they literally just need to make two changes in code lines:
Stackable:True
Portion: 104%
(something like that)
for some reason they are proud of delaying every update to the next tuesday, and after so much time, the game gets broken in other aspects
Yeah, that's not how that works. That's just you giving a generic description of what the cakes are supposed to do using plain text. Clearly the issue lies elsewhere, because I'm willing to bet that's what they already did.
@Peanits Peanits any update regarding of bug fix please ?
thanks
They will probably fix it when the event is over knowing them xD they had a 500mb update the day the event came out but apparently didnt include it in fix. It's easy code that they cant even get right for their 4th year (pretty good start so far). And all I can think about is how much worse is it going to be from here. 🤣
Theres no point playing killer to get cakes cause 9 out of my 10 games has some or all sound issues. And playing survivor is either NOED, mori, tunnel and camp or some killer saying "Let's farm" then immediately facecamps you on first hook. So yeah. For me right now, I have no incentive of being able to enjoy myself in this game right now so I'm not too bothered. Even their game loading screen is cringy asf with the devs trolling their own game.

Go apply for a job at BHVR if the code is so easy and you can so clearly fix it. If you can easily sort out their problems I'm sure they'd love to hire you.

Imagine wading through that mess of spaghetti code. I'd quit.

one of my friends knows about programming and he explained me in an "english way" that's the issue he can identify, they misspelled 4 and 0 with the portion and used False instead of True in the stackable line, he coould also identify which are the bloodwebs which are forced to spawn cakes, t doesn't matter if yoou're prestiged or not tho.
Obviously there are more codelines but in those 2 yeah, that's how the fix works.
Point being, And I think I'm not alone here, Is that this cake bug seems like something that should be pretty easy to fix and we are 2+ days into the event.

Never said I can do code, but thanks for assuming. No, my older brother who has a career in coding for a company said that this is basically baby code to fix compared to others he has to work with and he's been doing that for 5 years now. But hey if youd like a job at having a go and being a smart#ss at someone for no apparent reason, go right ahead ^^ WE... SUPPORT YOU.

It'll be Soon™
Would not be surprised, if those cakes only work at the anniversary and are completly useless after. Then i will just quit this game.
Nah, they will be useable later as well.
They're useable whenever. I still have several of LAST year's cakes that gave 103%.

So congrats you've discovered the issue they have and the reason they're having issues. Thank you for debunking your argument yourself, good day.
You're right, they do need to fix Pyramid Head's cake, can't believe they got rid of it 😔😔😔
What argument? That is literally the only thing i said lol.
I'm sorry man, I confused you for someone else responding to me.
Do they outsource coding or do it inhouse?
I have 105 of these cakes saved just waiting so I can burn them q.q
68 for ph and counting lol
