Thats great! :D But i am more interested in cross progression, i just bought dbd on PC and I really dont want to start over again
Did he say what platforms specifically had crossplay or was it just pc-console?
They said theyre looking into that too, but have to work it out with their partners (sony, nintendo, ect) so cant give any info on that atm.

They said theyre gonna bring it out in 2 waves. First wave will be just steam and windows store for adding crossplay friends features and 2nd wave will have EVERYONE play together.
AND cross-progression too!
As someone who plays on both PC and PS4, I'm more than a little excited.
This is wrong. PC is absolutely decimate console players. They have proven over and over they don't give a damn about optimizing the console ports of the game. Between framerate drops, stuttering, the fact that they won't update it for KB&M compatability on console, console players won't have a chance. If crossplay goes live with no change to these factors any further purchases made by console players will be a massive waste of their money. And if they claim they'll be working on those things maybe we'll see it in 4 years who knows.

More incentive to stop playing dbd until the improvements arrive...yay
More incentive for console players to never spend another dime on the game until they start doing some optimization on console and include keyboard and mouse compatibility or console players are going to get decimated by PC players...period.
If consoles are even going to be able to handle a graphics update. I hear that people get consistent frame drops and performance spikes as is...
The PS5 and Series X are 120 FPS, from 60. It's a pretty big jump and the graphics also increased.
You do know that you will most likely be able to toggle crossplay off if you don't want to, right?

Great! Now just let me choose who I crossplay with. As a PS4 player, I only want to play with Xbox, not PC.
No crossprogression yet. They brought up the idea but have to get it worked out with nintendo and all them so cant say anymore.
i'm afraid you can't choose sweetheart, get used to play with PC players or just opt-out and stay in ps4 servers.
I know, mother, but it wouldn't be difficult to allow such an option.
My mind was completely blown with that announcement. I had a bit of doubt hearing all the rumors but I'm so happy I can play with other players outside of PS! 🥳🥳🥳

Yeah, i know but u ever played modern warfare? they just allow you to put it on/off, you can't choose your favorite platform, time to get used to PC players. if they would allow smth like that, what's the point of crossplay then? more like "half crossplay"
I hope they will add the ability to use Mouse and keyboard on PS4 and Xbox One. COD:Warzone lets you plug in M&K and it detects it and you can set it up just as good as a PC. So i hope BHVR does the same.
Yeah, I own it, but I turn of crossplay. Warzone hackers are incredibly common. Mess common now, but common.
