After sleep in the morning my mind gived me a great idea about NEW perk. I have this stupid idea (honestly get it from HollowKnight). I dont have a good name so I call it Effective slots. A player has 20 slots of Effective, that different perk will take different number of Effective slot, depended on how strong the perk is. So I was thinking a potential Ultra for Billy could be basically an insta saw BUT it takes away the ability to steer. So as you charge it up you can obviously steer it but once it goes it. just. GOES and hopefully you time it right that someone is actually in front of you.
