seriously it takes alot of mental fortitude to not dc as a survivor on hawking. any anti looping killer aka clown doc spirit etc makes life miserable on that map just due to bloodlust/their abilities. its unfun and its skilless. sure balanced landing can be decent on there but eventually they WILL get you. looping/mind gaming isnt skill anymore with these layouts. its just hold W as a killer and stack bloodlust.
Sadly the majority of the replies are killer mains that only want safe unpallets LOL. But on a serious note, I wouldn't mind only unsafe pallets if they at least nerfed bloodlust alittle to compensate. Killer will always win pallet mindgame interactions when they reach bloodlust 2.

STBFL is a good perk, no need to make it any more stronger. Unrelenting needs a rework.
-
The damn BM hatch really triggers me more than anything.
-
Main is Freddy, will always stick with him till day one. Might start using wraith once he gets the undetectable status effect because screw OoO.
-
what's the point of playing this game? All you see are sweaty killers that tunnel, use ruin, and bring ebony mori's Not surprised this game is dying.
-
Play on steam with a Nintendo switch pro controller.
-
Not a legion main, but faster vaulting speed and remove the huge penalty of your whole power being depleted while missing one attack. Feel bad for legion mains, character is so bad in so many aspects.

I had that happen on Hawkins just as she healed her friend. Worst part is I got to the hatch just as she DC’d, and had to watch her jump in the hatch infront of me, the sweatiest thing a Survivor can do I swear...
Good thing its bannable. Love it at the end when they act all dumb.
-
People like to use the strongest killer, I don't blame them. Lot of bullies on RR.

- Dead Hard
- Decisive Strike
- Borrowed Time
- Adrenaline
- Balanced Landing
- Deliverance
- Head On
- Sprint Burst
- Unbreakable
Also, if you look at the big picture, extending back to the start... well Survivors were insane at first so it turns out that alot of those "nerf" were to bring them back from the mountain they were on.
Wanna list Killer perks that can "Shift the momentum?" I'll wait.
Stay Civil okay?
Sigh completely missed the point of the comment. Did I ever say survivors didn't have second chance perks? Stay civil? Sure once people don't go assuming stuff.
-
Freddy is boring...…….spirit is boring...………..Nurse is boring...….. Dear god, entitled survivor mains seriously complain about every killer. I swear there is at least one complaining post for each killer.

Actually, Rancor is one I use occasionally with STBFL. Given I typically leave the obsession alone, this gives me an ace in the hole to pull it back.
Rancor is actually one of the few obsession perks that gives the killer a viable power all game and gives the obsession something in return (A full game and a warning it's coming), but it's stlll powerful enough to use.
With Rancor, the killer will let the Obsession Play, which is more than we can say with the old dying light.
Leave it alone. I'm kinda getting sick of all you weaklings trying to get rid of everything that suddenly shifts the momentum of the game against you. This game would lose it's soul if every single one of those mechanics was stripped from it.
Weakling? Lol apparently if you complain about a killer perk that automatically makes you a survivor main huh. Besides, I wouldn't be talking if I were you. Throughout dbd survivor perks got nerfed more frequently than killer perks. Survivor perks that would shift the momentum LOL

@PhearEternal said:
You went against the one person that runs Rancor, in all of DbD, got killed and are calling for it to be reworked? Is that right? That's basically what I just read.
Riiiight.
My solo teammate got killed, not me. Glad to see you are assuming. But no, it's just a badly design perk. It's either really good or really crap. Sorry for wishing for more killer perks to be viable. Guess I'll stick with the same old Ruin and BBQ.
-
Holy crap what is with everyone crying about the dedicated servers? I have no experienced any problems with it so far. A few stutters in some games, but that's it.

I wish teaming hardware banned people
Can you get banned for working with survivors at the end?
-
What is this? So many people in the forums cried that Legion Is weak, not our fault that the devs don't want to buff weaker killers. We have been asking for weaker killers to get stronger but they refuse.
-
What makes It worse is that week is midterm week.
-
Can you please explain why you gave such a small change to Mettle of Man? It is so hard to pull it off once, what is the point of it activating more than once?

You know the nurse can still teleport through walls, right? A good nurse still cannot be looped.
It's gonna be fine.
People seem to forget this XD
-
I hate the battlepass, but I'm not gonna make a post just to say I dislike it. I will just deal with the free one, don't really care too much for the cosmetics.
-
I'm in red ranks, and I never understand this mindset of it only being filled with Nurse/spirit mains. Have people forgotten that Billy and Freddy are also viable? Rank 2 Freddy and I can hold my own against swf groups.
-
Besides the numerous bugs in the ptb, it is overall pretty solid. Nurse changes nerfed her but not into obscurity like some people claim. Insta heals finally nerfed, archives are pretty decent. Only thing I am anticipating is the lore.
-
rank 2 as Freddy. People who say only Spirit and Nurse is viable clearly are delusional.
-
@Blueberry said:
If it wasn't for the nurse changes going too far imo and the completely unnecessary medkit buffs I'd agree.
Medkits got nerfed overall, don't know what you mean about it being buffed. Also nurse is not as bad as people say she is. She charges her additional blinks while in fatigue, so it's not that big of a deal imo.
-
Because Nurse mains now have to get gud.

