BBQ and No Skill

BBQ and Chili is completely out of hand and overpowered. I am going endless waves of matches against killers ALL of whom take it. THEN, survivors getting lucky if we even get ONE generator down.

The reading aura portion of the perk is absurd and should be removed. The aura reading after a hook creates a snow ball effect for the next hook, eventually leading to a win for the killer.

It is also completely unaballanced. One perk should not instantly lead to 4 kills and zero generators.

Nice bait, survivors have like 8 perks 4x stronger than bbq

  • You literally have to hit a survivor twice, pick them up, hope they don't have DS or get a flashlight save, and then find a hook somewhere where they can destroy in 2.5 seconds. And you think its overpowered??? Survivors are so entitled its actually mind blowing.

    That's hilarious

BBQ only can work if you can get a survivor on hook, which requires you to go through endless loops and pallets

Just get into a locker if you are so scared of BBQ or run distortion

Yeah.. what is your perk loadout? I am guessing you're running slippery meat!

You have to know how to use the perk 😂 It doesn't lead to 4 kills and zero gens lol a good team should be able to finish at least 1-2 gens during the first chase sooo I guess it's just you guys being horribly bad at the game and not the perk being broken.

  • Hiding in a locker completely negates the aura reading effect. That’s literally all you need to do lmao

  • I realllllllllly wish the title was "BBQ AND NO SKILLI"

  • Uh am I the only one who is confused when people gripe about BBQ? First off, it's not even strong, second most people use it for BPs not the silly aura reading and thirdly it literally motivates the killer to not camp and tunnel...and these people want this perk nerfed? Seriously I am so lost man.

  • To be honest this just seems like a rank 20 survivor talking about how this perks op.

  • I honestly wouldn't be surprised if BBQ is next on the chopping block for killer meta perks. Hope the balance team doesn't see all these nerf BBQ threads, because I know damn well they'll takes these threads seriously.

    Balancing team logic:

If it's a killer meta and infuriates low-skilled/new players, then it needs to be "reworked".

But seriously, why have BBQ and Billy been getting ostracized by the survivor community lately? They've been in the game for years and are amongst the most balanced things in this game.

  • The weekly "BBQ is OP/Trash/whatever" thread because someone a killer uses it.

You know the tracking ability was added because the devs wanted to give killers a reason to leave the hook, right? Before BBQ, most killers would just camp because they didnt know if someone was close or not so they never leave the hook.

Hiding in a locker, running one way 4 seconds and turning, behind a gen, distortion, and being close enough?

Dingdingding! Ladies and gentlemen, we have a winner.

  • This post literally made me fart in my pants.

  • (Hook)

    (Fish)

    This is bait

Bbq shows aura for 5 seconds if your not in a locker and are a certain distance away from the killer there is no reason why it should snowball into a 4k you know where the killer is when he hooks someone. You can A. get in a locker before he hooks then count to 5 the. Leave 2. Walk the opposite direction for 5 seconds then double back or D run distortion. I run bbq merely for the extra blood points.

Hide in a damn locker. Most people run it for points anyways.
