How this thing works, because i got an email with a code in the last year. another time i try and i sucess subscribe on before may 15th and nothing, i never see anything again. I feel like this happens every few years where the definition of stuff like gen rush, tunneling and camping start to loose meaning in rage posts and discussion threads. So there's this thing i don't understand. Nobody likes being slugged for 5 minutes. It's a waste of time, you don't have fun, you lose anyway, etc etc. So why survivors hate it so much when it's done to them, but when they can do it to "screw over" the killer they immediately go for it? On 05/18/2024 someone hacked my Epic Games account and changed my name, I haven't used this Epic account for a while and it wasn't even installed on my computer. Furthermore, someone did something to my Dead by Daylight account that I don't use on Epic, which I use on Steam, but linked to by the Account Behavior website. So there seems to be some kind of bug going on right now were I'm crashing a lot and never had this issue before this latest Unreal Engine 5 patch. It seems to happen before and after matches. I was playing on RPD and fast vaulted into the East Side window right off of main (into the office like room, but not the further vault into the enclosed office like room) . There was a drone on the other side. Without being scanned previously, I instantly received a claw trap. I play on Xbox. All previous matches were fine, but in my last match when I loaded into the game I didn't have any of my perks or the item I had equipped. This game does not need these players to thrive. All they do is ruin the game for others. Please manage these players out of the community. I'm sick of at least 25% of trials on either side being over within a minute because someone gives up on hook or immediately runs to the killer to go next. The problem is getting worse, not better. There are several cosmetics with clipping issues, and new ones that I only noticed after the UE5 update. Davids rugby shorts and the pants that came with his techwear outfit clip with his shirtless torso, leaving parts of him see-through. Thalita has the same issue with her default shorts. This is the first game I've seen having this strange behaviour: while in menu, both cpu and gpu temps get higher compared to the perfomances and temps while in a match. when the game is in background temperatures and gpu usage get higher. Instead of the same old neon blue deep rift cosmetics that most people don't seem to use or want, what about bloody versions of the unlockable rift cosmetics instead? Wth this modifier being brough into the game, I've seen so many players returning to the game. I am personally really enjoying this, and don't want it to go. I believe the real the reason for this is because both sides, survivors and killers, are not always going up against the Meta. Just had a Solo Q match against a Bubba, who spent the whole match chasing a Thalita, allowing the rest of us to just focus on doing gens. She was amazing and only got downed after the 5th gen was completed. The Bubba then face-camped her in the basement, and whilst we all tentatively checked to see if we could save her, we realised there was no way and we all just left.
