If FNaF is going to be in this year's anniversary, I might come back to DbD
Haters beware. FNaF is the absolute bomb. The sickest and scariest horror franchise in the world. I think it's even better than Friday the 13th and IT combined, so it would definitely be a great addition to Dead by Daylight.

Isn't baitposting against forum rules?
Yep 100%, I've learned that the hard way twice.
Memes aside, I hope it happens.
Just for the sheer fury it generates.
dont worry it's not bait
OMFG you're back! and also your comment made me laugh.
It's not.
Gonna get the popcorn when it comes out.
Not sure there's a place for a robotic bunny rabbit from a kids game, but then again there is a kpop killer 🤔
yuh.
It is unironically made for kids tho
FNAF isn't happening for a few reasons.
eh, at this point is gonna happen at some point ever since the hype with Hellraiser. Heck, it was on the official DBD survey so devs are aware of it.
Literally Steve in Smash Scenario. If you like it or not, it's bound to come ingame at some point.
I going to feel nothing but joy as I scroll through the 100 forum posts asking to remove fnaf from dbd or I'm quitting because of fnaf.
As someone who has only played a little bit of the vr game at most I'd love to see FNAF in DBD. People tend to overlook the fact that it was the spark that resurrected the horror genre back into gaming. Every big company was begging for that FNAF tier money.
It has too much controversy surrounding its creator.
Adding a chapter during or near Pride Month would be such a slap in the face.
Whats ironic is lot of people did that during Hellraiser lol.
Having 1 killer won't make a difference in the game. 27 other killers so highly likely you won't face him all the time unless its S-Tier.
Unless devs say otherwise FNAF has a chance and due to popularity it will come at some point
Yeah yeah, bring it up all the time as the "Top reason". Just like Slenderman and many others you had complained about. Fnaf being a kids game is a better reason than that since most people say that instead.
Not like Jeepers Creepers issue since that actually makes sense cause ya know.
Most likely you don't like characters that are overused by content creators cause of "Cringe". Before was Fnaf for kids and now it's about that.
Unlike Jeepers Creepers, Devs never gave an official statement saying no to the chapter so that means [Drumroll] It has a chance.
i thought you were done with the game for good for pretty serious reasons?
Well... tbh I wasn't a fan of FNAF coming to DBD... but after all the new killers making it to DBD, I say why not at this point in time.
Quench the thirst for FNAF players and we'll all be happy.
Exactly, Might as well since the main IP's we want are not possible yet like Jason and Pennywise or Alien so might as well get Fnaf out of the way so everyone can focus on the Classic horror characters.
I don't think Jeepers Creepers makes sense.
Have I upset you in some way?
Dead space would be a far better license
No but I can see you being using the ancient ways of "Sarcasm" to try to get in skin, so I am just gonna roll with that.
I am saying there is a good reason why Jeepers Creepers is not and will never be in DBD.
Anytime I chat with you it turns into a back and forth situation, so just gonna leave it at that
If King and Paulie like to see Fnaf in DBD who are Fog Whispers I am pretty sure Devs would like to have Fnaf in DBD
I said this in another post and I'll say it again. I just want Fnaf in to see people's reaction.
Me at this point.
I only wanted Fnaf so it can be in the Hall of Horrors, Though now I just wanna see lot of people raging and threatning to leave if it becomes a chapter.
I'm not being sarcastic.
We know how much BHVR values their Fog Whisperers opinions.
speak for yourself
I was.
well uh...
keep doing that i guess
There is also a Fog Whisperer that said he'd boycott the chapter if FNAF came to DBD.
Well either way, its up to BHVR and no official statement has been given and was on the official survey so Fnaf can still happen.
If a lot of fans want it and it's something BHVR mentioned/acknowledge, then it's still possible
Scooby Doo was also on official survey, as were about 50 other franchises from a variety of genres.
Which BHVR also tried to get but Warner studios turned them down.
So a game with tons of gore and a man who got spring locked and a guy who lured 5 kids into a room and killed them is a game for kids? Stop. Your making me laugh.
Is this legit or just a rumor?
Kind of makes sense seeing how they retconned the zombie island movie (Just people in masks that they THOUGHT were real zombies).
Got a quote, tweet or some kind of proof of that? Realistically I don't ever see it happening but I don't think I've seen them bring it up outside of the survey. The only thing I could find on it was an interview from thegamer which I wouldn't call a reliable source.
Hell, right in the article they say Chucky wouldn't work because it's too much a comedy but they would totally get Scooby Doo if they could. Because you know, that's much more horror related then Chucky lol.
Nearly everything was on the official survey lmao
There were probably 100 licenses and a few were really questionable
It's target audience is kids. That doesn't make it bad but it's literally marketed towards kids and that's undeniable
I mean, even though I don't follow FNAF at all and was kind of a huge anti-FNAF4DBD person, I have to say that franchises can change their premise as time passes.
That's like saying Harry Potter is for kids and yet as the story went by, it became more mature alongside with its readers/viewers. I wouldn't jump to conclusions with FNAF in that regard.
I was actually going to say it started as a fun little project but once they realized what they had, they marketed it to kids, hence where we are now.
It's marketed towards kids as of 2022.
Whelp...
I just think it's not a bad idea to give them a chance and I mean "them" as in BHVR.
I'm kinda out of free passes when it comes to BHVR.
I'm also out of passes for the FNAF fandom that spams the Forums whenever there's a shadow in a picture on the DBD Twitter.
Ah, nvm then
it is gamer but I say it has some truth. Plus if they did lied then BHVR would have came out and said something since think quite people mentioned this a bit in the media but I take it with a grain of salt, but this most likely could have happened.
Overall only thing Scooby do related we prob ever get is a charm or a halloween outfit with a reference. Like tbh would you wanna see a childhood cartoon from Hannah Barbara be slaughtered with mori's?
Banana Splits does not count since they only did that knock off because of the left over Fnaf stuff they had before Scott decided to move with Blum house.
I think even though it's made for kids it would translate well into the M rated DBD environment where it can thrive and lean more on it's adult/gruesome elements. Being made for kids doesn't diminish or devalue something imo.
Scooby Doo was on the official DBD survey too. Can't wait for Fred to unmask every killer in the next years anniversary!
I'm going to enjoy reading the foruns if this happens
Jumpscares are not scary.
You see the issue in your statement, right?
,,Theres a fog whisperer who wants FNAF so BHVR probably want them too!"
,,But theres also fog whisperer who said they would boycott them if its FNAF.."
,,Well but its up to BHVR, why should they care for fog whisperer?"
Not saying i am for or against FNAF.
At this point i dont even care anymore.
All i want is a castlevania chapter which, unfortunatly is more unlikely than FNAF..
But well tbf they got Silent hill so there IS hope.
Just put it in so all the FNAF fans can finally shut up at every new chapter/anniversary.
