren't sure fire ways of outplaying her, but there should be no 100% counter to any killer.

@Johnny_XMan said:
An observation I have from that video is that the first actual down doesn’t happen until 4 mins and 3 seconds.
For me, regardless of who you are playing that is too long too be in chase meanwhile you are also switching between survivors but not actually committing to one. Gens if the team is efficient will get finished.
You weren’t really pressuring them by only injuring them, because they weren’t even healing. So I would have stopped that strat a long time ago.
He didn't even HIT someone until 1:47...

Survivors DC/give up at the drop of a hat. That'd be my guess.
@Shroompy said:
Majority of the playerbase is solo q survivors and with killers running around running strong meta builds, the odds are heavily stacked against them
Both of these. Killers are packing for sweaty swfs so they win against solos easier and survs like to quit if the game isn't going in their favor. One survivor quitting early enough means the killer is most likely going to 4k

Pop should probably be nerfed to 20% from 25%. Ruin should maybe be nerfed from 100%/200%/300% to like... 100%/175%/250%.
Devour Hope... Honestly I personally hate it. There's nothing inherently wrong with it... I just hate it.
No other Killer perk needs a nerf. A lot of them could get a buff though.
Ruin is 100%/150%/200%

I personally find Pop and Ruin to be pretty anti-fun. I get that gens can go quick and it can feel like ur only hope is gen slowdown perks but I find most of the people who use these are the types who can close out games insanely quick without also slowing the gens down. It is ridiculously annoying repairing the same gens over and over imo, but I'm speaking from the perspective of a relatively avg player who only plays with 1-2 people in my squad.
Absolutely not. I don't use either, but these perks are almost necessary on low tier killers. Nerfing them would mean widening the gap between the high tiers and low tiers even more.
-
Depends on what killer I’m playing and what build I’m going in with. Most of the time I only really feel like I’ve won if the last gen doesn’t pop and I’ve got a 3-4k.
-
As a Nurse main I don't want to have to stop the smacking
Surge >>>>

The problem is when you do that and gens still pop ultra fast.
Sadly the meta right now forces you to slow the game as much as posible, so Ruin is mandatory. For me PGTW is bad because most of the times the moment you reach the generator, is finished (it is pretty good though in a 3 gen situation).
I don't think they're slowing the gen speed so...maybe survivors should always spawn together, so there is no chance of 3 gens being done at same time.
I don't think gen speeds are the issue. The early game is the issue. The killer needs to start the game with some form of pressure. Slowing gens would just make the most boring part of the game more boring.
I don't like Pop either. Even when it was the meta I never enjoyed the perk. I think I just don't like kicking gens tbh. Surge is underrated imo. If you're downing survivors reliably and quickly you're knocking 8% off any gen within 32 meters every 40 seconds and it stacks with Ruin if you're into that.
I'm sure they've thought of having survs spawn together. Wish they had done something with the early game collapse idea

Nope.
Lets say I find them in 20 seconds, down them in 15(or lets say max 20 seconds) = 40 seconds.
Lets say hook is 6 seconds = 46
3 other people should be on gens by now, you go to a gen thats almost done and pressure 1 guy off in 10 seconds
56 Seconds
1 guy goes to unhook, unhooks
1 other guy finishes gen
Moves to the other gen thats 24 seconds away from completion
You down the guy you pressured
Hook Him
By the time you'd go to the gen it would be over.
The other guy gets unhooked while you pressure the guy who finished this gen
Than they do the gen that the 2nd person we downed almost finished...so its finished too.
Boom your 3 gens down in 2 hooks(almost 3 assuming you will down the guy ur chasing currently)
Are you playing perkless? This scenario only happens if you aren't using perks for gen defense. Corrupt makes it so you -should- be pressuring survivors before they're pumping out gens. Pop gives you 25% reduction on gens after a hook. Surge depending on the killer is amazing and can pop 8% off multiple gens at once. Ruin is going to quickly cause the loss of progress of those survivors you pressure via hooking/slugging who will likely spend time healing letting the gens regress even more.

I legit say Im pressuring gens but how am I supposed to pressure them when the survivors are working on 3 gens separately?
even If I keep one in chase the others do gens like madmans, how can I pressure them lmfao
Well, you shouldn't only be keeping one person busy. Throughout the match you should be having 1 person slugged/hooked, 1 person being chased, 1 person going to get the slug/hooked and healing them, and then you have 1 person doing a gen. The only time you should have 3 people working on separate gens is at the start of the game.
You need to create pressure.

While we're on the subject, is Shadowborn still good for Nurse? I'd like to learn her eventually, but I'm not sure if leveling up Wraith to 40 when he sucks, two out of his three perks are #########, and the third is situational at best is worth it.
Is Shadowborn worth using on anyone other than Nurse, for that matter? I hear people saying it works with her because it negates the temporary blindness caused by her blink cooldown, but does a FOV increase really make that much of a difference for any other killer? I run M&A almost every game, and I don't really even notice that aspect of the perk making a difference.
It's good. I'd probably not use it to learn her though. It's nice to use as a treat from time to time, but if you use it in every build you're gonna become reliant on it and it'll mess with you if you play without it.
-
If it’s bothering you use Surge. Don’t need to kick gens when you’re popping them with every down. Better yet just use Ruin, Undying, Surveillance, and Surge. Never touch a gen again. Make them waste their perk slot.
-
Same reason survs BM? Makes them feel better or they find it enter
taining probably. The monke brain Bubba main bming you is probably the same Meg head you see when you play killer. -
Nemesis doesn't need to infect and damage in one hit. His infection hit just shouldn't give the survivor a speed boost.
