I was playing on RPD and fast vaulted into the East Side window right off of main (into the office like room, but not the further vault into the enclosed office like room) . There was a drone on the other side. Without being scanned previously, I instantly received a claw trap. I just played a match on hawking where on the strairs leading up to the upstairs area there were no hooks. I was not able to hook the survivors that went down on the top floor. I thought that those hooks were guaranteed and always spawned. I might just be wrong but if not then this is bugged. This was on pc btw although I dont think it would matter.
