Will billy get an addon pass?
Almost all of his current addons are just pointless. They all give some small benefit in some very specific situation. Aside from huntress he is probably the killer who needs an addon pass the most. The only time I ever feel like addons impact my gameplay as billy is lopro chains and speed limiter.

The entire idea of the update was to make the addons 90% useless and his power mediocre because he upset new players.
yeah I just really dont want it to be stuck like this its kinda depressing to see the old 2nd best killer now be outclassed in like every single way by other killers.
I really, really hope so. The Devs have already shown willingness to revist their revisits, hopefully Billy will join the bandwagon, and maybe by that point this metaphor will make sense

Honestly, everything should be reverted, from the pathetic and unnecessary overheat mechanic to his add-ons which are now useless.
Why did they decide to nerf one of the most balanced killers in the game is beyond me. The only OP thing about Old Billy was the insta-saw, and even that can be debatable.
I don't expect anything more in the near future other than his buggy animations getting fixed.
They'll probably change him again when they see his costumes don't sell because nobody plays him anymore and they have sold enough DLCs.
Billy nerf was nothing more than a greedy and biased move.
They've shown willingness for many things, for example addressing SWF problem (aka SWF being considered the same as solo Q from point of balance, despite outclassing solo Q in every way possible) 4 years ago, yet they've yet to do anything.
Billy's problem are not addons, is the stupid overheat mechanic that ruined the killer and his addons.
not really the only thing going for him is mobility. You want instadowns in chase play bubba, you want mobility play blight, you want both play Oni.
Hopefully, many of his new add-ons are either outright pointless or too situational to be of any use most of the time.
