Rage Quit
Just got a message from a killer after I quit a game. Yes. I admit I quit one early. Let me tell you why though.
Within seconds after starting a match I was taken down and hung. No problem. That happens. Almost immediately after being hung another survivor runs up and takes me off the hook. Killer was standing right there.
Killer immediately hits and hangs me again.
The exact same survivor starts running towards me to remove me from hook again. I quit before they had a chance. I was not going to give them the opportunity to get points for removing me from the hook when I was just going to get hit and hung again immediately. I would have literally been hung for a third time without getting a single point.
So..... if you are a playing as a survivor and you take other survivors off the hook while the killer is right there you are selfish and I personally will NEVER give you the opportunity to remove me from a hook because you want cheap easy points. If you are playing as a killer how about going after the survivors that are playing in such a selfish manner instead of rewarding their selfish behavior?
We all want to play this game and have it be fun. Those that play it that selfishly ruin it for all of us. So when you play as a killer I implore you to do as I do. When you see a survivor doing what is described above you should tunnel them. Make them regret it.

Your situation I understand why you would disconnect your have no control over those situations. Which don't happen all that often. I think it's crap when someone gets downed and dc. Cause they didn't feel like being hooked.
Just like there is no rule that says you cant quit so 🤷🏻

I was meaning that even with how ######### and garbage the killer was with out the buff that people could still get kills with out camping people to say camping doesnt pay off and im a killer main. Im trying to get across that there isnt a point in camping and it doesnt make it fun really for either side and it makes you look lazy that you go for the easier target instead of trying for the person who saved to kinda have a challenge sorry if it come out wrong and im a killer main not survivor
I don't consider it scummy to down someone when the unhooker dips and the unhooked is alone with nowhere to go. I'm not going to just IGNORE an injured survivor. No the scummy thing is pushing past a body blocking teammate to down the unhooked. Sorry but downing someone to gain pressure without killing them is a win win, if their teammates want to pick them up. I do treat ppl the way I want to be treated. That's why I don't tunnel or camp, however I'm not gonna let survivors do whatever the hell the want and get away Scott free either! If it's not made up rules it's scummy lol
They will punish ragequitting without addressing any of the reasons why people might legitimately decide to quit.
Addressing only half of the problems is so much BHVR.
I assume they included a "Leave Match" button because we're allowed to use (not abuse) it.
I quit on a few rare occasions as well.
Not when you're right next to the hook. Regardless, even if you get DS to work you've still lost a hook phase and DS right at the beginning of the match. Plus the killer is likely to tunnel you. Not really a solution.

As killer you’re doing us allow a favor by DC bc then we dont rank up we don’t rank up we verse you again an again no get point s while you wasted you’re life DC instead of trying to escape or bring DS if you’re afraid of tunnellers
That's not the problem, the problem is survivors farming each other because they want to ruin the other's experience.
The fact that you need a perk to stop this behavior says enough of how much of a problem this is.
If i was the killer i would have downed the unhooker and left you alone. Noone wants to sit down and play a game to have fun or relax and have to endure ######### like that.
Its times like this i believe that the leave match button was left in the game intentionally.
Some matches are #########.
As opposed to walking around and occasionally clicking a mouse button.

You've just described rank 20 killer experience aka walk in the park. Try playing killer at rank 1 without using any top tier mindgames.
Imagine thinking only one side requires any thought to play.
You just said "play against the "top" players like a rank 20." Do you see anything wrong with this?
Not if the killer is smart about their timing and downs you before you get to move; hook animation overrides DS.
Where in that head of yours did I say rank 20 contains top players?
He also thinks DC's are not punishable or against the rules.
You're better off ignoring posters like this that contribute nothing positive to the community.
Only time I'll ever DC is if the connection is too bad.
You rage quit, you get banned after some times. You dont must explain why you ragequit. You did it, its your problem with the ban. Im rly hard with that, because DbD is a rage quit game. Every second game , I got 1-3 rage quit survivors. And after the game they flame me some stuff(camper,noob,tunnler,etc..). DbD need the Rainbow Six Siege bann system.
