We don't have an end date to share at this time. In the meantime, though, what are your initial thoughts? Any feedback?
Considering the amount of crashing and the issues with games outside dbd i am experiencing since this update.

My thoughts are you should either give us an end date or end the trial. Missing a week of DBD over this is one thing. Missing 2v8 is something else.
It is incredibly frustrating that you are doing this to Steam users. Almost feels like a punishment since we all know the majority of cheaters are on Epic Games. Denuvo is causing many players countless problems and silence on this matter makes it feel like BHVR doesn't care about us.
Cheating is DBD is a problem that needs to be addressed certainly, but rather than switching to a problematic anti-cheat like Denuvo, please just stick with EAC and then with the upcoming rebuild of the game add server side validation. Server side validation would be much better at catching and stopping cheaters than EAC or Denuvo ever could be. Especially catching subtle cheaters which are the worst. Punishing players by switching to a worse performing anti-cheat is not a good solution compared to server side checks.
I am with others in not playing DBD till this trial is over. How long it goes on for will be something I will consider when it comes to deciding whether or not to buy a new skin or character when they come out. No point in spending money in a game I can't play. I haven't felt this much against giving BHVR money since the horrific Walking Dead chapter release and controversies.
I am inclined to agree with the above comments in response to this. It has been a week since I've been able to play the game due to severe input lag, and I know I'm not even experiencing the actual computer crashes others have been describing. I have submitted a ticket to support as was suggested in the main feedback thread, but I'm unclear as to what they'll be able to do about it. As many people said in the main thread, EAC is still running as well and may be a significant contributing factor to why all the issues are happening, but as others have pointed out, Denuvo itself has been known to cause performance issues.
It is incredibly frustrating to many of us who are affected by the issue to not have an end date in sight. I would like to play the current event and make progress in the rift that I have payed for. It would be one thing if we knew when this would be over so we could play the game we enjoy and paid for, but to be told there is no end in sight is deeply upsetting and disappointing.
