We need more perks that slow down the killer, as there are already some add ons for slowing survivors down. This would be a good way to make DS more interesting and punish killers, more than a short stub.

Agreed. Get rid of the stun and just make the killer move slower. Great suggestion!

What a reasonable suggestion. What are you doing here? XD. Just kidding around. Ds in its current iteration should probably be base kit but there's a lot of slowdown effects on killer's I imagine should be base kit so a light buff like this would be nice for ds.

Decisive Strike should have Lucky Break, Iron Will and Sprint Burst built in, so it's an actual anti-tunneling perk that stops tunneling instead of delaying it for 5 seconds.
