  • I'm just sick of killers who think they are hot ######### around here. They love to come to the forums and troll just as hard as they troll in the game. Face camping is going to eventually make the game die off. Survivors are not having a fun time with being face camped and tunneled. Cool, some perks are there to prevent it. What isn't cool: Not having teammates run these perks 24/7. You are giving us "solutions" to these problems that don't solve anything. If Borrowed Time and Decisive Strike solved face camping and tunneling, we wouldn't be having this discussion.

Here is an idea, eliminate Borrowed Time as a perk and make it come with every unhook. Oh, killer mains don't like the sound of that, do they? Well, we don't like being face camped or tunneled yet here we are.

I find it funny and entertaining how every killer posting has an attitude of "Well, Get over it." You won't be saying that when nobody is playing the game anymore because of your selfish gameplay.

F' it, if a killer doesn't move for more than 10 seconds in front of a hooked player, teleport them across the map! That will show those goons!

  • I'd love a Supernatural chapter. 10/10 would buy

  • I like this except for the power. I feel like a lot of submissions really want that power.

  • Anybody actually like the idea? 😂

  • I go against camping on first hook killers about 75% of my matches at rank 8. They also stay within a certain range for the terror radius and as soon as they see the unhook they are immediately right back to try and swing for me to get the second hook. It is very frustrating, hence the post. You cannot deny that there is an abuse in the perks, as with every perk. To his above point, distortion doesn't always work. I do hide in lockers now whenever I know somebody is getting hooked, but when a killer gets frustrated in game because they can't see anybody or actually get to them, they immediately begin camping. So no, it is not an anti-camping perk. It still happens.

  • Well I sure hope you get camped every first hook in every attempt you try to play survivor.

I read you entire post, but

First of all, is not the killer's fault if you heal in plain sight when BBQ proc, every experimented survivor knows that when a killer is about to hook someone, he can be seen with BBQ! if you or other survivor doesn't take measurements against it, is not the killer's nor the perk fault, is solely your fault for no using one of the multiples counter BBQ has

Second, is only natural if a killer go for an injured survivor, is easy to down someone who need 1 hit than someone who needs 2, is called using the brain to do a job efficiently! But surely if you as survivor found 2 gens close each other and one is repaired to 50% and the other is only at 10% you will go to repair the one with 10% because is unfair and cheap to the killer to tunnel gens, is it?

Third, my point sill stands! whether if you are injured or not, and the killer found you with or without BBQ, if you cannot escape him with all the pallets and windows, is not the killers nor the perk fault, is you who lack the skills to do so!

so I suggest you to stop blaming for your own demise to external factors and start to improve yourself, because unlike you, the rest of us know how and really do counter BBQ!

but sometimes we can't, and when that happen, sometimes we can escape the killer and some other times we can't, but the majority of us, don't come to the forums to complain needlessly or ask for nerfs, changes and punishments for our opponents because they use valid strategies and use the perks to their own advantage

Again, this is about killers who use a combination of perks. If a killer uses BBQ and Chili and Nurses Calling then why would I ever want to heal. They just tunnel right to you in order to re-hook you immediately.

If you read back to the original post... "I do see a lot of killers who use it well. However, higher number ranks use it as a cheap way to tunnel."

"However, I have noticed an over abundance of killers using BBQ and Chili and Nurses Calling to target one survivor's demise at a time. They hook the person, see everyone else and run. Then they see when you attempt to heal and target you immediately."

"respect the gen patrol instead of survivor patrolling"

" I know I am being a huge cry baby"

Stop taking what you want out of what I said just to try and prove a point.

    Maby someting like this:

    False objektive:

A 8th Generator is placed on the map. That generator does not count to the needed Generators for the exit gates. This Generator will emit a yellow Aura, when someone is working on it while your outside of a 40/32/24m Radius.

I liked that a lot so I edited the original post.

The aura revealing efect of BBQ is to entice killers to not camp, camping is one of the issue the survivor cry about the most! so survivors want free unhooks but they also want not to be found! funny logic

Now, what is the issue about being found with BBQ? the killer still must chase and hit you twice to down you!

if you can't escape a killer with all the windows and pallets between him and you, then isn't that BBQ is overpowered, its you that need to git gud, because you will be downed as soon as the killer found you wether if it was with BBQ or not

but of course, is more easy and requires less effort come to the forums to complain and ask nerfs, changes and erasing for a perk of the opposite side, than learning the multiples counters of it, and improve oneself, right?

It is easy to come on here and act as if you know everything when I clearly said I was just complaining to begin with. Not to mention that if you read my full statement, I am mad that killers use it as a way to tunnel certain people and not the perk in general. Maybe read and take the full context rather than seeing one part of it. K thx

The perks false body is a perks only for your manequin, not for the others killers, because, even if thei have manequins in their aventory, thei cant use it because of their compétence.

Very true, maybe False Body is just simply an offering instead. Will need a new perk. Just throwing the idea in a pool of ideas.

    You could;

    • Walk in one direction, count to five and go in another direction.
    • Hide in a locker.
    • Obscure your aura by taking cover behind an unfinished generator.
    • Get close enough to the hook to not be revealed.
    • Run Distortion to block BBQ's aura reading three times every game.
    • Not bother at all since only 2-3 killers can actually make use of the aura reading.

You know, I didn't know locker hiding stopped BBQ and Chili. I am a fool. I do run one direction and count to 5, but a lot of the time they get there quickly enough. (Been seeing a lot of nurses and ghost face lately)

  • I am a fan of this. I don't have much to comment on, I think you nailed a really cool setup.

  • I actually love this idea. I think it would be great for a killer, who sees survivors always attempting to get the hex, to move it to a new location where they believe it is safe. It removes the thought of camping the hex out of the killers mind.

  • For me, I only get mad at a killer when they don't gen patrol and instead hook patrol when they have survivors on the hook. If a killer stays within heartbeat on a hook survivor, they are scum. (except for perks that widen the range and some rare cases) [I should state that if a team gen locks themselves, the killer is not camping if all three gens are in sight. That is just called stupid survivors.]

If a killer hooks me, rushes somewhere else, I get unhooked and they immediately rush back and go for me instead of whoever saved me, that is what I consider tunneling.

If you chase a survivor for two minutes, that is not tunneling, that is them looping you. You have every right to go for them and knock them down and hook.

I tend to get into games (I am rank 8) with killers who just stand in front of the first person they hook. One ghost face hooked me this morning, walked a circle around the boulder I was next to, and proceeded to walk backwards keeping an eye out if anyone attempted to rescue me. How can people expect it to be ANY fun if you need to play it so cheap?

    -Love, your friendly survivor main.
