At this rate you might as well lock out MORI too since survivors no longer have something just as GOOD or OP. Its not really fair you take away something from one side and not from the other.
Didn't the Dev's say it was causing issues and they didn't want to make different settings for every new map. Its not a nerf, they'd just rather put the effort somewhere else.

What are you so angry about? Who cares about the moonlight offerings?
I'm still upset over them removing them as well, like why didn't they think of this early on? Did they think they'd never have more than like 5 maps or something? Why put items into your game only to remove them later because you had no sense of forethought?
(What's the point in retiring them from KYF as well? Why not just restrict them to the maps they're useable on ffffs?)
Plus now there's no way of getting that achievement for burning an ultra rare offering if you only play survivor. When are survivors getting another ultra rare offering to replace the one they lost devs (if nothing else bump something up to Ultra Rare, like Party Streamers)?

YOu know how long the darkest moonlight couldnt be unlocked from the bloodweb anymore? Some peoples monitors cant handle how dark the game gets so have to quit which is one of the main reasons why the got it out of the bloodweb. Its fun to use but to powerful. Mori...just dont get caught? Its simple.

Moonlight offerings have not been a thing for ages. The only change is that people who had a stockpile from waaaaaay back in the day can no longer use them.

People with a stockpile, yes, as well as save file modders who hack them in to use them.
That being said, since moonlight offerings have been out of the bloodwebs for ages, the devs never bothered to create new maps with moonlight changes in mind because they shouldn't have existed anymore.
It's not 'laziness' that the devs didn't create maps that are incompatible with moonlight offerings - the offerings were never meant to exist at that point.

Moon Offerings have been unobtainable for ages now. Disabling them seems like a perfectly fine step to stop veterans from screwing with games by owning items they flat out shouldn't have.
"Literally being unable to see because it's too dark" is not the same as "being out on your second down instead of your third." People act like Moris are a big deal and while they are impactful they're really not that bad overall.
That's an exaggeration. Darkest moonlight offerings were originally made for the old engine where they worked fairly well. Due to changes in the way lighting worked in the engine update, these offerings could make some maps excessively dark to the point where you could hide in plain sight and not get spotted.
I'm all for Mori's getting removed or heavily nerfed too, but the moonlight offerings were not working properly, and they couldn't even be found for a long time. There was ample time to use them up.

Wth did the moonlight offerings even do?!?!?!?
There used to be 4 moon light offerings. One made the map 70% brighter (almost like daytime), 35% brighter, 35% darker, and 70% darker (sometimes nearly pitch black).
Imagine like in real life whenever there is a full moon how bright it lights the area vs how dark it is with a new moon.

I do wish they'd add the lightning stuff back in. I thought it was cool (from a killer main)
I would like a couple new offerings to influence the match, but removing moris is silly. Be objective.
You're trying to survive a hellish nightmare... not be able to throw something very strong in the face of the killer.
You're not "supposed" to survive. You're not entitled to survive.
Surviving should be rare and a treat.
Your correct my friend, surviving from a brutal killer with weaponry sometimes unimaginable should be rare and a reward, moris make this so much more difficult to survive the trial, WHY DO YOU THINK MATCHES ARE CALLED TRIALS

most moris for killers are good like hag, myers, huntress, and clown and when they are seen as secrets, good survivors will notice this and try to not go down twice

Are there any plans on making the current maps a little lighter?
Crotus Penn for example requires me to play in a dark room.
first off: the moon offerings have been renoved from the bloodweb ages ago. now they simplpy disabled them.
also, how in the world are the moon offerings, which were available for the killer too btw, as strong as a memento mori? besides the fact that the moon offerings have been removed due to lighting issues on the maps, a memento mori completely changes the way the game is played and grants us a great killing animation! these two offerings are not even comparable to each other...

I think they changed it to use a ur addon or item without using a white ward

At least try to sound convincing.
It was sarcastic/kinda true I mean a all p3 Claudette team is when I pull out either the game or yellow fog offering's so I can find them and negate there stealth

Well yes there's "Risk it All", I'm talking about "Gifts for the Fog." Burn an Ultra Rare Offering. If they've changed that in the interim then they also need to change the description.
It seems they have it no longer says as survivor it just says in a public match burn a ultra rare offering so I think you get it for using a ebony mori

Moonlight offerings are we really talking about this?

moonlight offerings were literally impacting how the devs made the game
Asymmetrical game, four survivors who can use offerings while there is only one killer.
Plus, the offerings were removed from bloodwebs quite a while ago. There was more than enough time to use them.

Huh?
Moon Offerings were taken away from Killers too.
If we do what you want, Survivors lost 1 and Killers 2.
I thought you wanted this to be fair...
I've still got some stashed away - I like the descriptions. Something about the moon smiling...
