I see SWF as a chance to get better at the game. Anyone can destroy solos at this point so I would rather be challenged by SWF then just steamroll solos all day. Plus it's fun how you can mess with a SWF's heads in ways you cannot mess with a solo groups heads.
Glad to see some people think the same.
-
Look whos "getting emotional" about the game. It is just a game sir right?
Lmao.
-
Yeah just downvote and never respond because you are a coward.
-
And yeah I don't care about surviving I just want people to work as a team. When there is a teabagger at the hatch and two people on their first hook... yeah that is awesome for the game.

It's always sad to see when a group of survivors doesn't get all the gens done simply because one survivor decides to not work and camp the hatch instead. I've seen this as a survivor and as a killer countless times.
If it enrages you too much, you should play SWF. That also eliminates the problem with random teammates dc'ing and ruining the game.
I also suggest to always bring Bond if you don't play full SWF.
You know what you are right. I was always playing solo because I play killer myself and think swf is broken.
But why should I care about others when obviously (judging by comments here too) no one is playing this game like a team if they are solo surviving.
I will go full swf swat team now and start using insta heals and flashlight also. Lets see how killer from this thread enjoy this. :)
-
But what was I thinking this forum only agrees with you if you have killer issues. Anything survivor related you get downvoted to hell lol.
-
Kiskashi don't even bother these people are selfish and worst teammates you can get in the game. They can only camp the hatch, nothing else.
-
Survivors should work together to get best results. But of course killer mains don't like that and try to support garbage behaviour which only helps killer.
-
Ok. Now I see what kind of people you are also in the game if you like this behaviour. This community is horrible I am taking a break.

Well, he escaped, you didn't, so clearly he must be doing something right.
Yeah he is doing good at being antimate. We both black pipped so no try again.
-
And he teabagged on top of everything. But that was expected.
-
I even unooked him.

Here, I'll upvote OP for being amazing! :)
@KillermainBTWm8 said:
No and no the real question is why is OP getting downvoted?
They probably misunderstood my intentions, I just wanted to confirm what others here said. But it is their choice to downvote I don't mind at all.

Is this a perspective thing? In other words, did it seem like he would not chase or down, or did he actually have clean shots he did not take?
I ask because I've had 3 gen situations where 1 survivor will try to get me to chase and loop, but I was not going to fall for it. I kept clearing gens until they made a mistake and could down one without running across the map like a fool. I had a tactical advantage and was not going to toss it away foolishly.
Why even play if people can get banned for trying to win? I am not sure about rules at all anymore, what is allowed and what is not.

Yet, he's right though.
That is your opinion. And you can make one without calling people names because no one will take you seriously if you do.

the number of people who do not understand why these people cannot just "do gens" in this thread is staggering
this thread has just turned into a landfill where morons can dump all their vitriol towards this particular person too, so it should probably be closed
And yet you call people morons.

You guys are really a bunch of crybabies.
Didn't she herself cried about it and tried to get innocent person banned?

Dont mention HER name on forums. Or any streamer. Naming shaming will get ya.

Thank you again to everyone who commented. With this, I'm satisfied with what I've heard and will be thinking it over now and into the future. Your input has been very informative.
Not just you I bet everyone learned something from this. I was interested in opinion of other people playing Myers and their playstyle so I could improve my own. This thread is awesome. :)

Its not holding the game hostage. You can exit the game without DCing.
Work on gen. Keep working even if Doc approaches. If they grab you off the gen, and drop you right away, congrats you are now on the 4 minutes bleed out timer (letting survivors bleed out is not bannable, by the way). If someone picks you up, keep working on gen and repeat.
Funny how holding the game hostage only applies to doc according to some people right? He is trying to protect the gens but he should give up and chase someone so others can do it right? But survivors shouldn't work on a gen when he is near.
What happens next. Doc is holding the game hostage and not survivors. By what logic?
-
Ok.
-
I am tired of this discussion.
-
Ok...

Come on Orion. Some people know your post history and that you are obviously leaning toward killer side.
-
@Peanits said:
The first one, I gotta' say that I'm not crazy about. Some time things come up and someone has to run out just before a game starts. It would suck to be automatically killed. I know you could end up getting hooked twice and sacrificed while you're away, but at least you've got a chance to come back and recover from it. On the other hand, if you're the killer, having them be automatically sacrificed means you can't use them to get your BBQ stack (or whatever other perks you might be using, like devour hope).
The other two I wouldn't mind. It seems pretty harmless.
Good point. First one is definitely a no when you think about it.
-
Why tho?
-
Why is every thread turning into people fighting each other?
-
Agreed to all.

@drunky26 said:
You answered your own question in the title.
Hard+toxicness I guess. People dislike being rekt.
-
It happens too many times. Most common reason is that people refuse to do gens if there is a ruin. And another one is that they are fairly new and don't know the placements of gens depending on the map and are easily scared.

you'll be happy you freed the slot up. I find empathy better myself.
I don't bring items because of lobby dodging. I might try to. It is hard to find games as survivors on ps4 tho.

Where did I say killers can't BM? Please, point it out to me.
You didn't said it directly but when you go on bashing one side without aknowledging that other side can do bad things too you are making it seem that way. And you always nitpick and try to excuse bad behaviour of one side mentioning some scenarios which invalidate other person experience.

The things that are actually written literally say the opposite, though.
Only the last thing you said.

Dude, nobody in this thread said that killers can't BM. You made that up yourself.
The way some of you talk certainly makes you think that.
-
Calling someone idiot really proves your point.

Not excusing BMing, but that situation has had me accused of BMing.
Literally nobody said killers don't BM. Get over it.
Then it was wrong. You were not bm'ing. Misunderstanding.
And yes we agree finally even tho you always like to go around nitpicking everything.
-
Your situation doesn't excuse bming tho. It happens whether you admit it or not. And it is obvious. In your case it isn't.
Killers do bm. Get over it.

When I have all the remaining survivors in the dying state, they like to crawl away to random corners of the map where I can't be sure if I can hook them or not. At that point, I follow them around, looking down, in case they know where the hatch is. I'd close the hatch, but that triggers Adrenaline, which might allow them to escape. Is it BM to take the safe course of action?
No.
-
Just like you don't have to tbag or click flashlight while you are escaping. Which is also bm.

The objective is to kill. What other objective would there be?
The objective is to kill yes. You can hook them. Downing them then noding or looking down at them is bm.
-
But it is bm if it is not used with objective in mind.

You're wasting your time by answering them.
This. I don't understand why you people talk to them.
-
Maybe people misunderstood what I was trying to say but I bet some of them think people playing killers are actually nice people irl and survivors are evil lol.
-
I meant someone being a survivor doesn't mean that person is less nice than a killer. Not that playing a role turns you into a toxic person.
What I meant by this thread is that people on both sides are equally toxic as a person.
-
@Judith said:
People who think playing a role in a video game makes someone more or less toxic are just biased.
The only reason you get more hate chat from survivors is because it is 4vs1 game. Playing killer doesn't make someone less toxic as a person. They show it during the game where they can have power. After the game they lose that power.
The problem with you guys is your way of thinking. If you think someone is nicer because they play one side or the other you are naive. People are equally toxic.
Just in case people don't see it.
-

So it is toxic not talking to people I see as toxic.
Ok...
-
See? You guys turn every thread into killer vs survivor. Even one I made for people to make peace with each other and aknowledge there is no "evil" side.
Why should I talk to you?
-
The problem with psn is you can make as many accounts as you want. Free of charge.
