I can agree that of course it should not be nearly as powerful as BBQ overall, but giving a small added bonus would give incentive to not just use it for farming purposes, and could actually give it a place on a proper build. I think something similar to the healing boost on We'll Make It or just anything healing/hook related would be reasonable, not something crazy strong like seeing the killers aura.

Decisive Strike is a one-time use and can be missed and wasted, No One Escapes Death is not.
We get it, you hate DS, but we have been given confirmation and video evidence that it is being reworked/nerfed harshly. The joke isn't funny anymore.

Currently I'm running Lithe, Quick and Quiet, Self Care and another interchangeable perk of my choice - I tend to switch between Urban and Iron Will although when I feel bored I throw in something random. Lithe+QnQ is great for surviving in chases and also losing them if you are careful, and I like how versatile the combo is compared to SB which you tend to have to always use aggressively and can't really use it to stealth away. I always use at least 1 exhaustion perk regardless of if I plan to play stealthy or aggressive, since sometimes you need to change your strategy in-game and need some sort of protection in chases.
If you don't want to run Self Care, I have had great fun in switching it and my wild card perk for either Bond + Open Handed, Adrenaline and a medkit from my stash or Pharmacy + Botany Knowledge/Streetwise. Both can net you or your teammates more points and it feels satisfying for earning your heal through searching a chest or finding a teammate.
Also Pharmacy is a good perk and you should be using it regardless.

It really doesn't waste their much by much.I know, but like I said there will likely not be any changes to it at this point unless they manage to make a bug where trying to gen tap results in the gen being finished instantly.
-
McLean has said that gen tapping is not an exploit or cheating, so I doubt they will try and 'fix' something which is not broken in their eyes. However, gen tapping also wastes time for the survivors that do it, which is the purpose of Ruin in the first place - occasionally survivors can wait too long and can accidentally force a skillcheck, although this doesn't happen much at higher ranks. It can feel a little cheap, but unfortunately it will likely not be revisited :'(

So, NOED?

With hillbilly, I try to avoid being in open areas at all costs unless I know he is engaged somewhere else. If he gets close to you with no vaults, pallets or any sort of cover, you are dead meat unless you get very lucky with a 360. You need to be aware of the map you are on and your surroundings, and by always hugging and looping in areas with vaults and other terrain you can effectively stop him using his power to its full potential and force him to try and go for a lunge instead - same goes for LF and his chainsaw.
Lockers are a risky mindgame so I wouldn't try and use those to avoid the saw unless it is a last resort. If he starts to rev his chainsaw when you reach a pallet, go around for another loop unless you won't be able to go around the pallet in time to safety. Besides that and what was said above, you just need to practice and use other common killer countering strategies.

Ace was actually married to the Nurse, he faked his death and changed his name so he could spend all the money gambling in Vegas and was able to dodge death for a solid 100 years by using his gambling money to remain eternally looking like a 50's movie star.
-
A good nurse, because I am on console and they are the rarest thing to come by. Once, I ran into the same P3 nurse main a few times in a row and it was the most fun I have ever had in my life, really tested my skills and I am happy I got the chance to play against them even though I was severely screwed over in each game and only managed to survive once or twice.

I am in UK and at low ranks it can take from 10 seconds to a few minutes at lowish rank, but when I hit red ranks it can take up to 5-10 minutes, however this is most likely due to a lack of high rank killers. I have recognised a few names when I hit high ranks but only a small handful and we don't run into each other that much - I have never recognised low rank players except once when I recognised somebody who flamed me a few games prior in lobby.

Tommy Wiseau for Nea.

The grind is reasonable considering how you basically get them without paying real money at the expense of taking a long time. That is why there are options to pay with shards and cells - you either pay real money and get them immediately, or you spend real time grinding points and not have to spend a penny (which also further justifies why shard prices are so high, since if it took a low amount of shards the grind would be too small to justify spending real money). It is up to you whether you want to acquire them one way or another.

Some of you guys are taking a joke thread and its joke replies too seriously...

Huntress is very satisfying when you have mastered her and performs consistently well, so if you want both satisfaction and pips then go for her - her cosmetics are also pretty cool and in my opinion her gameplay isn't as tedious since there are so many different ways to go about hunting survivors, hatchet trickshots or not.
-
This idea is interesting and would for sure look cool, it would be very hard to do in-game. I'm no expert in modelling, but I've worked a little in the industry and to do something like this (ie adding new unique textures to each and every existing cosmetic, and every cosmetic to come afterwards) would take a large amount of time and resources that would quite frankly be better used elsewhere. The cosmetic priority is much lower than things such as bug fixes, balance changing and creating new DLC products like the maps and character models, and because of this there would not be much time at all to do something on this sort of scale for such a unneeded cosmetic option. I'd love to be able to use a bloody beanie on Quentin someday, but sometimes you just need to be realistic about some stuff :'(

You can make David be shirtless, what else could you possibly want?

Red Forest is honestly one of my favourite maps because of the rain alone, I would love for more subtle (or not so subtle) weather changes in new maps just for the feeling. I'd honestly sell my soul for a map with really stormy weather like that one F13 map.

Was trying to quote a joke but guess this wasn't the time or place, rip
Anyway, actually on topic this time, tunnelling can be seen as scummy but it's a valid strategy nonetheless. If the killer specifically targets you in numerous games for a long amount of time I believe that's reportable but I doubt this is what happened here. Sorry you had a bad game OP but best to just move on to the next game, if you get tilted then just take a break

Anyone else in this thread smoke weed

People who don't like pineapple on pizza are cowards and natural selection is coming for you.
