This is bait, right?
Wha- why exactly is the reasoning behind this idea? People use it to tell teammates "hey the killers camping"
People already use VoIP to communicate that.
What about us solo survivors?
They're wanting to nerf solo survivors. Pretty sure they're just trolling. @PhantomMask20763
@fluffybunny oh, well I'll just let myself out then
I gotchu. Lemme get my van. @PhantomMask20763
Devs have stated multiple times they want to bring solo up to SWF, so I have no idea where you're getting your info from.
@Sythalin And nerfing the only means of communication while hooked helps in that? Bruh. It doesn't even work once they are on their second hook.
Do you have candies in that van? Vans with candies are traps!
No. This is just a tool to help solo survivors get on the same level as SWF. If anything, unhook attempts by other survivors are what should be an all-in interaction, to prevent unhook trolls.
They have traps, but no candies sadly. Source: was in the van.
Your preaching to the choir sadly my friend. These survivor mains will defend this BS till the day this game dies. They KNOW what flailing on the hook means and they also know it COMPLETELY NEGATES any possibility to bait unwitting survivors into a save.
So as long as they know this is yet another OP advantage they have over the killer, they will defend it.
U know honestly I feel they were just being dumb. And while it is dumb one could say in fairness that anyone who unhooks without knowing were the killer is. Would be as bad as a camping killer.
@ColgateAdvancedWhite @BillyIII Soccer moms don't have candies. They have pretzels! I:
Just another bait post folks move along.
This thread is beyond ridiculous. LOL.
You want it to count as a full attempt because someone’s flailing their arms while on the hook??? 😂😂😂
Most of the time, people do it just to do it and NOT to communicate.
It’s nice to know you are that majority of the killer mains that get pissy about every little thing including minor communication.
You can do morse code on the hook it's OP obviously.
Bait
wat.
I think to prevent this, the killer should have the option to duct tape the survivor to the hook. This would prevent the arms from flailing. In term, to make a successful hook rescue, the survivor must first find a pair of scissors in a chest to cut the duct tape, unless of course they have DS.
I must say, the OP is truly brilliant. Your suggestion has found a way to make DS useful again
He calls most things survivors do an exploit, don’t mind him.
Someone got salty at the flopping fish on the hook

Killer main? Rofl. I haven't played killer in months.
It’s nice to know you are that majority of the survivor mains that thinks they're witty and clever but are actually clueless, both in game and in life.
See? I can focus on ad hominem instead of the topic itself too.
It's a nice idea to use it to signal that the killer is near, but it should come at a small cost. In order to provide the choice to lengthen the time or shorting it by providing a certain message!
There's already a perk that shows if the killer is near (Kindred). Arm flailing is basically just a free version of said perk. Of course people like PinkEricka refuse to see it this way to acknowledge this point, just like denying that VoIP gives 10+ other free perks (in addition to Kindred).
Not everyone uses VOIP.
First, arm flailing is a very inaccurate way of communication. It is in no way comparable to Kindred.
Second, doing changes that would only penalyze solo survivors is stupid, since if anything it should be the opposite. And no, not everyone uses voip.
@Sythalin Your thread said all that needed to be said.
You’re literally complaining about someone quick spamming a button in a game... you look stupid.
P.S if you wanna reply.. @ me when you quote. or else I won’t get notified 🙂
I'm fully aware on how to make sure people are notified; I choose not to. I also see you conveniently ignored my later post on how arm flailing = free kindred perk.
P.S. I don't care that an internet nobody thinks I "look stupid". Feel free to try again when you can actually contribute something more than "you're a stupid head!" like the toddler you portray yourself as.
You started another thread being pissed off about everything.
If solo survivors can't flail to alert everyone else that the killer is camping, then the Sacrifice Timer should stop when the killer is within 32 meters.
I'll be okay with it.
Every flail should count as a full attempt to escape.
Literally the entire post. If you read that as being "pissed off about everything", that's on you sport.
