Whoever decided the maps needed 1,000,000 pallets must be out of their mind this game killer side was already an anxiety riddled humiliation ritual now you add a pallet every two steps?
What map are you talking about, I've ran into several maps today filled with dead zones.
It seems like this topic is extremely RNG and situational.
All of them seems like i couldn't go five feet without a survivor going for one, i'm mostly talking about the recent update to add more Pallets and eliminate many dead zones.

Yea, there are still a ton of dead zones depending on the map, and areas with a crazy number of pallets in others. Most of the pallet adds seem to be at the edge of the maps in general. It's really map dependent.

Are you talking about the updated map? Have you noticed that every location where pallets were added at the map's edges is connected to a nearby hut, pallet loop, or windows? This makes the decision to kill or not kill heavily favor the survivors. Right now, playing as M1 Killer in a ritual leaves me utterly exhausted from having to make too many decisions and strategic plays around each pallet.

So, break chase and patrol other gens… You don't have to down on every chase, especially because you have to be careful with that first person you find… More often than not, they're a looper and want to be chased. Find the limp sheep.
Besides no, it's not "every location", it's random. RNG man.
Look at that - we're already ahead of schedule. I thought it would at least be another day or 2 of coordinated YouTube releases parroting the same complaint before it spilled over onto the forums.
I've seen a thread or 2 but thought there was still a bit more time before everyone jumped on the echo chamber bandwagon.
Killers are still winning matches, just like before, pallets are fine.

I have seen many busted palett grounds that reminded me of old DBD or original garden of joy like that side of the map where was like 2 jungle gyms and and other 3 paletts leading to shack which is like no no for me to even go there and survivors wonder why Im at one place not going after them.

Right now my advice is dont play m1 its getting worse and worse with m1 killers, before that palett adding patch killer like doctor was solid m1 or better m1 killer because of his antiloop but now he droped one tier down for sure because that amount of paletts arent good for m1 killers (maybe wraith with addon that gives you 60% breaking speed can) or killer like bubba.

I'm enjoying the BF6 beta test, so until the Halloween event comes to DBD, I'll just fire it up when I feel like it.
Where are these pallets? I'm still seeing dead zones in maps and getting paired with Survs in SoloQ that lose both their health states in under 7 seconds while running woo.
Tldr: This is an archived version of the DBD forum, it has all posts, comments and media. The archived data will be published at the end of October. This site is not in any way affiliated with or endorsed by Behaviour Interactive.

Yeah, it is pretty horrific.

Some maps are ridiculous with the amount of pallets especially with a survivor running windows.
But I just break them mid chase if it's early as it hinders survivors later when most pallets already broken.
Chased a survivor for 7 pallets lost 2 gens but got 3k as map now had multiple dead zones and all god pallets gone.
It's knowing when to disengage from chase that can make a difference to outcome of a match.