that isn't saying much really, it's like saying a nickel is worth more than a penny. it is yes but doesn't really make much of a difference
LMAO Ight you got me. That was pretty accurate and funny at the same time. xD
-
Another True video...... On to the point, even with this nerf Nurse isn't gonna be bottom tier. She will still be better than clown and Legion.
-
People acting like it isn't sort of justified. Devs implemented it pretty bad, but the fact of the matter is she did need a change. Best killer by a large margin, tbh we should be happy that she won't be as useless as legion.
-
FYI, most people are actually find with the changes; or at the very least waiting for the ptb before jumping to conclusions like this post.
-
Hoping insta heals heal over time similar to second wind, instead of just instantly healing.

Of course, but no hints.
Fair enough, thanks for confirming it <3
-
A nurse main happy about the changes instead of crying about the nerfs before the ptb even released?? What kind of sorcery is this?
-
@December_1863 said:
how about wait to play her tomorrow on the ptb before whining
This is the dbd community. The OP is a clear representation of overreacting before testing anything. Whenever I played Nurse with additional blink add ons, it was too easy. Now I have to adapt??? Who would of thought that the best killer in the game by a huge margin would get nerfed. You children act so surprised.

Pallet stuns are unchanged. Line of sight means that if you draw a line between where you are and where you're looking an it hits a wall, you can't blink through it. In simple terms, "You can't blink through walls." (except for windows and low objects that you can see over)
Should we expect some perk changes as well during the ptb? Any hints? ;-)
-
Love people who cry about nurse nerf are people who use Nurse in order to get to red ranks. PTB hasn't come out yet and some killer mains are already crying.
-
Freddy would probably be thinking about some messed up things, being a pedo and all that. It would be cool if he was able to enter the dreams of other survivors and mess with them.
-
Dying light should be B tier. While by itself, it is pretty bad, with the combination of perks and add ons it can really slow down the game.
-
Why is brutal strength on B? Should be C cause it doesn't really speed up the time that much.
-
Sad that a troll discussion gets more views and comments then my other discussions that I genuinely put effort into. That's the dbd community for you lol.

Every single time I see a post about how bad camping and Tunneling is, I literally switch from survivor to killer and camp someone... So could you please stop complaining about it, because I still have 22 games to go now, and I'm not sure I can do that many more today.
No one is forcing you to do that, pretty dumb of you to blame others for your life choices.
-
Don't worry I use Freddy in red ranks...……. and survivors still complain.
-
How would you buff it without making it OP tho? The concept of faster movement speed is really good.
-
I forgot how killer sided the forums could be. According to the majority, the killer can do anything without consequences.

@yeet said:
when you are incapable of doing gens when a killer doesn't leave the hook you have not a soul to blame but yourself
if you hit a killer with 2 DS and still lose? that's just inexcusably poor play from you and your team.
You clearly are in rank 15 if you have this mindset, they camped the hook with the remaining 3 generators.
-
I play with a controller on pc, and the tiny bit of delay causes me to miss great skillchecks. I power through it depending on my mood.
-
@Mochan said:
Killers can be really toxic and entitled to, lots of killers DC when ruin blows up before they get a hook or when they get looped around a bit or if someone goes sabo. And if they don't DC they punish the survivor who dares make fun of him by face camping him on hook.
I don't want to hear about complaints on DC'ing survivors when killers act just as immaturely.
Especially if you're just running Nurse, Spirit or Billy.
This is just my post expressing my experience in red ranks as killer. I know killers can be toxic as well, although in my personal experience killers rarely dc. Besides, in a trial it is 4 times likely that you come across a toxic survivor, higher odds than one killer.

@WolfPad06 said:
@Peanits That doesn't really change anything though. People can STILL do a generator before choosing to go remove their traps now, if they wish. They just have the option to go remove their traps first since auras are shown with inactive traps.
Ruleset #2 forces the survivor to either spend a lot longer looking for boxes (since they can't see the auras) before doing a gen, or as you say, doing a gen first to have the auras shown but now they run the risk of going to the wrong boxes and/or getting chased and not having enough time to take them off.
I understand your argument, but the option to do what you claim R#2 base kit would cause is still there. R#2 base would simply make waiting for the trap to trigger to take it off a lot riskier, or forcing you to waste a lot of time to avoid that risk.
In absolutely no way, shape or fun is that a nerf to Pig.
Couldn't agree more. It would make the traps an actually threat, so often do I have the survivors take out the trap before it even activates. They want to do gens since they can't see the aura? Good! Once the trap activates, they have more pressure and anxiety XD
