This has happened twice already on two different matches. The prompt for "No Network Connection" pops up during a live match, locking controls out for my player, while everyone else in the match continues on normally. BP scoring and PIP along with any daily quest or archive quest still scores... doesn't count as a disconnect either. After the new update I can't play the game. Everytime I get into a match it crashes. Sometimes it takes longer than other times, but eventually it crashes. I've validated my game files twice, I've reinstalled and I've had EAC fix itself but nothing is keeping my game from crashing. I'm also racking up dc penalties from testing it, which really sucks. Survivors can no longer lock repairing/healing/recovering/opening,etc animations in the 4.5.0 Update. Previously this was a feature so that players could change their settings without having to stop the game progression. If this will never be fixed please just add this as a feature (perhaps an optional setting to make these animations a toggle rather than a hold --- overall please resolve this1 comments 41 views last activity

I was doing the challenge "Hook 4 different survivors while using the Perk Nurse's Calling". I hooked all survivors, but the perk Barbecue and Chilli (level 1) showed only 2 tokens (As if I had hooked only 2 survivors). I don't know if the bloodpoints boost were working fine because I can't remember how much I had before noticing the bug. The rift challenge though got completed. Umm as a Ps4 player I don’t want the GUI to be bugged it seems I have to look all over the place now pretty sure it’s a bu. if not I’m not playing this game anymore and ban me from the forums thank, if this bug is not fixed the devs truely can suck the fattest log imaginable. I have connected a controller to my PC that hasnt given me issues up until last week when it suddenly does not register as soon as we load into the game. It will work when I'm unlocking the blood web or equipping items but is completely unresponsive when I try to play the game. After the most recent update (4.3.2), my PC won’t run Dead by Daylight because they say the file mentioned in the title is missing. So far, I’ve tried: 1.) Re-Downloading the game 3 times 2.) Verified the files 3.) Checking the Steam files for the missing file Etc., etc. Name it, I’ve tried it. Making a post here and sending a support ticket to the devs is currently my last hope. The problem occured 2 days ago and I just simply can't play the game on steam. Every time I try to load into the match it disconnects me in the lobby, loading screen or in the first 2 minutes of the game. I always get error 500 and "Disconnected from the host" message. this has happened with Several characters. I waste my time grinding and using points to unlock perks that aren't even gonna show up. I can level up characters 20-25 levels without perks showing up. If it exists, there shouldn't be discrimination with which character unlocked perks show up in. PC/ Steam I simply play the game as normal, but within 30 seconds, my game simply freezes. I can still hear my breathing ingame and can hear myself move around, but my screen is frozen. Sometimes this happens when I load up into the main menu, not even searching a match. I get no error/crash window and simply task manager my way out. I entered a game as a survivor (Tapp 50) and immediately after exiting the tip screen, the map loaded as a frozen picture of the barrel on fire in the map. No music, no character, no info bar. After nothing happening for a minute, I hard exited the game to reload it. And this wouldn't be nearly as annoying, except I depipped (-2) out of green ranks into yellow. Played as Felix vs a Freddy. Had a Steve on the hook in the basement. I went down with Freddy close behind me, let him hit me once and of course, went into the dream world. Then with Borrowed Time, I assumed I would be able to save Steve, however, Borrowed Time did not trigger, is there any reason for this? Never had this issue before! Video linked/attached. I just finished playing a match as the twins and the survivor escaped through the hatch with victor attached. Shouldn’t the same rules apply as with the pig, when you can’t exit unless the trap is removed? Went through the logs and it keeps trying to debug the file ucrtbase.dll, couldnt find the file anywhere. Lots of people told me its a coding issue, C++ redist issue. Hi Devs, I'm running a mild overclock on my RTX 3080 and have played games like Mordhau (which is more graphically intense than this) without crashing. I also ran my overclock on 15 mins of Furmark without issues. I am playing lots of other games without issues but DBD seems to crash.
